本发明涉及一种保健食品,是由900重量份的小麦面粉和100重量份的罗汉果粉均匀搅拌混合制成。本发明的有益效果是:在面粉中加入罗汉果粉后,增加了面粉润肺止咳的营养保健作用;取消了罗汉果药材煎煮等复杂工序,方便食补。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种保健食品。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末。按面粉中蛋白质含量的多少,可以分为高筋面粉、低筋面粉及无筋面粉。面粉(小麦粉)是中国北方大部分地区的主食。以面粉制成的食物品种繁多,花样百出,风味迥异。
当前市场上有品种繁多的面粉,比如面包专用面粉、富硒面粉、增钙面粉、富铁面粉、“7+1”营养强化面粉等。但国内外市场上未见将罗汉果粉与小麦面粉科学配伍而制成的营养保健面粉的上市,也未见国内外专利和文献上有相关的报道。
如果能以科学配伍的方法将罗汉果粉与小麦粉制成一种营养保健面粉,起到既能满足人们日常饮食的需要,又可以起到润肺止咳的营养保健作用,无疑将具有广阔的销售市场潜力,而且对提高国内经济和人民生活水平具有很大作用。
发明内容
为了弥补市场不足,本发明将罗汉果粉与小麦面粉经科学配伍,制成了一种营养保健面粉。本面粉在保留原有面粉口感的基础上,增加了面粉润肺止咳的营养保健作用,极大的满足了消费者的需求。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种保健食品,其特征在于:是由900重量份的小麦面粉和100重量份的罗汉果粉均匀搅拌混合制成。
所述的一种保健食品,其特征在于可以做成馒头、花卷、面条、包子、饺子等各种面食制品。
下面对本发明中使用的罗汉果进行介绍。
罗汉果为葫芦科植物罗汉果Mormordica grosvenorii Swingle的果实。主产于广西。秋季果熟时采摘,用火烘干,刷毛,生用。味甘,性凉。归肺、大肠经。果中主要含三萜苷类,包括赛门苷I、罗汉果苷IIE、III、IIIE、V、VI、罗汉果新苷,黄酮类成分山奈酚-3,7-α-L二鼠李糖苷和罗汉果黄素D-甘露醇,还含大量葡萄糖、果糖,又含锰、铁、镍等20多种无机元素,蛋白质,维生素C、E等。种仁含油脂成分,其中脂肪酸有亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸等。
本发明所述的保健食品,经本发明人多年的潜心研究,挑选了对人体有益的多种原料,在科学配伍的基础上经过反复试验最终确定了上述配方的比例关系,使其具有极高的营养保健作用。其制成食品后口感极佳、色泽好、弹性足、耐冷冻,对人体有润肺止咳的营养保健作用。
本发明的有益效果是:①在面粉中加入罗汉果粉后,增加了面粉润肺止咳的营养保健作用;②取消了罗汉果药材煎煮等复杂工序,方便食补。
经常食用本发明有利于人们的身体健康,在越来越注重食补的今天,本发明的市场潜力巨大,而且对提高国内经济和人民生活水平具有很大作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
900g的小麦面粉,100g的罗汉果粉(为市售罗汉果饮片用超细粉碎机粉碎制成)。实践表明,按上述配比制成的营养保健面粉加工做成的馒头、花卷等食品,不仅口感舒适,而且可达到润肺止咳的营养保健作用,经常食用本发明有利于人们的身体健康,本发明的市场潜力巨大。
