Abstract

本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵。由A组分和B组分制成:A组分为聚醚MD-3000、基础聚醚、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、开孔剂、锡催化剂、胺催化剂、二乙醇胺和催化剂A1,其中:基础聚醚的官能度为2~5、分子量500~2000,聚氧化乙烯链段60~100%、聚氧化丙烯链段0~50%;B组分为多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。本发明以PAPI为原料,既环保健康也降低了原料成本;本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法为将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度控制在15~25℃,将A组分和B组分在转速3000~5000r/min下混合搅拌,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化,得到产品。制备方法简单易实施。

Description

PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫塑料在日常生活中应用广泛,慢回弹记忆棉以吸能零压力著称,被广泛用于高档家具、医疗等行业。现在普通慢回弹多是以TDI为原料的制品,但TDI挥发性强、毒性大,制品残留单体对健康不利,且透气性也差。另一种是以改性MDI为原料,但这种制品用同等量的发泡剂发泡密度大、改性MDI价格高无形中增加了成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,以PAPI为原料,既环保健康也降低了原料成本;本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法简单易实施。
本发明所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
其中:基础聚醚的官能度为2~5、分子量500~2000,聚氧化乙烯链段60~100%、聚氧化丙烯链段0~50%;
B组分:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯   35~41份。
其中:本发明经过大量实验,选择聚醚MD-3000(淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产)和基础聚醚与PAPI(多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯)反应,其中基础聚醚的官能度为2~5、分子量500~2000,聚氧化乙烯链段60~100%、聚氧化丙烯链段0~50%;通过选择合适的官能度和分子量,能使产品保持一定的交联度,通过选择合适的聚氧化乙烯链段的含量来控制反应活性和泡孔结构。使制备得到的产品且对低温不敏感,冬天不会出现明显的变硬现象。础聚醚优选为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的DE-800。
发泡剂为水。泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂B8002,美国迈图公司生产。
锡催化剂优选为锡催化剂T9,美国迈图公司生产。
胺催化剂优选为胺催化剂A33,美国巴斯夫生产。
开孔剂为聚硅氧烷或高聚氧化乙烯聚醚,高聚氧化乙烯聚醚优选为中山石化有限公司生产的KF-28。
催化剂A1为美国迈图公司生产。
多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,简称PAPI,或称粗MDI。由于PAPI的蒸汽压较TDI低,挥发度低,且成本较低,所以以PAPI为原料,既环保健康,又降低了原料成本。
锡催化剂T9主要作用是催化链增长凝胶反应,胺催化剂A33、二乙醇胺和催化剂A1主要催化和水的发泡反应,两类催化剂调节发泡和凝胶反应达到平衡,从而得到理想的泡孔结构,使制备得到的产品比TDI性慢回弹有更好的透气性,舒适度。
本发明所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵的制备方法,将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度控制在15~25℃,将A组分和B组分在转速3000~5000r/min下混合搅拌5~15秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化24~48h,得到产品。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明提供一种PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,以PAPI为原料,PAPI的蒸汽压较TDI低,挥发度低,既环保健康,也降低了原料成本。
(2)比TDI性慢回弹有更好的透气性,舒适度。
(3)对低温不敏感,冬天不会出现明显的变硬现象。
(4)本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法简单易实施。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度为15℃,将A组分和B组分在转速5000r/min下混合搅拌5秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化24h,得到产品。
实施例2
由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度为25℃,将A组分和B组分在转速4000r/min下混合搅拌10秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化36h,得到产品。
实施例3
由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度为20℃,将A组分和B组分在转速3000r/min下混合搅拌15秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化48h,得到产品。

Claims (8)

1.一种PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
聚醚MD-3000   10~40份
基础聚醚        40~85份
发泡剂         1.5~2.5份
泡沫稳定剂    0.8~1.2份
开孔剂         0.5~3份
锡催化剂       0.01~0.08份
胺催化剂       0.1~0.4份
二乙醇胺        0.1~0.6份
催化剂A1       0.01~0.05份
其中:基础聚醚的官能度为2~5、分子量为500~2000,聚氧化乙烯链段60~100%、聚氧化丙烯链段0~50%;
B组分:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯    35~41份;
发泡剂为水;
泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂B8002,美国迈图公司生产。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,其特征在于:聚醚MD-3000为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,其特征在于:基础聚醚为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的DE-800。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,其特征在于:锡催化剂为锡催化剂T9,美国迈图公司生产。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,其特征在于:胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33,美国巴斯夫生产。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,其特征在于:开孔剂为聚硅氧烷或高聚氧化乙烯聚醚。
7.根据权利要求6所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵,其特征在于:高聚氧化乙烯聚醚为中山石化有限公司生产的KF-28。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一所述的PAPI型聚氨酯慢回弹海绵的制备方法,其特征在于:将A组分各原料混合,A组分和B组分温度控制在15~25℃,将A组分和B组分在转速3000~5000r/min下混合搅拌5~15秒,倒入发泡磨具内,室温熟化24~48h,得到产品。
