本发明涉及一种螺旋纽带加工设备,具体为螺旋纽带整套加工设备,包括依次连接的第一压辊机、切边机、固定辊、烘烤装置、旋转拉伸装置、自动切割机和自动感应计米器;本发明能耗更小,成本更低,更具操作可控性,更加便捷。

螺旋纽带加工设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺旋纽带加工设备。
背景技术
螺旋纽带又称麻花铁、扰流子、螺旋扁钢等,通常安装于换热器管内,主要用于提高热交换效率。当流体进入换热管内时,螺旋纽带使得流体以螺旋状态在管内流动(即使得流体进入紊流状态),增大了流体与换热管管壁的接触面积,提高换热效率,且紊乱的流体可对管壁污垢进行冲刷。
现有的螺旋纽带加工设备依次包括第一压辊机(压薄片材)、烤箱(预热处理)、切边机(切除成合适宽度)、第二压辊机(固定薄片)、烘烤装置(热处理,便于旋转拉伸)、旋转拉伸装置、自动切割机。
上述方案存在以下缺点:①片材被第一压辊机压薄的同时也会变热,相当于进行了预热处理,再进入烤箱造成再次加热,造成能源浪费;②现有的烘烤装置主要是采用加热灯管烘烤,一个烘烤箱需要八根加热灯管进行加热,通常一条生产线需要布置六个烤箱,由于烤箱之间实在会有间隙,间隙处的温度相比其他地方温度更低,采用这样的方式会导致加热不均匀,而加热灯管瓦数较大,能耗高,最终导致成本也对应的较高。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种节约能源的螺旋纽带整套加工设备。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:螺旋纽带整套加工设备,包括依次连接的第一压辊机、切边机、固定辊、烘烤装置、旋转拉伸装置、自动切割机和自动感应计米器;
第一压辊机,压辊机包含压薄纽带片材的一对预热辊,预热辊沿片材前进方向的上、下方分别布置有上、下拉伸辊;
切边机包括基体、导向转轴和一对刀片,所述一对刀片均与片材前进方向相互平行,刀片之间的距离即是片材裁切后的宽度;
固定辊,包括用于压紧片材的上、下固定辊,上下固定辊之间的间隙小于或等于片材厚度;
烘烤装置,包括可让片材通过的烘烤管,该烘烤管管壁设有灌入导热油的内腔,导热油中浸有加热元件,烘烤管外壁附有与加热元件连接的保温管;
旋转拉伸装置,该翻转机由旋转端和片材扭曲部构成,片材扭曲部由四条压紧板构成,片材位于四条压紧板之间;
自动切割机,设有沿片材长度方向设置的刀片,该自动切割机的控制器与自动感应计米器连接;
风冷槽,其截面形状为V形;
自动感应计米器,包括可对螺旋纽带长度进行计数的计米传感器。
上述技术方案与现有技术的区别在于:取消了原有设备中用做预热处理的烤箱,压辊机压薄片材时,片材由于物理结构的改变会产生热能,片材会发热,利用这样的处理相当于对片材进行预加热,便于切边机对片材进行宽度切割,节省了原先烤箱所耗费的能源;另外,现在采用在烘烤管壁内腔中通入导热油,从而对烘烤管中的纽带进行加热,取消了以前的加热灯管,导热油加热更加均匀,这是由导热油作为热传递介质的性能带来的,且采用加热元件浸入导热油进行加热,相比加热灯管,能耗更小,成本更低,更具操作可控性,更加便捷。
进一步地,所述烘烤管管身上设有支撑架,烘烤管较长时易发生变形,支撑管可以起到支撑作用,防止烘烤管变形。
进一步地,所述加热管与温度控制装置连接,便于控制管内温度,保证加热均匀。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:螺旋纽带整套加工设备,包括依次连接的第一压辊机、切边机4、固定辊5、烘烤装置、旋转拉伸装置7、自动切割机、V形槽和自动感应计米器。
第一压辊机,压辊机包含压薄纽带片材的一对预热辊1,两个预热辊1的辊轴可移动,操作人员可对两个预热辊1之间的距离进行调整。预热辊1沿片材前进方向的上、下方分别布置有上拉伸辊2和下拉伸辊3。
切边机4包括基体、导向转轴和一对刀片,一对刀片均与片材前进方向相互平行,刀片之间的距离即是片材裁切后的宽度;
固定辊5,包括上、下固定辊,上、下固定辊之间的间隙小于或等于片材的后盾,上、下固定辊可用于压紧片材,保证纽带直线前进不偏移。
烘烤装置,包括烘烤管6,片材从烘烤管内通过,烘烤管6通过支撑架支撑在地面上;该烘烤管6管壁设有灌入导热油的内腔,烘烤管6与导热油灌入管61连接。烘烤管6内腔中的导热油浸有加热元件,烘烤管6外壁附有与加热元件连接的保温管62,该保温管62与温度控制装置连接。
旋转拉伸装置7,包括用于扭曲片材的翻转机,该翻转机由旋转端和片材扭曲部构成,片材扭曲部都四条压紧板构成,片材位于四条压紧板之间,在旋转端的带动下,片材被扭曲成螺旋形。
自动切割机10,设有沿片材长度方向设置的刀片,该自动切割机10的控制器与自动感应计米器9连接;
风冷槽8,其截面形状为V形,风冷槽的输出端与自动感应计米器9连接;
自动感应计米器9,包括计米传感器,可对螺旋纽带长度进行计算。

1. 螺旋纽带加工设备,其特征是:由依次连接的第一压辊机、切边机、固定辊、烘烤装置、旋转拉伸装置、自动切割机、风冷槽和自动感应计米器组成;
第一压辊机,压辊机包含压薄纽带片材的一对预热辊,预热辊沿片材前进方向的上、下方分别布置有上、下拉伸辊;
切边机包括基体、导向转轴和一对刀片,所述一对刀片均与片材前进方向相互平行,刀片之间的距离即是片材裁切后的宽度;
固定辊,包括用于压紧片材的上、下固定辊,上下固定辊之间的间隙小于或等于片材厚度;
烘烤装置,包括可让片材通过的烘烤管,该烘烤管管壁设有灌入导热油的内腔,导热油中浸有加热元件,烘烤管外壁附有与加热元件连接的保温管;
