技术领域
本发明涉及一种海木耳味素,属于调味品领域。
背景技术
海木耳隶属于红藻门、杉藻目、海木耳科的海木耳属,是一种大型藻类,藻体呈较宽的叶膜状,是一种与海带、裙带菜、紫菜类似的海洋蔬菜。海木耳中的有效成分可以溶解人体内的胆固醇,具有软化血管、降血脂、净化血液、防止高血压的功效,在治疗心肌梗塞、动脉硬化、血栓等方面也具有较好的治疗效果。此外,海木耳中含有大量的钙,其含钙量是牛奶的十三倍,可以强化人体骨骼、缓解紧张情绪,防治老年痴呆;海木耳的铁含量也非常可观,是女性补铁、治疗贫血的最佳补给源;海木耳中含有的褐藻胶纤维素,具有显著的美容和减肥作用;含有的亚油酸、卵磷酸牛磺酸和谷氨酸,可以促进儿童大脑发育,是优良的成长和健脑因子。目前,对海木耳的深加工的研究还处于空白阶段,主要作为海洋类蔬菜食用,凉拌或做汤是其最主要的食用方式,在日本被称为“一分钟菜”,即不用洗、不用焯、不用烫就可食用。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种海木耳味素,味素中添加了海木耳,既增加了海木耳的鲜味,还具有营养保健的作用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种海木耳味素,按重量份包括下列原料:食盐10-20份、味精粉10-15份、鸡香精1-3份、海木耳粉10-30份。
进一步的,所述的海木耳粉的制备方法为:将海木耳采集后,洗净,于50-60℃下烘干12-24h,将烘干后的海木耳用粉碎机粉碎至粒径为0.5-1mm,采用流化床气流粉碎技术加工海藻粉粒至200-500目。
优选的,所述的海木耳味素,按重量份包括下列原料:食盐15份、味精粉10份、鸡香精1份、海木耳粉10份。
优选的,所述的海木耳味素,按重量份包括下列原料:食盐18份、味精粉12份、鸡香精2份、海木耳粉15份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的海木耳味素,其特征在于,所述的海木耳粉的制备方法为:将海木耳采集后,洗净,于50-60℃下烘干12-24h,将烘干后的海木耳用粉碎机粉碎至粒径为0.5-1mm,采用流化床气流粉碎技术加工海藻粉粒至200-500目。
