Abstract
本发明属机床技术领域,具体涉及一种中小型零部件产品加工用的车铣一体机床。在带有调整垫铁的床体一侧设有主轴电机座支撑固定主轴伺服电机、还设有主轴箱,主轴箱的主轴上设同步带轮与主轴伺服电机上的电机同步带轮通过同步带连接;在主轴上设相互配合的拉紧气缸和定位部件,其特征是:在床体工作台面上设有立铣机构、部件进给机构和上下料机构。上下料机构将工件推入主轴头夹具中,拉紧气缸拉动拉紧部件及定位部件将工件夹紧,立铣箱上的排刀刀架的刀具随在部件进给机构的作用下沿X轴、Z轴做直线、插补等运动对不同工件结合主轴分度和定位对毛坯进行车铣复合加工。因而具有操作简单、成本低,一次装夹即可完成车、铣工序,加工精度和生产效率高的明显优点。
Description
技术领域:本发明属机床技术领域,具体涉及一种中小型零部件产品加工用的车铣一体机床。
背景技术:现有对中小型零部件的加工多是先在车床上进行车削加工、再在铣床上进行铣削加工而成的,加工同一工件需要多次装夹、在不同功能的机床上、分工序来进行,其缺点是加工效率低、易形成累积公差、劳动强度大。而采用加工中心加工,又存在加工中心价格昂贵,增加了加工成本的缺陷。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种操作简单、成本低,一次装夹即可完成车、铣工序的车铣一体机床。
本发明的技术方案是:一种车铣一体机床,在带有调整垫铁的床体一侧设有主轴电机座支撑固定主轴伺服电机、还设有主轴箱,主轴箱的主轴上设同步带轮与主轴伺服电机上的电机同步带轮通过同步带连接;在主轴上设相互配合的拉紧气缸和定位部件,其特征是:在床体工作台面上设有立铣机构、部件进给机构和上下料机构;所述的部件进给机构包括在工作台面上设Z轴丝杠及丝杠副,Z轴丝杠及丝杠副一端设Z轴伺服电机、Z轴丝杠及丝杠副连接支撑Z轴导轨及导轨副,Z轴导轨及导轨副设有Z轴座;在Z轴座上设X轴丝杠和丝杠副,X轴丝杠和丝杠副一端设X轴伺服电机,X轴丝杠和丝杠副上还支撑连接X轴导轨、导轨副,X轴导轨副上固定小流板,小流板前侧设有排刀刀座,可以安装车刀、镗刀、螺纹刀、钻头等刀具;所述的立铣机构包括固定在小流板上后侧的立铣箱座支撑固定立铣箱,立铣箱上设立铣调节丝杠副,立铣箱上设立铣电机,立铣箱上设立铣轴的带轮与立铣电机带轮通过皮带连接,在立铣轴上设拉杆与刀柄固接,刀柄上按装铣刀;上下料机构由床体另一侧上料底座上设上料导轨、导轨副,在上料底座对应位置上设上料板、侧送料气缸、顶料气缸和主送料气缸构成,由数控系统进行动作控制。
由于采用上述技术方案,将工件放入上料板中,由侧送料气缸将工件送入顶料气缸中,然后主送料气缸推动顶料气缸及其附属零件靠近主轴头夹具上,顶料气缸将工件推入主轴头夹具中,拉紧气缸拉动拉紧部件及定位部件将工件夹紧,上料动作完成,各气缸复位;此时排刀刀架上的刀具随立铣箱在部件进给机构的作用下沿X轴、Z轴做直线、插补等运动对不同工件结合主轴分度和定位对毛坯进行车铣复合加工;工件加工完成后拉紧气缸松开,工件由定位部件自动弹出,完成一个加工周期。因而具有操作简单、成本低,一次装夹即可完成车、铣工序,加工精度和生产效率高的明显优点。

具体实施方式:
一种车铣一体机床,在带有调整垫铁1的床体2一侧设有主轴电机座4支撑固定主轴伺服电机3、还设有主轴箱10,主轴箱10的主轴11上设同步带轮6与主轴伺服电机3上的电机同步带轮5通过同步带7连接;在主轴11上设相互配合的拉紧气缸9和定位部件8,在床体2工作台面上设有立铣机构、部件进给机构和上下料机构;所述的部件进给机构包括在工作台面上设Z轴丝杠及丝杠副22,Z轴丝杠及丝杠副22一端设Z轴伺服电机25、Z轴丝杠及丝杠副22连接支撑Z轴导轨及导轨副21,Z轴导轨及导轨副21设有Z轴座20;在Z轴座20上设X轴丝杠和丝杠副16,X轴丝杠和丝杠副16一端设X轴伺服电机27,X轴丝杠和丝杠副16上还支撑连接X轴导轨、导轨副19,X轴导轨副19上固定小流板17,小流板17前侧设有排刀刀座,可以安装车刀、镗刀、螺纹刀、钻头等刀具;所述的立铣机构包括固定在小流板17上后侧的立铣箱座30支撑固定立铣箱14,立铣箱14上设立铣调节丝杠副31,立铣箱14上设立铣电机28,立铣箱14上设立铣轴13的带轮33与立铣电机带轮29通过皮带32连接,在立铣轴13上设拉杆与刀柄12固接,刀柄12上按装铣刀;上下料机构由床体2另一侧上料底座24上设上料导轨、导轨副23,在上料底座24对应位置上设上料板18、侧送料气缸34、顶料气缸36和主送料气缸37构成。

1.一种车铣一体机床,在带有调整垫铁(1)的床体(2)一侧设有主轴电机座(4)支撑固定主轴伺服电机(3)、还设有主轴箱(10),主轴箱(10)的主轴(11)上设同步带轮(6)与主轴伺服电机(3)上的电机同步带轮(5)通过同步带(7)连接;在主轴(11)上设相互配合的拉紧气缸(9)和定位部件(8),其特征是:在床体(2)工作台面上设有立铣机构、部件进给机构和上下料机构;所述的部件进给机构包括在工作台面上设Z轴丝杠及丝杠副(22),Z轴丝杠及丝杠副(22)一端设Z轴伺服电机(25)、Z轴丝杠及丝杠副(22)连接支撑Z轴导轨及导轨副(21),Z轴导轨及导轨副(21)设有Z轴座(20);在Z轴座(20)上设X轴丝杠和丝杠副(16),X轴丝杠和丝杠副(16)一端设X轴伺服电机(27),X轴丝杠和丝杠副(16)上还支撑连接X轴导轨、导轨副(19),X轴导轨副(19)上固定小流板(17),小流板(17)前侧设有排刀刀座,可以安装车刀、镗刀、螺纹刀、钻头等刀具;所述的立铣机构包括固定在小流板(17)上后侧的立铣箱座(30)支撑固定立铣箱(14),立铣箱(14)上设立铣调节丝杠副(31),立铣箱(14)上设立铣电机(28),立铣箱(14)上设立铣轴(13)的带轮(33)与立铣电机带轮(29)通过皮带(32)连接,在立铣轴(13)上设拉杆与刀柄(12)固接,刀柄(12)上按装铣刀;上下料机构由床体(2)另一侧上料底座(24)上设上料导轨、导轨副(23),在上料底座(24)对应位置上设上料板(18)、侧送料气缸(34)、顶料气缸(36)和主送料气缸(37)构成。
