本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种蜜芝糕的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蜜芝糕的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:黑芝麻80-100、花生粉50-60、芝麻油3-5、蜂蜜8-10、枸杞2-3、天麻1-2、三七1-3、斑鸠菊2-3、川穹1-2、苦丁茶2-3、板栗叶2-3、冬瓜汁8-10、柚子汁8-10、营养添加剂3-5;
所述的营养添加剂由珍珠粉:薏仁油:石榴籽油以2-3:1:1的比例组成;
(2)将枸杞、天麻、三七、斑鸠菊、川穹、苦丁茶、板栗叶加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将蜂蜜加入至黑芝麻中,充分搅拌,使得蜂蜜均匀包覆在黑芝麻表面,然后放入锅中,小火烘烤至出香,待冷却后,将黑芝麻磨粉;
(4)将黑芝麻粉与花生粉混合,然后加入煎煮液和芝麻油、冬瓜汁、柚子汁、营养添加剂等剩余成分,混合均匀后分成小份,装入模具中,压制成所需形状后,高温蒸熟,即得。

(2)将枸杞、天麻、三七、斑鸠菊、川穹、苦丁茶、板栗叶加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
