Abstract

一种易降解的再生改性塑料颗粒,涉及化工技术领域,该改性塑料颗粒由以下重量百分比的组分组成,PVC废料30-60%、聚氨酯废料10-40%、钙粉5-15%、硬脂酸钙1-3%、降解剂0.1-1%、抗氧化剂0.1-1%、铅盐类稳定剂1-5%、二甲胺冷凝后生成的废油5-15%。本发明利用先进的还原技术,通过借助稳定剂及其它助剂有效分解,将其中的有用成分还原后将其添加到pvc+pu造粒的工艺中,不仅使pvc+pu改性颗粒具有较好的柔韧度、韧性及光泽度等品质,而且达到了废物循环再利用的目的,节省了人造革企业为无害化处理这些废油的高额成本,使之变废为宝,既节约了社会资源,又有效保护了环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,具体涉及一种易降解的再生改性塑料颗粒及其制备工艺。
背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)材料因其具有高弹性,高耐磨性,良好的耐低温耐溶剂性能,并且性能可调范围广,而广泛应用于汽车、建筑、家电、纺织、鞋材、皮革等领域。聚氨酯工业迅猛发展,制品种类繁多,产量与日俱增,同时也产生了大量的废弃物,这些废弃物包括生产中的边角料和老化报废的各种聚氨酯制品。聚氨酯废弃物不仅严重污染环境,也是对资源的极大浪费,对这些废料的回收利用成为亟待解决的问题。
聚氨酯废料的回收方法分为物理回收法和化学回收法。目前聚氨酯回收利用的主要方法是化学回收法,即在化学试剂、催化剂、热量等存在的条件下,将聚氨酯降解成为可重新利用的低聚物或者小分子化合物,从而实现废弃物的循环利用。根据降解剂的种类和降解条件的不同,化学回收法可以分为水解法、碱解法、胺解法、醇解法等。
人造革企业在生产过程中经回收塔中的废气(二甲胺)冷凝后产生大量的废油,如不经过无害化处理,任意倾倒,将永远无法降解,给人们赖以生存的土壤和水源造成灾难性污染,严重危害环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种生产成本低,节能环保、易降解的再生改性塑料颗粒及其制备工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种易降解的再生改性塑料颗粒,该改性塑料颗粒由以下重量百分比的组分组成,

各组分的最佳重量百分比为,
所述降解剂选用乙二醇、丙二醇、乙醇胺、一缩二乙二醇、季戊四醇中的一种或几种的组合。
所述抗氧化剂选用抗氧化剂1010或1076。
所述铅盐类稳定剂选用三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基亚磷酸铅或二盐基硬脂酸铅。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备所述改性塑料颗粒的方法,包括如下方法步骤,
1)首先收集聚氨酯废料和PVC废料,并将二者分别晾晒,然后粉碎成颗粒待用;
2)按重量配比称取粉碎后的聚氨酯废料、PVC废料、钙粉、硬脂酸钙、降解剂、抗氧化剂、铅盐类稳定剂及二甲胺冷凝后生成的废油,将各组分混合均匀;
3)将混合均匀的物料加热炒制,温度控制在75-85℃,时间控制在25-35分钟;
4)然后经造粒机继续加热至170℃时熔化,经磨头挤出块状物,然后破碎,得改性塑料颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用先进的还原技术,通过借助稳定剂及其它助剂有效分解,将其中的有用成分还原后将其添加到pvc+pu造粒的工艺中,不仅使pvc+pu改性颗粒具有较好的柔韧度、韧性及光泽度等品质,而且达到了废物循环再利用的目的,节省了人造革企业为无害化处理这些废油的高额成本,使之变废为宝,既节约了社会资源,又有效保护了环境。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种易降解的再生改性塑料颗粒,该改性塑料颗粒由以下重量(按公斤计)的组分组成,
1)首先收集聚氨酯废料和PVC废料,并将二者分别晾晒,然后粉碎成颗粒待用;
2)按重量配比称取粉碎后的聚氨酯废料、PVC废料、钙粉、硬脂酸钙、降解剂、抗氧化剂、铅盐类稳定剂及二甲胺冷凝后生成的废油,将各组分混合均匀;
3)将混合均匀的物料加热炒制,温度控制在75-85℃,时间控制在25-35分钟;
4)然后经造粒机继续加热至170℃时熔化,经磨头挤出块状物,然后破碎,得改性塑料颗粒。
实施例2
一种易降解的再生改性塑料颗粒,该改性塑料颗粒由以下重量(按公斤计)的组分组成,

一种利用聚氨酯废料制备的改性塑料颗粒,该改性塑料颗粒由以下重量(按公斤计)的组分组成,

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种易降解的再生改性塑料颗粒,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂选用抗氧化剂1010或抗氧剂1076。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种利用聚氨酯废料制备的改性塑料颗粒,其特征在于:所述的铅盐类稳定剂选用三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基亚磷酸铅或二盐基硬脂酸铅。
6.一种制备权利要求1或2所述改性塑料颗粒的方法,其特征在于:包括如下方法步骤,
1)首先收集聚氨酯废料和PVC废料,并将二者分别晾晒,然后粉碎成颗粒待用;
2)按重量配比称取粉碎后的聚氨酯废料、PVC废料、钙粉、硬脂酸钙、降解剂、抗氧化剂、铅盐类稳定剂及二甲胺冷凝后生成的废油,将各组分混合均匀;
3)将混合均匀的物料加热炒制,温度控制在75-85℃,时间控制在25-35分钟;
4)然后经造粒机继续加热至170℃时熔化,经磨头挤出块状物,然后破碎,得改性塑料颗粒。
