本发明公开了一种营养谷朊粉的制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦面筋蛋白粉800-1000、浓缩乳清蛋白粉120-200、荞麦粉80-100、棒棒草2-3、蒲公英2-4、荆芥3-4、八股绳1-2、高良姜2-3、芹菜汁30-40、西红柿汁30-40、胡萝卜汁30-40;本发明提供了一种营养谷朊粉的制备方法,对荞麦粉进行改性后,与小麦面筋蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉混合制得。本发明产品原料来源安全卫生,配方合理,营养均衡,经常食用能有效预防肠炎、胃炎、高血脂等慢性病,而且有效延缓衰老、改善睡眠等效果。

背景技术
谷朊粉肽是由小麦谷蛋白经过蛋白酶分解精制而成,具有抑制胆固醇上升的作用。谷朊粉肽能促进胰岛素分泌作用,可用于调节人的血糖,改善糖尿病症状。因此,谷朊粉作为一种健康食品,逐渐走入人们的生活。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种营养谷朊粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种营养谷朊粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以步骤:
(1)称取以下质量份的原料:小麦面筋蛋白粉800-1000、浓缩乳清蛋白粉120-200、荞麦粉80-100、棒棒草2-3、蒲公英2-4、荆芥3-4、八股绳1-2、高良姜2-3、芹菜汁30-40、西红柿汁30-40、胡萝卜汁30-40;
(2)将棒棒草、蒲公英、荆芥、八股绳、高良姜混合,加入其总重量8-10倍的水,加热提取2-3小时,得提取液;、
(3)将荞麦粉加入至芹菜汁、西红柿汁、胡萝卜汁和提取液的混合液中,搅拌均匀后浸泡1-2小时,然后进行喷雾干燥,过120-200目筛,得改性荞麦粉;
(4)将小麦面筋蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉与制得的改性荞麦粉混合,搅拌均匀后进行包装,即得。

实施例1:
一种营养谷朊粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以步骤:
(1)称取以下质量份的原料:小麦面筋蛋白粉1000、浓缩乳清蛋白粉300、荞麦粉100、棒棒草3、蒲公英4、荆芥3、八股绳2、高良姜3、芹菜汁40、西红柿汁30、胡萝卜汁30;
(2)将棒棒草、蒲公英、荆芥、八股绳、高良姜混合,加入其总重量8-10倍的水,加热提取2小时,得提取液;、
(3)将荞麦粉加入至芹菜汁、西红柿汁、胡萝卜汁和提取液的混合液中,搅拌均匀后浸泡2小时,然后进行喷雾干燥,过150目筛,得改性荞麦粉;
(4)将小麦面筋蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉与制得的改性荞麦粉混合,搅拌均匀后进行包装,即得。

(1)称取以下质量份的原料:小麦面筋蛋白粉800-1000、浓缩乳清蛋白粉120-200、荞麦粉80-100、棒棒草2-3、蒲公英2-4、荆芥3-4、八股绳1-2、高良姜2-3、芹菜汁30-40、西红柿汁30-40、胡萝卜汁30-40;
(2)将棒棒草、蒲公英、荆芥、八股绳、高良姜混合,加入其总重量8-10倍的水,加热提取2-3小时,得提取液;、
(3)将荞麦粉加入至芹菜汁、西红柿汁、胡萝卜汁和提取液的混合液中,搅拌均匀后浸泡1-2小时,然后进行喷雾干燥,过120-200目筛,得改性荞麦粉;
(4)将小麦面筋蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉与制得的改性荞麦粉混合,搅拌均匀后进行包装,即得。
