本发明涉及一种含有鱼腥草的食品,是由1000重量份的小麦面粉和45-75重量份的鱼腥草均匀搅拌混合制成,可以做成馒头、花卷、面条、包子、饺子等各种面食制品。本发明的有益效果是:在面粉中加入鱼腥草后,增加了面粉清热解毒、消痈排脓、利尿通淋的营养保健作用;取消了鱼腥草药材煎煮等复杂工序,方便食补。经常食用本发明有利于人们的身体健康,在越来越注重食补的今天,本发明的市场潜力巨大。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种含有鱼腥草的食品。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末。按面粉中蛋白质含量的多少,可以分为高筋面粉、低筋面粉及无筋面粉。面粉(小麦粉)是中国北方大部分地区的主食。以面粉制成的食物品种繁多,花样百出,风味迥异。
当前市场上有品种繁多的面粉,比如面包专用面粉、富硒面粉、增钙面粉、富铁面粉、“7+1”营养强化面粉等。但国内外市场上未见将鱼腥草与小麦面粉科学配伍而制成的营养保健面粉的上市,也未见国内外专利和文献上有相关的报道。
如果能以科学配伍的方法将鱼腥草与小麦粉制成一种营养保健面粉,起到既能满足人们日常饮食的需要,又可以起到清热解毒、消痈排脓、利尿通淋的营养保健作用,无疑将具有广阔的销售市场潜力,而且对提高国内经济和人民生活水平具有很大作用。
发明内容
为了弥补市场不足,本发明将鱼腥草与小麦面粉经科学配伍,制成了一种营养保健面粉。本面粉在保留原有面粉口感的基础上,增加了面粉清热解毒、消痈排脓、利尿通淋的营养保健作用,极大的满足了消费者的需求。
本发明是这样实现的:
含有鱼腥草的食品,其特征在于:是由1000重量份的小麦面粉和45-75重量份的鱼腥草均匀搅拌混合制成。
所述的一种含有鱼腥草的食品,其特征在于可以做成馒头、花卷、面条、包子、饺子等各种面食制品。
下面对本发明中使用的鱼腥草进行介绍。
鱼腥草为三白草科植物蕺菜Houttuynia cordata Thunb.的干燥地上部分。分布于长江流域以南各省。夏季茎叶茂盛花穗多时采割,除去杂质,迅速洗净,切段,晒干。生用。味辛,性微寒,归肺经。本品含鱼腥草素、挥发油、蕺菜碱、槲皮苷、氯化钾等。鱼腥草素对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌、甲型链球菌、流感杆菌、卡他球菌、伤寒杆菌以及结核杆菌等多种革兰氏阳性及阴性细菌,均有不同程度的抑制作用;其用乙醚提取的非挥发物,还有抗病毒作用。本品能增强白细胞吞噬能力,提高机体免疫力,并有抗炎作用。所含槲皮素及钾盐能扩张肾动脉,增加肾动脉血流量,因而有较强的利尿作用。此外,还有镇痛、止血、促进组织再生和伤口愈合以及镇咳等作用。
本发明所述的含有鱼腥草的食品,经本发明人多年的潜心研究,挑选了对人体有益的多种原料,在科学配伍的基础上经过反复试验最终确定了上述配方的比例关系,使其具有极高的营养保健作用。其制成食品后口感极佳、色泽好、弹性足、耐冷冻,对人体有清热解毒、消痈排脓、利尿通淋的营养保健作用。
本发明的有益效果是:①在面粉中加入鱼腥草后,增加了面粉清热解毒、消痈排脓、利尿通淋的营养保健作用;②取消了鱼腥草药材煎煮等复杂工序,方便食补。
经常食用本发明有利于人们的身体健康,在越来越注重食补的今天,本发明的市场潜力巨大,而且对提高国内经济和人民生活水平具有很大作用。
