技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐磨耐旱耐老化的改性氯化聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,电缆的需求市场广阔,推动着电缆料生产技术的进步,电缆料不仅用途广泛,而且对其性能指标有特殊的要求,比如绝缘性、拉伸强度、使用温度、阻燃性能等指标均有严格的要求,不断的提高电缆料的性能,是经济和社会发展的迫切需求,传统的电缆料多存在阻燃性差、高温易变形、力学性能差、使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有电缆料配方,改进材料性能,以适应电缆市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐磨耐旱耐老化的改性氯化聚乙烯电缆料,提升了传统氯化聚乙烯电缆料的性能,使其具备优越的耐磨、耐旱、耐老化性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐磨耐旱耐老化的改性氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,该电缆料包含以下重量份的组分:天然橡胶24-28,N339炭黑12-15,氯化聚乙烯30-35,丁苯橡胶20-24,硫磺1-2,氧化锌4-5,重晶石粉20-24,石英粉10-12,滑石粉3-5,三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯3-4,硬脂酸丁酯3-4,环氧大豆油5-6,N220炭黑30-34,促进剂CZ 1-2,促进剂Na-22 1-2,助剂4-5。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石30-34,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯3-4,二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯3-4,氧化镁5-6,硼酸锌2-3,玉石粉4-5,苯基三乙氧基硅烷1-2,促进剂Na-22 1-2,氮化铝4-5,吗啉1-2,硫醇丁基锡1-2,当归油1-2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐磨耐旱耐老化的改性氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其制备方法如下:
(1)将天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶投入密炼机中,塑炼12-15min,当密炼机温度达到110-130℃时,开始出料,待混合料完全冷却后,投入密炼机中,加入石英粉、滑石粉,混炼4-5min,随后先加入2/3的N220炭黑,混炼3-5min,再将余下的N220炭黑全部加入,翻炼2-3min,最后加入环氧大豆油、硬脂酸丁酯,混炼4-5min,当密炼机温度达到100-105℃时,开始出料,当混合料完全冷却后,投入开炼机中,加入氧化锌、硫磺、促进剂CZ、促进剂Na-22,薄通6-8次即可,开炼机工作温度≤60℃;
(2)将氯化聚乙烯、重晶石粉、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒;
(3)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)得到的物料送入密炼机中,在100-130℃下混炼3-5min,冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通6-7次,即得本发明橡胶料。
本发明结合了天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶以及氯化聚乙烯等原料的优点,提升了传统氯化聚乙烯电缆料的性能,使其具备优越的耐磨、耐旱、耐老化性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,且对环境和人体无危害,市场前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的电缆料包含以下重量份的原料:天然橡胶28,N339炭黑15,氯化聚乙烯35,丁苯橡胶24,硫磺2,氧化锌5,重晶石粉24,石英粉12,滑石粉5,三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯4,硬脂酸丁酯4,环氧大豆油6,N220炭黑34,促进剂CZ 2,促进剂Na-22 2,助剂5。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石34,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯4,二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯4,氧化镁5,硼酸锌3,玉石粉5,苯基三乙氧基硅烷2,促进剂Na-22 2,氮化铝4,吗啉2,硫醇丁基锡2,当归油2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成80目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐磨耐旱耐老化的改性氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其制备方法如下:
(1)将天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶投入密炼机中,塑炼15min,当密炼机温度达到120℃时,开始出料,待混合料完全冷却后,投入密炼机中,加入石英粉、滑石粉,混炼5min,随后先加入2/3的N220炭黑,混炼5min,再将余下的N220炭黑全部加入,翻炼3min,最后加入环氧大豆油、硬脂酸丁酯,混炼5min,当密炼机温度达到105℃时,开始出料,当混合料完全冷却后,投入开炼机中,加入氧化锌、硫磺、促进剂CZ、促进剂Na-22,薄通8次即可,开炼机工作温度≤60℃;
(2)将氯化聚乙烯、重晶石粉、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒;
(3)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)得到的物料送入密炼机中,在130℃下混炼3-5min,冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通7次,即得本发明橡胶料。
本发明制备的电缆料,力学性能得到有效改善,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等指标获得提高,同时具备优越的耐磨、耐旱、耐老化性能。
本发明电缆料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为17.6Mpa,断裂伸长率为456%,经IRM902油90℃×70h处理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为16.8Mpa、425%,在臭氧浓度0.025%、26℃×20h的条件下,无开裂现象,在经120℃×200h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率为91.6%,断裂伸长率保持率为92.5%,阿克隆磨耗值为0.02cm3/1.61Km。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐磨耐旱耐老化的改性氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料组成:天然橡胶24-28,N339炭黑12-15,氯化聚乙烯30-35,丁苯橡胶20-24,硫磺1-2,氧化锌4-5,重晶石粉20-24,石英粉10-12,滑石粉3-5,三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯3-4,硬脂酸丁酯3-4,环氧大豆油5-6,N220炭黑30-34,促进剂CZ 1-2,促进剂Na-22 1-2,助剂4-5;
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石30-34,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯3-4,二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯3-4,氧化镁5-6,硼酸锌2-3,玉石粉4-5,苯基三乙氧基硅烷1-2,促进剂Na-22 1-2,氮化铝4-5,吗啉1-2,硫醇丁基锡1-2,当归油1-2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐旱耐老化的改性氯化聚乙烯电缆料,其制作工艺如下:
(1)将天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶投入密炼机中,塑炼12-15min,当密炼机温度达到110-130℃时,开始出料,待混合料完全冷却后,投入密炼机中,加入石英粉、滑石粉,混炼4-5min,随后先加入2/3的N220炭黑,混炼3-5min,再将余下的N220炭黑全部加入,翻炼2-3min,最后加入环氧大豆油、硬脂酸丁酯,混炼4-5min,当密炼机温度达到100-105℃时,开始出料,当混合料完全冷却后,投入开炼机中,加入氧化锌、硫磺、促进剂CZ、促进剂Na-22,薄通6-8次即可,开炼机工作温度≤60℃;
(2)将氯化聚乙烯、重晶石粉、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒;
(3)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)得到的物料送入密炼机中,在100-130℃下混炼3-5min,冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通6-7次,即得本发明橡胶料。
