本发明公开了一种醒酒颗粒冲剂及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:仙草5-10、椰子汁15-30、草莓40-50、银条菜10-20、蒲公英5-10、西瓜皮10-15、海参肽2-4、葛根粉4-6、樱花2-3、金钱草1-2、柿蒂2-3、黄花稔2-3、樟树皮1-2、松花2-3、龙胆草2-3、黑皮根2-3、溪黄草1-2、食醋10-15、白糖5-15;本发明生产的醒酒颗粒冲剂,冲泡即可饮用,卫生方便,口感甘甜滋润,具有清新果香;其中松花具有祛风益气、清热解毒等功效,龙胆草具有利胆保肝的功效,溪黄草具有清肝、凉血利湿的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲剂,尤其涉及一种醒酒颗粒冲剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国的酒文化源远流长,处处可见酒的身影,尤其商务应酬、婚宴喜庆、减压休闲都会用到酒,有无酒不成宴席的说法。随着人们认识的提高,人们越来越注意到醉酒的危害,本发明提供一种醒酒颗粒冲剂,具有醒酒保健功能,防治醉酒不利影响。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种醒酒颗粒冲剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种醒酒颗粒冲剂,由下述重量份的原料制成:
仙草 5-10、椰子汁15-30、草莓40-50、银条菜10-20、蒲公英5-10、西瓜皮10-15、海参肽2-4、葛根粉4-6、樱花2-3、金钱草1-2、柿蒂2-3、黄花稔2-3、樟树皮1-2、松花2-3、龙胆草2-3、黑皮根2-3、溪黄草1-2、食醋10-15、白糖5-15。
所述的醒酒颗粒冲剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将鲜嫩仙草、蒲公英分别在沸水漂烫3-7分钟,捞出后清水冲洗冷却,沥干余水,破碎后研磨成浆,液渣分离,滤液冷冻冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,得草粉,滤渣待用;
(2)、将西瓜皮去外层青衣内层红瓤切制成条状,与银条菜分别浸泡在淡盐水5-10分钟,捞出沥干,将食醋加3-5倍水,与条状西瓜皮肉、银条菜、白糖揉拌均匀,在5-15℃静置2-3小时,入锅文火焖煮至微干,再烘干后粉碎至120-160目,得银条粉;
(3)、将樱花、金钱草、柿蒂、黄花稔、樟树皮、松花等中药原料混合破碎,加破碎颗粒的7-12倍的水,煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤去渣,得中药液;
(4)、将草莓去蒂洗净压榨成汁,过滤去渣,得草莓汁,与椰汁、中药液、葛根粉、海参肽、步骤(1)中滤渣,文火煮至85-95℃焖润40-70分钟,离心过滤,滤液冷却后冷冻干燥,研磨至160-200目粉,与草粉、银条粉混合均匀,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明生产的醒酒颗粒冲剂,冲泡即可饮用,方便卫生,口感甘甜滋润,具有清新果香;其中松花具有祛风益气、清热解毒等功效,龙胆草具有利胆保肝的功效,溪黄草具有清肝、凉血利湿的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种醒酒颗粒冲剂,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
仙草 10、椰子汁30、草莓50、银条菜20、蒲公英10、西瓜皮15、海参肽3、葛根粉5、樱花2、金钱草1、柿蒂3、黄花稔2、樟树皮1、松花2、龙胆草2、黑皮根3、溪黄草1、食醋15、白糖15。
所述的醒酒颗粒冲剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将鲜嫩仙草、蒲公英分别在沸水漂烫6分钟,捞出后清水冲洗冷却,沥干余水,破碎后研磨成浆,液渣分离,滤液冷冻冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,得草粉,滤渣待用;
(2)、将西瓜皮去外层青衣内层红瓤切制成条状,与银条菜分别浸泡在淡盐水10分钟,捞出沥干,将食醋加5倍水,与条状西瓜皮肉、银条菜、白糖揉拌均匀,在15℃静置2小时,入锅文火焖煮至微干,再烘干后粉碎至160目,得银条粉;
(3)、将樱花、金钱草、柿蒂、黄花稔、樟树皮、松花等中药原料混合破碎,加破碎颗粒的9倍的水,煎煮2小时,过滤去渣,得中药液;
(4)、将草莓去蒂洗净压榨成汁,过滤去渣,得草莓汁,与椰汁、中药液、葛根粉、海参肽、步骤(1)中滤渣,文火煮至95℃焖润45分钟,离心过滤,滤液冷却后冷冻干燥,研磨至200目粉,与草粉、银条粉混合均匀,即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种醒酒颗粒冲剂,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
仙草 5-10、椰子汁15-30、草莓40-50、银条菜10-20、蒲公英5-10、西瓜皮10-15、海参肽2-4、葛根粉4-6、樱花2-3、金钱草1-2、柿蒂2-3、黄花稔2-3、樟树皮1-2、松花2-3、龙胆草2-3、黑皮根2-3、溪黄草1-2、食醋10-15、白糖5-15。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的醒酒颗粒冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将鲜嫩仙草、蒲公英分别在沸水漂烫3-7分钟,捞出后清水冲洗冷却,沥干余水,破碎后研磨成浆,液渣分离,滤液冷冻冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,得草粉,滤渣待用;
(2)、将西瓜皮去外层青衣内层红瓤切制成条状,与银条菜分别浸泡在淡盐水5-10分钟,捞出沥干,将食醋加3-5倍水,与条状西瓜皮肉、银条菜、白糖揉拌均匀,在5-15℃静置2-3小时,入锅文火焖煮至微干,再烘干后粉碎至120-160目,得银条粉;
(3)、将樱花、金钱草、柿蒂、黄花稔、樟树皮、松花等中药原料混合破碎,加破碎颗粒的7-12倍的水,煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤去渣,得中药液;
(4)、将草莓去蒂洗净压榨成汁,过滤去渣,得草莓汁,与椰汁、中药液、葛根粉、海参肽、步骤(1)中滤渣,文火煮至85-95℃焖润40-70分钟,离心过滤,滤液冷却后冷冻干燥,研磨至160-200目粉,与草粉、银条粉混合均匀,即得。
