本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种酸辣防癌挂面,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
面粉90-100、牡丹皮2-3、丹参1-2、半边藕2-3、青皮3-4、佩兰1-2、绞股蓝2-3、番茄叶4-5、花生壳4-5、山苦荬1.5-3、马齿苋2.5-4、白花蛇舌草1.5-3、黑豆30-35、珍珠粉0.3-0.5、米醋45-50、辣椒粉2-4。
所述的酸辣防癌挂面的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑豆洗净置于锅中加水用大火煮至表皮爆开,再用小火煮制10-15分钟,捞出沥干,加入米醋,密封泡制24-30小时后出料,经烘干、磨粉备用;
(2)将牡丹皮、丹参、半边藕、青皮、佩兰、绞股蓝、番茄叶、花生壳、山苦荬、马齿苋、白花蛇舌草加5-6倍的水煎煮1-2小时后过滤除渣,在所得提取液中加入珍珠粉,小火熬膏;
(3)将面粉与步骤(1)所得物料混合小火炒香后出料,加入辣椒粉、步骤(2)所得物料和适量的水,揉成面团;
(4)面团经熟化、压片、切条、干燥、切断、包装,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明不含化学添加剂,营养搭配均衡,富含多种人体所需的营养物质,且经过炒制的面粉使得本发明更加香郁可口、细腻柔滑,而黑豆经米醋浸泡后,其中的花青素更易被人体吸收,可美容养颜、补肾明目,有效改善便秘、高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等症状,同时赋予本发明独特的风味;加工过程中添加了牡丹皮、丹参、绞股蓝等多种具有抗癌功效的中草药,长期食用本发明可提高机体免疫力,是一种具有食疗保健功能的挂面。
具体实施方式
一种酸辣防癌挂面,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
面粉100、牡丹皮3、丹参2、半边藕3、青皮4、佩兰2、绞股蓝3、番茄叶5、花生壳5、山苦荬3、马齿苋4、白花蛇舌草3、黑豆35、珍珠粉0.5、米醋50、辣椒粉4。
所述的酸辣防癌挂面的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黑豆洗净置于锅中加水用大火煮至表皮爆开,再用小火煮制10-15分钟,捞出沥干,加入米醋,密封泡制24-30小时后出料,经烘干、磨粉备用;

其制备方法包括以下步骤:
