技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型矿用双泵驱动安全制动液压控制系统。
背景技术
传统的安全制动液压系统只有一套系统，在这种情况下，如果出现故障，则制动器将失效，不能在进行制动保护，造成整个系统的暂停使用，给生产带来严重的不便。市场上的现有系统，当有一个电磁阀不能正常工作时，将会使整个安全制动系统处于瘫痪状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型矿用双泵驱动安全制动液压控制系统。
本发明的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种双泵驱动安全制动液压控制系统，主泵电机与主泵联轴器连接，主泵联轴器与主柱塞泵连接，主柱塞泵的进油口与主泵过滤器连接，主柱塞泵的出油口与主泵精过滤器连接，主泵精过滤器的出油口分别与主泵溢流阀的P口、前端梭阀的Ａ口、主泵单向阀的进油口连接，主泵溢流阀的T口与油箱连接，单向阀的出口与主泵两位四通电磁换向阀的P口连接，主泵两位四通电磁换向阀的T口与油箱连接，主泵两位四通电磁换向阀的B口与后端梭阀的的A口连接；副泵电机与副泵联轴器连接，副泵联轴器与副柱塞泵连接，副柱塞泵的进油口与副泵过滤器连接，副柱塞泵的出油口与副泵精过滤器进油口连接，副泵精过滤器的出油口分别于副泵溢流阀的P口、前端梭阀的Ｂ口、副泵单向阀连接，副泵溢流阀的T口与油箱连接，副泵单向阀的出油口与副泵两位四通电磁换向阀的P口连接，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀的T口接油箱连接，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀的B口后梭阀的B口与连接，后端梭阀的T口分别与后端两位四通电磁换向阀的P口、球阀、中间球阀、蓄能器、压力控制器连接，后端两位四通电磁换向阀的B口接油箱，球阀的出油口接油箱连接，中间球阀的出油口分别与轮边制动器、手动泵的出油口连接，手动泵的进油口接油箱连接。
在前端梭阀的T口接压力表。
在中间球阀的出油口接球阀有压力表。
本发明具有如下的有益效果，1在主泵电机不能正常工作的情况下，可以切换到副泵电机上，从而保证工作的正常进行；2在停电或者需要临时把制动器打开时，可以用手动泵28将轮边制动器打开，节省能耗；3多种泄压控制方式，有效实现安全制动功能：一是主泵两位四通电磁换向阀和副泵两位四通电磁换向阀的断电泄压；二是后端两位四通电磁换向阀通电泄压；三是球阀的紧急泄压；四是手动泵紧急泄压。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种双泵驱动安全制动液压控制系统，主泵电机5与主泵联轴器4连接，主泵联轴器4与主柱塞泵3连接，主柱塞泵3的进油口与主泵过滤器2连接，主柱塞泵3的出油口与主泵精过滤器6连接，主泵精过滤器6的出油口分别与主泵溢流阀7的P口、前端梭阀15的Ａ口、主泵单向阀9的进油口连接，主泵溢流阀7的T口与油箱1连接，单向阀9的出口与主泵两位四通电磁换向阀10的P口连接，主泵两位四通电磁换向阀10的T口与油箱1连接，主泵两位四通电磁换向阀10的B口与后端梭阀的22的A口连接；副泵电机20与副泵联轴器19连接，副泵联轴器19与副柱塞泵18连接，副柱塞泵18的进油口与副泵过滤器21连接，副柱塞泵18的出油口与副泵精过滤器17进油口连接，副泵精过滤器17的出油口分别于副泵溢流阀16的P口、前端梭阀15的Ｂ口、副泵单向阀14连接，副泵溢流阀16的T口与油箱1连接，副泵单向阀14的出油口与副泵两位四通电磁换向阀13的P口连接，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀13的T口接油箱1连接，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀13的B口后梭阀22的B口与连接，后端梭阀22的T口分别与后端两位四通电磁换向阀23的P口、球阀25、中间球阀24、蓄能器11、压力控制器12连接，后端两位四通电磁换向阀23的B口接油箱1，球阀25的出油口接油箱1连接，中间球阀24的出油口分别与轮边制动器26、手动泵28的出油口连接，手动泵28的进油口接油箱1连接；前端梭阀15的T口接压力表8；在中间球阀24的出油口接球阀有压力表27。
当主柱塞泵3工作，主泵两位四通电磁换向阀10通电，轮边制动器26打开，当主泵两位四通电磁换向阀10断电，轮边制动器26关闭，如果主泵两位四通电磁换向阀10断电后不能泄压，则可将后端两位四通电磁换向阀23通电，也可将轮边制动器26泄压，球阀25用于紧急泄压。
同理，副柱塞泵14工作的时候，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀13通电，轮边制动器26打开，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀13断电时，轮边制动器26关闭，如果副泵两位四通电磁换向阀13断电后不能泄压，则可将后端两位四通电磁换向阀23通电，也可将轮边制动器26泄压，球阀25用于紧急泄压；当主柱塞泵3、副柱塞泵18不能工作时，将中间球阀24关闭，手动泵28工作，就可将轮边制动器26打开，手动泵28拥有自泄压的功能。

1.一种双泵驱动安全制动液压控制系统，其特征在于：主泵电机（5）与主泵联轴器（4）连接，主泵联轴器（4）与主柱塞泵（3）连接，主柱塞泵（3）的进油口与主泵过滤器（2）连接，主柱塞泵（3）的出油口与主泵精过滤器（6）连接，主泵精过滤器（6）的出油口分别与主泵溢流阀（7）的P口、前端梭阀（15）的Ａ口、主泵单向阀（9）的进油口连接，主泵溢流阀（7）的T口与油箱（1）连接，单向阀（9）的出口与主泵两位四通电磁换向阀（10）的P口连接，主泵两位四通电磁换向阀（10）的T口与油箱（1）连接，主泵两位四通电磁换向阀（10）的B口与后端梭阀的（22）的A口连接；副泵电机（20）与副泵联轴器（19）连接，副泵联轴器（19）与副柱塞泵（18）连接，副柱塞泵（18）的进油口与副泵过滤器（21）连接，副柱塞泵（18）的出油口与副泵精过滤器（17）进油口连接，副泵精过滤器（17）的出油口分别于副泵溢流阀（16）的P口、前端梭阀（15）的Ｂ口、副泵单向阀（14）连接，副泵溢流阀（16）的T口与油箱（1）连接，副泵单向阀（14）的出油口与副泵两位四通电磁换向阀（13）的P口连接，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀（13）的T口接油箱（1）连接，副泵两位四通电磁换向阀（13）的B口后梭阀（22）的B口与连接，后端梭阀（22）的T口分别与后端两位四通电磁换向阀（23）的P口、球阀（25）、中间球阀（24）、蓄能器（11）、压力控制器（12）连接，后端两位四通电磁换向阀（23）的B口接油箱（1），球阀（25）的出油口接油箱（1）连接，中间球阀（24）的出油口分别与轮边制动器（26）、手动泵（28）的出油口连接，手动泵（28）的进油口接油箱（1）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双泵驱动安全制动液压控制系统，其特征在于：在前端梭阀（15）的T口接压力表（8）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双泵驱动安全制动液压控制系统，其特征在于：在中间球阀（24）的出油口接球阀有压力表（27）。
