本发明涉及一种蔬菜饮料,尤其是涉及一种复合蔬菜饮料。
背景技术
芹菜富含蛋白质、胡萝卜素和多种维生素、氨基酸以及钙、磷等矿物质。营养价值高、药用价值大,具有降压降脂的功效。
番茄营养非常丰富,不仅含有蛋白质、多种维生素、多种微量元素,而且对高血压、眩晕、血脂高有很好的疗效。
以新鲜或冷藏蔬菜为原料,经过清洗、挑选后,采用物理的方法如压榨、浸提、离心等方法得到蔬菜汁液,称为蔬菜汁。市场上的蔬菜汁饮料,多是在蔬菜汁中加糖、酸、香精、色素等调制而成。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种纯天然的蔬菜饮料,不含有任何添加剂,并且可以起到降压降脂的功效。
为实现本发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种复合蔬菜饮料,其特征在于本发明以芹菜和番茄为主要原料,组成及重量配比为:芹菜汁30~50%、番茄汁30~50%、大枣5~10%、其余为水。
本发明改善了芹菜汁的口味,基本保留了芹菜与番茄的原有营养成分,不含有任何添加剂,适合高血压高血脂人的饮用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:芹菜汁30%、番茄汁30%、大枣5%、其余为水。
实施例2:芹菜汁50%、番茄汁50%、大枣10%、其余为水。
本发明的工艺流程为:芹菜汁的制取、番茄汁的制取、原料复混、均质、灭菌、装罐、冷却、保存。
