本发明公开了一种液压驱动装置液压站的装配结构，电机、离心式散热器、油泵、齿轮泵做成整体式装配在底座上，蓄能器装配在底座上，泵控过滤器装在离心式散热器上，在底座上固定有支架，油箱、安放板固定在支架上，两个吸油过滤器分别装配在油箱底部和侧面，精过滤器装配在安放板下侧面，油路块、仪表架、分油器、压力控制器装配在安放板上，油箱侧面放置手动泵，防护罩装配在安放板上。本发明具有如下技术效果：采用叠加的结构，电机、散热器和油泵作为整体放在底座上，油箱以及控制阀组放在电机、散热器以及油泵的上方，具有减小占地面积，而且散热系统采用更好的离心式散热器，散热效果更好，噪声更低。

本发明涉及一种液压驱动装置的液压站。
背景技术
传统液压驱动装置的液压站中的各部件采用水平布置的方式，占地面积大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的液压站的装配结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种液压驱动装置液压站的装配结构，电机、离心式散热器、油泵、齿轮泵做成整体式装配在底座上，蓄能器装配在底座上，泵控过滤器装在离心式散热器上，在底座上固定有支架，油箱、安放板固定在支架上，两个吸油过滤器分别装配在油箱底部和侧面，精过滤器装配在安放板下侧面，油路块、仪表架、分油器、压力控制器装配在安放板上，油箱侧面放置手动泵，防护罩装配在安放板上。
本发明具有如下技术效果：采用叠加的结构，电机、散热器和油泵作为整体放在底座上，油箱以及控制阀组放在电机、散热器以及油泵的上方，具有减小占地面积，而且散热系统采用更好的离心式散热器，散热效果更好，噪声更低。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，一种液压驱动装置液压站的装配结构，其特征在于：电机2、离心式散热器4、油泵6、齿轮泵18做成整体式装配在底座1上，蓄能器5装配在底座1上，泵控过滤器10装在离心式散热器4上，在底座上1固定有支架3，油箱7、安放板12固定在支架3上，两个吸油过滤器16分别装配在油箱7底部和侧面，精过滤器13装配在安放板12下侧面，油路块14、仪表架11、分油器9、压力控制器17装配在安放板12上，油箱7侧面放置手动泵15，防护罩8装配在安放板12上。

1.一种液压驱动装置液压站的装配结构，其特征在于：电机（2）、离心式散热器（4）、油泵（6）、齿轮泵（18）做成整体式装配在底座（1）上，蓄能器（5）装配在底座（1）上，泵控过滤器（10）装在离心式散热器（4）上，在底座上（1）固定有支架（3），油箱（7）、安放板（12）固定在支架（3）上，两个吸油过滤器（16）分别装配在油箱（7）底部和侧面，精过滤器（13）装配在安放板（12）下侧面，油路块（14）、仪表架（11）、分油器（9）、压力控制器（17）装配在安放板（12）上，油箱（7）侧面放置手动泵（15），防护罩（8）装配在安放板（12）上。
