本发明公开了一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:红茂草1-2、斑鸠菊2-3、沙蒿茎叶1-2、鸡屎藤1-2、火麻仁2-4、瓜蒌仁1-2、纳豆1-2、魔芋粉0.1-0.2、沙蒿籽0.2-0.4、麦芽糊精1-2、炼乳1-2、液体蜂蜜70-80、绿茶1-2、麦芽0.1-0.2、糙米1-2、复配果酱粉3-6;斑鸠菊具有清热解毒的功效,同时添加各种药食同源的中药,既能有效治疗便秘,又能美容养颜,不含任何添加剂,毒副作用小,做成固体形式,方便食用,节省时间。

技术领域
本发明属蜂蜜领域,尤其涉及一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜。 
背景技术
蜂蜜中含葡萄糖和果糖,约占65-80%;蔗糖极少,不超过8%;水分16-25%;糊精和非糖物质、矿物质、有机酸等含量在5%左右。此外,还含有少量的酵素、芳香物质和维生素等。蜜源植物品种不同,蜂蜜的成分也不一样。 
新鲜成熟的蜂蜜,为粘稠的透明或半透明的胶状液体,有的槐花蜂蜜,可以用报纸包起来,有的蜂蜜在较低的温度下放置,可以逐渐凝结成晶体。蜜的比重为1.401-1.443。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜。 
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案: 
一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
红茂草1-2、斑鸠菊2-3、沙蒿茎叶1-2、鸡屎藤1-2、火麻仁2-4、瓜蒌仁1-2、纳豆1-2、魔芋粉0.1-0.2、沙蒿籽0.2-0.4、麦芽糊精1-2、炼乳1-2、液体蜂蜜70-80、绿茶1-2、麦芽0.1-0.2、糙米1-2、复配果酱粉3-6;
复配果酱粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
 黑木耳1-2、使君子1-2、槟榔1-2、草决明1-2、紫草1-2、红糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、蓝莓2-4、柠檬2-3、百合1-2、大麦苗1-2、山药1-2、柠檬酸0.5-0.7、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.4、卡拉胶1-2、椰子汁20-30;
复配果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)黑木耳干燥后,研磨过100-200目筛得黑木耳粉,备用;
(2)使君子、槟榔、草决明、紫草混匀后,水提去渣干燥,得中药提取物备用;
(3)蓝莓、柠檬、百合、大麦苗、山药混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;
(4)椰子汁加入锅中煮沸后,加入红糖、蜂王浆熬煮10-20分钟,再加入黑木耳粉、中药提取物、复配果蔬泥以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热20-30分钟后,冷却,干燥,研磨,即得。
所述的一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤: 
(1)配置浓度为6-8%的盐水,煮沸后,加入红茂草、斑鸠菊、沙蒿茎叶、鸡屎藤,漂烫20-30秒钟后,取出、过冰水4-6秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,干燥,得复配藤草粉备用;
(2)绿茶、麦芽、糙米、火麻仁、瓜蒌仁、纳豆、沙蒿籽混匀后,炒干,磨粉,过40-80目筛,得复配豆仁粉备用;
(3)复配藤草粉、复配豆仁粉以及其余原料混匀后,搅拌10-20分钟,放入微波干燥器,加热到60-90℃,加热干燥3-7分钟,,粉碎得成品。
本发明的有益效果:斑鸠菊具有清热解毒的功效,同时添加各种药食同源的中药,既能有效治疗便秘,又能美容养颜,不含任何添加剂,毒副作用小,做成固体形式,方便食用,节省时间。 
具体实施方式
一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得: 
红茂草1、斑鸠菊3、沙蒿茎叶1、鸡屎藤2、火麻仁2、瓜蒌仁1、纳豆2、魔芋粉0.2、沙蒿籽0.2、麦芽糊精1、炼乳1、液体蜂蜜80、绿茶1、麦芽0.2、糙米1、复配果酱粉6;
复配果酱粉由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:
 黑木耳1、使君子2、槟榔1、草决明2、紫草1、红糖20、蜂王浆10、蓝莓2、柠檬2、百合2、大麦苗1、山药1、柠檬酸0.5、柠檬酸钠0.2、卡拉胶1、椰子汁30;
复配果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)黑木耳干燥后,研磨过100目筛得黑木耳粉,备用;
(2)使君子、槟榔、草决明、紫草混匀后,水提去渣干燥,得中药提取物备用;
(3)蓝莓、柠檬、百合、大麦苗、山药混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;
(4)椰子汁加入锅中煮沸后,加入红糖、蜂王浆熬煮20分钟,再加入黑木耳粉、中药提取物、复配果蔬泥以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热30分钟后,冷却,干燥,研磨,即得。
所述的一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜,制备方法包括以下步骤: 
(1)配置浓度为6%的盐水,煮沸后,加入红茂草、斑鸠菊、沙蒿茎叶、鸡屎藤,漂烫20秒钟后,取出、过冰水6秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,干燥,得复配藤草粉备用;
(2)绿茶、麦芽、糙米、火麻仁、瓜蒌仁、纳豆、沙蒿籽混匀后,炒干,磨粉,过60目筛,得复配豆仁粉备用;
(3)复配藤草粉、复配豆仁粉以及其余原料混匀后,搅拌20分钟,放入微波干燥器,加热到60-90℃,加热干燥3-7分钟,,粉碎得成品。

1.一种治疗便秘的固体沙蒿籽蜂蜜,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
红茂草1-2、斑鸠菊2-3、沙蒿茎叶1-2、鸡屎藤1-2、火麻仁2-4、瓜蒌仁1-2、纳豆1-2、魔芋粉0.1-0.2、沙蒿籽0.2-0.4、麦芽糊精1-2、炼乳1-2、液体蜂蜜70-80、绿茶1-2、麦芽0.1-0.2、糙米1-2、复配果酱粉3-6;
复配果酱粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
 黑木耳1-2、使君子1-2、槟榔1-2、草决明1-2、紫草1-2、红糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、蓝莓2-4、柠檬2-3、百合1-2、大麦苗1-2、山药1-2、柠檬酸0.5-0.7、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.4、卡拉胶1-2、椰子汁20-30;
复配果酱粉的制备方法为:
