Abstract

Description
本发明涉及提供有聚合物基涂层的玻璃纱(fil de verre),其用于制备筛网(écran),尤其呈特别地可用作为纱窗的网格、编织物或者针织物形式的筛网。
包含纱网络的筛网通常被设置在窗户和门的位置以阻止昆虫进入住所。在网络中的网孔尺寸适于保留昆虫,特别地蚊子,而不反对空气和光的通过。
这种筛网通常由包含聚合物基涂层,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)的纱制成:该纱集合为适合的形式(网格、编织物或者针织物)然后集合件在加热至允许聚合物熔融的温度的腔室中进行处理并且冷却至环境温度,导致该聚合物的凝固和所述纱在它们的交叉点处的粘结。
该筛网还可以通过以下获得:制备由纱形成的集合件(网格、编织物或者针织物),然后用聚合物基涂料的组合物处理它,最后使它经受如上所述的热处理以便在交叉点粘结所述纱。
然而,来源于周围环境的粉尘和污物具有粘在这种筛网上的倾向,完全地或者部分地阻塞其网孔,这使得需要定期地清洁该筛网。
用于限制纱窗的阻塞并因此降低在给定时间段中的清洁次数的解决方案是已知的。
在CN-Y-2237104中描述的解决方案在于将筛网合集成到框架中并且将它与机械清洁工具(如刷)结合。
US-A1-2004/0224147提供了以包含涂层的纱的网状结构形式存在的自清洁筛网,该涂层包含具有光催化活性二氧化钛粒子或者在该筛网上提供低表面能(该表面被认为是“超疏水“)的纳米颗粒。
FR-A1-2908137还教导用于处理有机表面,例如PVC表面的方法,其目的是形成阻隔层,在其之上具有基于二氧化钛的光催化层。该方法在大气压下在电离气体存在时进行实施,该电离气体允许形成层,特别地SiO2层,显示出与基于二氧化钛的层更好的粘合作用。
本发明的目的是获得用聚合物基层涂覆的玻璃纱,其特别地允许制备显示出改善的耐污物性的筛网。
这种目的是通过向形成涂料层的聚合物中加入以下式(I)的硅烷获得:

-任选地取代的芳基,
-卤素原子或者携带至少一个卤素原子,特别地氟原子的基团,
-包括至少一个醛官能团的基团,
-携带至少一个包含硫或者磷原子的官能团的基团,
-丙烯酰氧基或者甲基丙烯酰氧基,
其中所述携带上述官能团的基团是C1-C18,优选地C1-C8碳基基团,其可以包含至少一个氧或者硫杂原子。
优选地,该R1、R2和R3基团选自甲基、乙基、甲氧基和乙氧基。
更优选地,R4基团是:
-在末端位置携带至少一个环氧官能团的基团,特别地缩水甘油氧基烷基,其中亚烷基包括1至8个碳原子,有利地缩水甘油氧基丙基,
-芳基,特别地苯基,
-卤素原子或者携带至少一个卤素原子,特别地氟原子的包含1至9个碳原子的脂肪链。
特别优选的硅烷是3-缩水甘油氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷和三乙氧基氟硅烷。
参与涂层组成的聚合物是任选地具有弹性体特性的热塑性聚合物。作为实例,可以提到聚烯烃,如聚乙烯和聚丙烯,乙烯基聚合物,如聚醋酸乙烯酯,醋酸乙烯酯-氯乙烯共聚物,聚氯乙烯或者聚偏氯乙烯,和(甲基)丙烯酸聚合物。聚氯乙烯是优选的。
必要时,增塑剂可用于为上述聚合物提供更大的柔韧性。该增塑剂通常选自有机酸酯,优选地包含至少两个羧基的有机酸酯,例如邻苯二甲酸烷基和/或芳基酯和己二酸烷基酯,磷酸酯和植物油,特别地大豆油或者蓖麻油,或者来自石油馏分的油,特别地石蜡油,芳族油或者环烷油。
用于与PVC结合的优选增塑剂是邻苯二甲酸烷基和/或芳基酯,例如邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,邻苯二甲酸二苯酯和邻苯二甲酸苄基丁基二酯,己二酸烷基酯,例如己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯,己二酸二丁酯和己二酸二辛酯,和磷酸酯。
该聚合物和增塑剂的混合物以增塑溶胶或者糊状物的形式存在。
该聚合物,硅烷和任选的增塑剂的混合物可以另外包含传统的添加剂,例如热稳定剂,润滑剂,阻燃剂,有机和/或无机颜料,滑爽剂(agents de glissement),如硅氧烷,和抗紫外剂,其允许保护该聚合物免受光辐射。
根据本发明的提供有聚合物基涂层的纱可以原样使用以制备筛网,例如呈网格、编织物或者针织物形式的筛网。
该纱可以另外包含至少一个附加层,其重叠在上述聚合物层上,该附加层允许为该纱提供特定的性质。
作为这种层的实例,可以提到:
-光催化层,其通常在中孔性二氧化硅的基质中包含呈锐钛矿形式的TiO2粒子。最通常,使阻挡下层,特别地由二氧化硅阻挡下层,与设置在PVC层和所述光催化层之间的光催化层相结合,以避免该TiO2粒子损害该PVC,
-抗静电层,其特别地通过溶胶-凝胶途径获得,例如ITO(氧化铟/锡)层,用金属,特别地Sb、Nb、Ta或者W掺杂的SnO2层,和ZnO层,其用Sn、Al、In、Y、Zr或者B掺杂或者不被掺杂,以及基于包含ITO纳米颗粒的UV-可交联的或者热-可交联的聚合物基质的层,

被沉积在玻璃纱上的聚合物基涂层的量通常为该涂覆的纱的总重量的15至80%,优选地50至70%,有利地55至65%。
被沉积在玻璃纱上的硅烷的量为该涂层的总重量的0.5至15%,优选地1至10%,有利地3至7%。
根据本发明的纱通过将包含聚合物和硅烷的组合物施用至包含多个玻璃长丝的玻璃纱上获得。
根据本发明的玻璃纱是由许多玻璃长丝(或者基纱)组成的纱或者通过将多个基纱集合为粗纱(英文为”roving”)获得的纱,由紧密切混合的玻璃长丝和热塑性长丝组成互混纱或者由集合的玻璃纱和热塑性纱组成的混合纱。该基纱和由玻璃长丝和聚酯长丝组成的纱是优选的。在上述的纱中,该玻璃长丝通常用在其拉制期间和在其集合为一个或多个纱形式之前施加到该玻璃长丝的胶料涂覆。胶料特别地使得可以在长丝与用于制备该纱所需的不同构件接触时保护它们免受磨损的风险以及将长丝粘结在一起。
上述纱可以是非加捻纱或者捻制纱,例如使用0.4至1转/厘米的扭转(torsion)。
参与该纱的构成的玻璃可以是任何类型,例如E,C,R,AR(耐碱的)类型。E玻璃是优选的。
构成该纱的玻璃长丝的直径可以在很大程度上变化,例如为3至20μm,优选地5至20μm。同样地,宽的变化可以发生在该纱的线密度中,其可以为10至100特,优选地20至50特。
该玻璃纱可以是裸露的或者提供有基于聚合物的层,该聚合物优选地与根据本发明的包含式(I)硅烷的涂料层的聚合物相同的化学种类。
本发明的玻璃纱通过使用本领域的技术人员已知的任何方法,例如通过浸渍(浸涂),特别地通过穿过拉丝模或者穿过浴中或者挤出将所述涂料组合物施用至上述的玻璃纱上而获得。优选地,该施用通过穿过拉丝模进行实施,使该纱穿过用涂料组合物进料的回路然后穿过加热室,该纱最后以盘卷形式进行收集。该腔室的温度根据使用的聚合物的种类而改变:它高于该聚合物的软化温度并且在任何情况下远低于该聚合物的分解温度。在聚氯乙烯的情况下,温度为100至250℃。
获得的玻璃纱用来制备呈网格、编织物或者针织物形式的筛网,其特别地可用作为纱窗。
通常,网格通过使定向在一个方向中的平行玻璃纱的第一网和定向在另一方向中(优选地在形成通常大约90°的角度的方向中)的平行玻璃纱的第二网重叠而形成。
该玻璃纱的编织物和针织物可以通过本领域的技术人员已知的任何方法获得。
该网格、编织物和针织物随后经受热处理,其目的是使纱在它们的接触点或者交点胶合,因此目的加强该网格。该处理的温度根据聚合物的种类而改变,高于该聚合物的软化温度并且低于分解温度。对于聚氯乙烯,温度为100至250℃。
必要时,附加层可以使用如上所述的溶胶-凝胶施用于该网格、编织物或者针织物上。该溶胶-凝胶可以通过浸渍,喷雾,使用辊或者使用幕屏进行施用,后面是热处理步骤,例如在热风干燥室中或者在一个或多个红外辐射灯下。
包括根据本发明的玻璃纱的网格、编织物和针织物具有在很大程度上改变的单位面积质量,例如为50-300g/m²,优选地70-200g/m²。
根据本发明的筛网可以用作为纱窗以及遮帘或者日光屏(设置在内部或者外界)。
以下实施例允许举例说明本发明而不限制它。
实施例1至4
在容器中倒入95重量份的PVC增塑溶胶和5重量份的以下硅烷:
-3-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷:实施例1
-苯基三乙氧基硅烷:实施例2
-三乙氧基氟硅烷:实施例3。
使用的PVC增塑溶胶包含66.5%重量的PVC和33.5%重量的邻苯二甲酸丁酯或者邻苯二甲酸苄基酯。
使用拉膜机将获得的组合物沉积在玻璃板上(厚度:200μm),然后将该板放置于160℃的烘箱中5分钟。
在相同的条件下,不包含硅烷的PVC组合物(参照)被沉积在玻璃板上。
将该玻璃板放置于人工气候室(40℃;相对湿度:95%)中。在维持在环境温度的板上,放置3μl水并且在不同时间之后使用张力计测量接触角。测量值整理在下面表1中。

发现根据本发明实施例1至3允许降低接触角,即具有比参照样品更亲水性的表面。
实施例5和6(对比)
a)玻璃纱的筛网的制备
玻璃纱连续地通过使具有30至35特的线密度的E玻璃纱穿过包含95重量份PVC增塑溶胶和5重量份3-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(根据实施例1)的浸渍浴中连续地进行制备。获得的玻璃纱具有85至90特的线密度和PVC涂层的平均厚度等于305μm。
同样地,玻璃纱使用不含上述硅烷的PVC增塑溶胶进行制备(对比实施例6)。
使用上述纱,制备编织物,其具有尺寸等于1000μm×1500μm的平均筛孔开口。该编织物在165℃的烘箱中进行处理足够的时间以熔融PVC,并在冷却后使纱固定在交叉点。
b)对该筛网的沾污试验
在a)下获得的筛网的正方形样品(边长11cm)被设置在以相对于垂直面10°角度向后倾斜的托架中心。将喷嘴设置在离样品30cm处并且垂直于样品的表面并且在整个所述表面上方分配射流(总计100ml)。
喷射的溶液代表最通常遇到的污物。该溶液是水醇溶液(水:乙醇:异丙-2-醇体积比51:26.5:22.5),其以在下面的浓度包含以下化合物(g/l):
