Abstract

本发明具体涉及一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法。其技术方案是:先将干菊花和水投料于蒸馏釜中进行煎煮,过滤,制得菊花提取液;再将菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水按质量比进行混合配料,然后充入CO2气体进行灌装,即得蜂蜜菊花可乐。本发明制备的蜂蜜菊花可乐,使用天然蜂蜜作为甜味剂,较之可乐型饮料常用的蔗糖或阿斯巴甜等高倍甜味剂,更加健康;而且产品含有天然色素,色泽金黄,既保有蜂蜜菊花保健功效和营养成分,又兼具可乐型碳酸饮料的口感,是一款更适合中国人的口味和喜好的健康饮品。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工领域,具体涉及一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法。
背景技术
可乐(Cola)是一款非常流行的碳酸饮料,风靡全球,百年不衰,尤其深受年青人喜爱,可口可乐公司大约每秒钟就可售出19,400瓶可乐饮料。但可乐中糖分含量很高,易引发肥胖;可乐中的磷酸会降低体内钙的吸收;可乐中的咖啡因可以导致人睡眠系统紊乱,使人失眠、兴奋、紧张,并且还会刺激胃部蠕动和胃酸分泌,引起肠痉挛;损害人的骨骼;破坏体内的维生素B1,引起维生素B1缺乏症,最终导致严重健康问题。因此,可乐不宜长期大量饮用,尤其是青少年儿童。
蜂蜜菊花茶是一款历史悠久的健康饮品,深受国人爱戴,具有清热去火、清肝明目、降虚火、润肠止燥、防治便秘等功效。传统蜂蜜菊花茶的冲泡法稍嫌麻烦,携带不方便,尤其不适用于旅行、户外以及快节奏的都市上班族。但蜂蜜菊花茶口感欠佳,没有可乐的味道,对青少年儿童来说吸引力不大。
目前,鲜有蜂蜜菊花可乐。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,本发明制备的蜂蜜菊花可乐色泽金黄,具有可乐型饮料的口感,又兼具蜂蜜菊花清热去火、清肝明目、润肠止燥的功效,是一款中国传统风味浓郁的可乐型饮料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案的具体步骤是:先将干菊花和水投料于蒸馏釜中进行煎煮,过滤,制得菊花提取液;再将菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水按质量比进行混合配料,然后充入CO2气体进行灌装,即得蜂蜜菊花可乐。
所述的干菊花和水的质量配比为(5~20):100。
所述的煎煮是在常压或减压(真空度0.01~0.1MPa)的条件下于蒸馏釜中进行回流煮沸1~3h。
所述的菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水的质量配比为(5~20):(1~10):(0~25):1000。
所述的CO2的充入量为每升菊花可乐4~7gCO2
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下积极效果:
(1)        本发明所涉及的一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,使中国传统风味的蜂蜜菊花茶的保健功效与现代年轻人喜爱的可乐型碳酸饮料的口感相得益彰,更适合中国人的口味和喜好,尤其是青少年儿童。
(2)        本发明所涉及的一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,使用天然蜂蜜作为甜味剂,较之可乐型饮料常用的蔗糖或阿斯巴甜等高倍甜味剂,更加健康。蜂蜜是一种常用、营养丰富的天然滋养食品,主要是不需要经消化就能被人体容易吸收的葡萄糖和果糖,而蔗糖含量极少。蜂蜜还含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐、维生素、有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素。
(3)        本发明所涉及的一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,产品含有天然色素,色泽金黄。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述,并非对其保护范围的限制。
为避免重复,本具体实施方式所述的干菊花为杭白菊,实施例中不再赘述。
实施例1
一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,其具体步骤是:先将干菊花和水投料于蒸馏釜中进行煎煮,过滤,制得菊花提取液;再将菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水按质量比进行混合配料,然后充入CO2气体进行灌装,即得蜂蜜菊花可乐。
本实施例所述的干菊花和水的质量配比为(5~10):100。
本实施例所述的煎煮是在常压下于蒸馏釜中进行回流煮沸1~3h。
所述的菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水的质量配比为(5~10):(1~5):(10~25):1000。
所述的CO2的充入量为每升菊花可乐4~7gCO2

本实施例中除了干菊花和水的质量配比为(10~20):100之外,其余同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例中除了干菊花的煎煮是在减压(真空度0.01~0.1MPa)的条件下进行之外,其余同实施例1。

本实施例中除了菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水的质量配比为(10~20):(5~10):(0~15):1000之外,其余同实施例1。

1.一种蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,其特征在于,具体按以下步骤完成:先将干菊花和水投料于蒸馏釜中进行煎煮,过滤,制得菊花提取液;再将菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水按质量比进行混合配料,然后充入CO2气体进行灌装,即得蜂蜜菊花可乐。
2.如权利要求1所述的蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的干菊花和水的质量配比为(5~20):100。
3.如权利要求1所述的蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的煎煮是在常压或减压(真空度0.01~0.1MPa)的条件下于蒸馏釜中进行回流煮沸1~3h。
4.如权利要求1所述的蜂蜜菊花可乐及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的菊花提取液、蜂蜜、赤藓糖醇和水的质量配比为(5~20):(1~10):(0~25):1000。
