一种双壁波纹管
技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种管材,尤其涉及一种双壁波纹管。
背景技术
PVC管(UPVC管) 硬聚氯乙烯管,是由聚氯乙烯树脂与稳定剂、润滑剂等配合后用热压法挤压成型,是最早得到开发应用的塑料管材。UPVC管抗腐蚀能力强、易于粘接、价格低、质地坚硬,但是由于有UPVC单体和添加剂渗出,只适用于输送温度不超过45℃的给水系统中。塑料管道用于输送饮用水,废水,化学品,加热液和冷却液,食品,超纯液体,泥浆,气体,压缩空气和真空系统的应用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种双壁波纹管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种双壁波纹管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
pvc树脂63-70、氯化聚乙烯4-6、双飞粉1-2、轻质碳酸钙4-6、十溴二苯乙烷2-3、氯菊酯3-4、马来酸酐1-2、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯1-2、三甘醇2-3、季戊四醇1-2、n- 水杨酰苯胺1-2、复合填料5-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯蜡4-6、苏州土20-24、明矾粉4-5、聚异丁烯2-3、羧甲基纤维素钠1-2、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯3-4、新戊二醇3-4、抗氧剂1035 1-2、交联剂TAC1-2、柏木油1-2、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.5-1;
将苏州土在700-800℃下煅烧1-3小时,出料冷却后与聚异丁烯、明矾粉混合研磨成粉,将上述聚乙烯蜡加热熔化后加入,滴加柏木油,滴加完毕后,600-800转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,得预混料;将上述羧甲基纤维素钠加入到8-10倍水中,加热到40-45℃,搅拌均匀后加入到上述预混料,搅拌至水干,加入剩余各原料,充分球磨,即得所述复合填料。
一种双壁波纹管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,在120-140℃温度下进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后自动冷却,经振动筛过后,自动上料,由双螺杆挤出机经高温高压挤出,经成型机将产品拉出后,由切割机定长切割,送入扩口机,扩口完成后包装入库。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的波纹管具有优异的化学稳定性、耐老化及耐环境应力开裂的性能,施工快捷,维护简单。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种双壁波纹管,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
pvc树脂63、氯化聚乙烯4、双飞粉1-2、轻质碳酸钙6、十溴二苯乙烷3、氯菊酯3、马来酸酐2、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯2、三甘醇3、季戊四醇2、n- 水杨酰苯胺1、复合填料10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯蜡6、苏州土24、明矾粉5、聚异丁烯3、羧甲基纤维素钠2、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯3、新戊二醇3、抗氧剂1035 1、交联剂TAC1-2、柏木油1、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.5;
将苏州土在800℃下煅烧3小时,出料冷却后与聚异丁烯、明矾粉混合研磨成粉,将上述聚乙烯蜡加热熔化后加入,滴加柏木油,滴加完毕后,800转/分搅拌分散5分钟,得预混料;将上述羧甲基纤维素钠加入到10倍水中,加热到45℃,搅拌均匀后加入到上述预混料,搅拌至水干,加入剩余各原料,充分球磨,即得所述复合填料。
一种双壁波纹管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,在140℃温度下进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后自动冷却,经振动筛过后,自动上料,由双螺杆挤出机经高温高压挤出,经成型机将产品拉出后,由切割机定长切割,送入扩口机,扩口完成后包装入库。
性能测试:
冲击性能(TIR):≤10%;
环刚度(KN/m2):9.63;
环柔性:试样圆滑,无破裂,两壁无脱开,内外壁均无反向弯曲;
烘箱实验(150℃,30min):无分层,无开裂。

Claims (2)

1.一种双壁波纹管,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
pvc树脂63-70、氯化聚乙烯4-6、双飞粉1-2、轻质碳酸钙4-6、十溴二苯乙烷2-3、氯菊酯3-4、马来酸酐1-2、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯1-2、三甘醇2-3、季戊四醇1-2、n- 水杨酰苯胺1-2、复合填料5-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯蜡4-6、苏州土20-24、明矾粉4-5、聚异丁烯2-3、羧甲基纤维素钠1-2、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯3-4、新戊二醇3-4、抗氧剂1035 1-2、交联剂TAC1-2、柏木油1-2、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.5-1;
将苏州土在700-800℃下煅烧1-3小时,出料冷却后与聚异丁烯、明矾粉混合研磨成粉,将上述聚乙烯蜡加热熔化后加入,滴加柏木油,滴加完毕后,600-800转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,得预混料;将上述羧甲基纤维素钠加入到8-10倍水中,加热到40-45℃,搅拌均匀后加入到上述预混料,搅拌至水干,加入剩余各原料,充分球磨,即得所述复合填料。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的双壁波纹管的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
