本发明涉及减肥食品技术领域,尤其是一种由纯天然原料制成的减肥冲剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食习惯的改变,肥胖已经成为普遍现象,而由肥胖引发的高血压、高血脂和糖尿病等病症也成了威胁人们健康首要问题。现有技术中的减肥食品多采用在食品中添加药物成分,因此,部分人服用之后会发生不良反应,甚至造成身体损伤,市场上迫切需要一种纯天然原料制备的安全的减肥食品。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种减肥冲剂,该减肥冲剂采用纯天然原料制备,不含任何药物,进食方便,服用安全,该减肥冲剂可以增加肠道蠕动,防止肥胖,对高血压、高血脂和糖尿病具有保健功效。
解决技术问题所采取的技术方案:一种减肥冲剂,所述减肥冲剂是按以下方法制备的:
1)将水份在10%-18%的玉米皮放入双螺杆挤压机进行膨化处理,将膨化产物自然降温后粉碎,得玉米皮原料粉备用;
2)将大豆经浸泡后加水研磨成浆料,将浆料用纱布过滤,分离出豆渣,将豆渣用1%的食用碱水浸泡10分钟后用清水漂洗,将漂洗后的豆渣压滤除水,再烘干得干豆渣,将干豆渣粉碎后得大豆纤维干粉备用;
3)将西葫芦去除瓜皮和内瓤得瓜肉,将瓜肉切成片后用硫磺熏蒸处理,得杀菌灭酶瓜肉,将杀菌灭酶瓜肉用清水漂洗后,沥干表面残留积水,得净瓜肉,将净瓜肉与30%乙醇溶液混合搅拌,静置30分钟后得浸泡料,将浸泡料用打浆机打制成浆后,得混合浆料,将混合浆料用胶体磨研磨后再放入均质机作均质处理,将均质后的浆料静置10-20分钟,撇去浮沫得细浆料,向细浆料加入细浆料重量1/3的精制玉米粉,搅拌均匀,得混合湿料,将混合湿料用滚筒烘干机干燥,当混合湿料水份降至12%时得混合干料,将混合干料放入双螺杆膨化机膨化,得膨化料,将膨化料粉碎得西葫芦玉米粉备用;
4)取前步制得的玉米皮原料粉、大豆纤维干粉、西葫芦玉米粉与魔芋精粉按3:4:0.2:3的重量份比混合搅拌均匀,得减肥冲剂成品。
作为本发明的改进:所述玉米皮原料粉、大豆纤维干粉、西葫芦玉米粉和魔芋精粉的粒度为80—120目。
作为本发明的进一步改进:在步骤1)中,玉米皮膨化处理时,加热温度260-320℃,压力1.4-2.0Mpa,挤压时间10-20分钟,膨化后的物料水份8%-10%。
有益效果:本发明的减肥冲剂由于采用了将玉米皮原料粉、大豆纤维干粉、西葫芦玉米粉与魔芋精粉混合制成减肥冲剂的技术方案,玉米皮为湿法加工玉米淀粉过程中产生的下脚料,其主要成份为纤维素、多糖及凝胶类物质,经过膨化处理后的玉米皮更易于人体吸收,且吸水性更好、吸水后膨胀效果好;魔芋精粉属高纤维食品,其主要成份是葡甘露聚糖等功能性成份,具有降低血糖和抑制血中胆固醇上升的作用,其纤维质均为水溶性膳食纤维,很难被消化液消化,具有防止肥胖和通便的作用;西葫芦玉米粉的主要成份为瓜尔胶、洋槐豆胶、古柯豆胶等植物豆胶、微生物多糖,具有良好的乳化性和增稠性,可以降低血液中的胆固醇含量、促进肠胃的正常蠕动,达到预防便秘、促进血糖和胰岛素保持正常水平,对预防糖尿病效果显著,因此,本发明减肥冲剂具有防止肥胖、改善肠道有益微生物,增加肠道蠕动,防止便秘,预防直肠癌、降低血压、血糖和胆固醇,改善血胰岛素分泌,饱腹、通便的功能,长期服用安全可靠。本发明的减肥冲剂具有膨胀性强,亲水、速溶、无热量等优点,并可依据个人爱好加入各种调味剂,冲调出多种口味。
在本发明中由于合理的地限定了玉米皮原料粉、大豆纤维干粉、西葫芦玉米粉和魔芋精粉的粒度,使制备的减肥冲剂口感更好,冲服更方便;由于合理地限定了玉米皮膨化处理的参数,使膨化后的玉米皮口感更好,吸水性更强。
本发明减肥冲剂用温开水冲调即可,冲调成糊状食品。每日晨起服10克、晚服10克,服用期间可以正常饮食。

一种减肥冲剂,所述减肥冲剂是按以下方法制备的:
1)将水份在10%-18%的玉米皮放入双螺杆挤压机进行膨化处理,
将膨化产物自然降温后粉碎,得玉米皮原料粉备用,玉米皮膨化处理时,加热温度260-320℃,压力1.4-2.0Mpa,挤压时间10-20分钟,膨化后的物料水份8%-10%。;
2)将大豆经浸泡后加水研磨成浆料,将浆料用纱布过滤,分离出豆渣,将豆渣用1%的食用碱水浸泡10分钟后用清水漂洗,将漂洗后的豆渣压滤除水,再烘干得干豆渣,将干豆渣粉碎后得大豆纤维干粉备用;
3)将西葫芦去除瓜皮和内瓤得瓜肉,将瓜肉切成片后用硫磺熏蒸处理,每1000kg西葫芦瓜肉,用100g硫磺,焰烧40min,二氧化硫浓度0.7-1%左右,得杀菌灭酶瓜肉,将杀菌灭酶瓜肉用清水漂洗后,沥干表面残留积水,得净瓜肉,将净瓜肉与30%乙醇溶液混合搅拌,静置30分钟后得浸泡料,将浸泡料用打浆机打制成浆后,得混合浆料,将混合浆料用胶体磨研磨后再放入均质机作均质处理,将均质后的浆料静置10-20分钟,撇去浮沫得细浆料,向细浆料加入细浆料重量1/3的精制玉米粉,搅拌均匀,得混合湿料,将混合湿料用滚筒烘干机干燥,当混合湿料水份降至12%时得混合干料,将混合干料放入双螺杆膨化机膨化,得膨化料,将膨化料粉碎得西葫芦玉米粉备用;
