Abstract
本发明公开了一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的固体组合物及其制备方法,包括海参速溶粉、蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉,异麦芽酮糖和鲜橙粉,加工工艺:加工成海参粉(海参速溶粉);将核蛋白小球藻粉经酶解破壁后,然后进行酶降解加工成蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉;取20—40份海参速溶粉与60—80份蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉,加入6—10份异麦芽酮糖,3—5份鲜橙粉,用三维混合机混合均匀;以低度乙醇做湿润剂制粒、干燥,整粒;将制备好的颗粒,制作成糖果压片或口服片或胶囊,具有提高免疫力,调节肌体新陈代谢,增强体力,增强生育能力,抗疲劳等多种功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,具体涉及一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,生活水平的提高。健康已是人们的第一追求,在追求健康的路程上,预防为主、食补养生,已成为人们的共识。国际医学研究证明,人体组成的成分,是极为复杂的,也已证明人摄取的营养又是多营养物质的平衡,人的健康不可能用一种物质就能获得营养平衡和健康,而是多种物质多种营养而获得健康,本发明,就是以多种优质成分的组成,为人们提供更好的健康制品。
海参,不仅是珍贵的食品,也养生治病保健的名贵药材。民间验方中,不同种类的海参,都可以直接入药治病。
人的整体性是以五脏为中心,通过经络将周身联为一个整体,药物食物根据自身的性味归属于人体某一经络,从而起到治疗与养生的目的。海参的整体特性体现在它所独有的性味上。海参,性微寒,味甘、咸,归肺、肾、大肠经。有补肾益精;养血润燥;止血的功效,医学上常用于主治精血亏损;虚弱劳怯;阳痿;梦遗;肠燥便秘;肺虚咳嗽、咯血,肠风便血,外伤出血等。
近年来研究证实,海参可促进人体控制感染过程的前列腺素的分泌,关节炎患者进补海参,可补充所必需的粘多糖和软骨素等,这也即是千年前的古人就用海参入药治疗骨关节疾病道理所在;海参特有的活性物质海参素,对多种真菌有显著的抑制作用,刺参素A和B可用于治疗真菌和白癣菌感染,具有显著的抗炎、成骨作用,尤其对肝炎患者、结核病、糖尿病、心血管病有显著的治疗作用;海参具有珍贵的海参素,它的分子结构似皂甙,是羟甾烷衍生物的配糖体,它的药用保健价值极高,科学研究证明,它对中风痉孪性麻痹有明显的治疗作用。
通过药理实验证明,刺参粘多糖具有广谱的抗肿瘤作用,能抑制癌细胞的生长与转移,对恶性肿瘤的生长、转移具有显著抑制作用,临床上已广泛应用于肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、鼻咽癌、骨癌、淋巴癌、卵巢癌、子宫癌、乳腺癌、白血病、脑瘤及术后转移复发的良性、恶性瘤等患者的治疗。
蛋白核小球藻
蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidesa)是一种低等植物,属于绿藻门,色球藻目,小球藻属,是本属植物中唯一具有蛋白核的种类。因其具有蛋白核,故营养和经济价值较高。
小球藻繁殖能力极强,能利用太阳光制造大量的蛋白质,蛋白质含量50%左右,超过诸如牛肉、大豆等高蛋白食物;还含有不饱和脂肪酸10%~30%、碳水化合物10%~25%,并含有8种必需氨基酸、丰富的多种维生素,及铁、锌、钙、钾等矿物质。另外,人们还发现小球藻内含有一种珍贵的生长因子(CGF),它能促进机体,特别是儿童及老年人体质的增强,并能使免疫功能得到强化。
在小球藻的细胞内含有丰富的叶绿素,有吸附并排除毒素的作用,可以排出体内的有害物质。实验证明小球藻有免疫调节作用,有降血压作用,对大肠杆菌和病毒感染能起到抑制作用。有资料表明,小球藻对预防消化性溃疡、调节血脂、防治贫血有辅助作用。
发明内容
本发明是以在地球上生存了几亿年的海洋生物、海八珍之首的刺海参与陆地生存了五亿多年的单细胞生物---蛋白核小球藻。进行了合理的配伍,最佳的组合。制成具有全营养的产品,这既是海洋与陆地生物成分的组合,也是动物成分和植物成分的组合,更是有机物和无机物的组合、大分子与小分子的组合。本发明通过实践研究,筛选的工艺,制成一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物制剂。该组合物制剂的配比为:海参速溶粉20—40份、蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉60—80份、异麦芽酮糖6—10份、甜橙粉 3—5份。
上述组合物制剂可以为散剂、粉剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、软胶囊、口服液、浓缩浆液或丸剂。优选为片剂、颗粒剂、口服液和浓缩浆液。
上述组合物制剂,可以将片剂制备成糖果压片、咀嚼片、泡腾片、普通压片等。
一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物的制备方法:
1,将新鲜刺海参通过双酶降解的加工工艺加工成海参粉(海参速溶粉);
2,将核蛋白小球藻粉经酶解破壁后,然后进行酶降解加工成蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉;
3,取20—40份海参速溶粉与60—80份蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉,加入6—10份异麦芽酮糖,3—5份鲜橙粉,用三维混合机混合均匀;
4,以低度乙醇做湿润剂制粒、干燥,整粒;
5,将制备好的颗粒,制作成糖果压片或口服片或胶囊。
一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物在制备增强免疫力产品中的应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:海参粉(海参速溶粉)双酶降解的加工工艺
步骤A:首先将从大海捞出的新鲜刺海参,洗净、剪开,除去内脏。海参体壁内含有海参自溶酶的液体留作备用、并将海参内脏中的海参肠和海参花中的杂质除净,海参肠和海参花一并应用。
步骤B:将海参皮(包括海参肠和海参花)粉碎后球磨打浆,加入酶解罐中,加适量的水(为海参皮重的5—10倍)。
步骤C:加入海参体壁内含有海参自溶酶的液体和风味酶适量,混合均匀,打开蒸汽开关,渐渐升温至45-65度,在不断搅拌的条件下。维持恒温3.5-4小时。待整个液体基本澄清,升温至100度,5-10分钟,降温后过滤;
步骤D:将上述步骤C中的液体,调整浓度为2—10%,用洁净喷干塔。进行喷雾干燥。
步骤E:喷干粉检验合格,塑料袋抽真空包装,低温保存,备用。
实施例2:核蛋白小球藻粉的酶解破壁以及酶降解加工工艺
步骤F:浸渍:购买合格的核蛋白小球藻粉,加入50—60度的温水浸渍4—6小时,使其细胞壁充分膨胀。
步骤G:加入纤维素酶、纤维二糖脱氢酶和果胶酶,开动搅拌器控制温度稳定在30—60度。加入风味酶和核酸酶,在搅拌条件下继续酶解1.5—2小时。
步骤H 将步骤G的反应液移入衬有滤布的不锈钢离心机中离心,分别获得液体和固形物。
(1)将步骤H的反应液(即离心后获得的液体),移入薄膜蒸发器中浓缩,80-90度进行干燥、粉碎、检验合格,双层袋子包装,室温贮存。备用。
(2)离心机内的固形物。烘干供配制海参小球藻糖果压片、胶囊剂等产品。
实施例3:制备海参小球藻糖果压片或口服片
取20份海参速溶粉与60份蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉(是上述H步骤中(2)项包装好的原料)。加入6份异麦芽酮糖,3份鲜橙粉,用三维混合机混合均匀,
以低度乙醇做湿润剂制粒、干燥,整粒;
将制备好的颗粒,压片制作成糖果压片或口服片;
检验、包装。
实施例4:制备海参小球藻胶囊制品
取40份海参速溶粉与80份蛋白核小球藻破壁酶解粉(即是上述H步骤中(2)项包装好的原料)。加入10份异麦芽酮糖,5份鲜橙粉,用三维混合机混合均匀,
以低度乙醇做湿润剂制粒、干燥,整粒;
将制备好的颗粒,压片制作成糖果压片或口服片或装胶囊;
检验、包装。
Claims (6)
1.一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物制剂,其特征在于:海参速溶粉20—40份、蛋白核小球藻破壁粉60—80份、异麦芽酮糖6—10份、甜橙粉 3—5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物制剂,其特征在于所述制剂可以为散剂、粉剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、软胶囊或丸剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物制剂,其特征在于所述制剂为片剂、颗粒剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物制剂,其特征在于将所述制剂制备成糖果压片、咀嚼片、泡腾片、普通压片等。
5.一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物的制备方法:
A、将新鲜刺海参通过双酶降解的加工工艺加工成海参粉(海参速溶粉);
B、将蛋白核小球藻粉经酶解破壁后,然后进行酶降解加工成小球藻破壁酶解粉;
C、取20—40份海参速溶粉与60—80份蛋白核小球藻破壁粉,加入6—10份异麦芽酮糖,3—5份鲜橙粉,用三维混合机混合均匀;
D、以低度乙醇做湿润剂制粒、干燥,整粒;
E、将制备好的颗粒,制作成糖果压片或口服片或胶囊。
6.一种海参和蛋白核小球藻的组合物在制备增强免疫力产品中的应用。
