本发明公开了一种复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫及其制备方法,A组分为异氰酸酯,B组分:b1 40%‑70%,b2 20%‑40%,b3 0‑30%,b4 0.1%‑20%发泡剂占聚醚组分总量的1%‑5%,泡沫稳定剂占聚醚组分总量的0.2%‑3%,催化剂占聚醚组分总量的0.2%‑5%,b1、b2、b3、b4组成聚醚组分,且b1+b2+b3+b4=100,b1是当量在200‑350范围内、环氧丙烷质量含量大于90%、官能度为3的PO‑EO共聚聚醚多元醇或聚环氧丙烷;b2为当量大于1000,环氧乙烷质量含量大于50%,官能度为3的PO‑EO共聚多元醇;b3为当量在大于1000、PO质量含量大于80%、官能度为3伯羟基含量大于70%的PO‑EO共聚多元醇;b4为当量大于1000、EO质量含量大于75%的PO‑EO共聚一元醇。本发明产品具有结构型慢回弹和气囊型慢回弹的双重特性,其慢回弹性对异氰酸酯指数和慢回弹聚醚用量依赖性小。

复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯软质泡沫领域,特别涉及慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫。
背景技术
慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫也被称为记忆泡沫,其特征是受力变形后缓慢复原,恢复时间可达几十秒甚至上百秒。这种独特之处使得慢回弹泡沫可以顺应人体不同部位的形状,与人体接触面积最大化,应力梯度最小化,受力集中点得到缓解,局部没有挤压和刺痛感,有利于人体的血液循环。因此,慢回弹泡沫被广泛应用于各类垫材,与传统软泡相比,舒适性更高。慢回弹泡沫的另一特性是阻尼性,具有良好的吸音减震性能,也被用作吸音减震材料。
一般制备慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫使用的聚醚是慢回弹聚醚与普通软泡聚醚相结合。慢回弹聚醚也称“硬质聚醚”,具有较高的羟值和较低的分子量,羟值在100-300范围,分子量在400-1500,一般以PO为单体进行聚合。这类聚醚可以提高泡沫的交联度,减少相分离,将泡沫的玻璃化温度调节到使用温度(多数情况下是室温),如文献CN1233261、WO01/25305A1、US6653363、US6734220所报道的。以此种方法制备的慢回弹软泡也称为“结构型慢回弹泡沫”。
为了使泡沫表现出明显的慢回弹性,在制备过程中,一方面慢回弹聚醚用量通常占聚醚总量的60%以上。大量慢回弹聚醚的使用使得泡沫呈现出极强的温敏性,温度低于玻璃化温度时,泡沫硬度急剧升高,舒适性变差。通过减少慢回弹聚醚的用量来改善其温敏性,但泡沫的慢回弹性减弱。如何解决温敏性和慢回弹性之间的矛盾是亟待解决的技术问题。
慢回弹的制备还需要采用低异氰酸酯指数,一般低于90%,对MDI体系而言,甚至低至60%。异氰酸酯指数过低,给泡沫造成诸多缺陷,比如泡沫具有差的压缩变定性能,直接影响到泡沫的耐用性;聚醚组分中部分原料未完全参与反应,泡沫气味大,未反应的原料会随着时间逐渐散发或析出,对人体造成损害等。在一些特定应用环境下,采用高异氰酸酯指数是必要的,尤其是当慢回弹材料被用在床垫、坐垫等需要有较高承载性的场合,高异氰酸酯指数可以提高泡沫的承载性。通过提高异氰酸酯指数来改善上述缺陷,但同样需要牺牲泡沫的慢回弹特性。
近年来,出现一种新型的慢回弹泡沫,即“气囊型慢回弹”,这种慢回弹属于物理上的慢回弹,其慢回弹性不是通过对玻璃化温度的调整,而仅靠泡孔的调节作用,通过控制泡沫的泡孔结构,使其具有很小的开孔口,挤压泡沫时有充气感,释放压力时,空气缓慢进入泡孔内部,从而使泡沫具有缓慢复原的特性。但此类泡沫的慢回弹性难以控制,泡沫开孔过多,慢回弹特征不明显;闭孔过多,泡沫因过度胀气显得非常“僵硬”,舒适性差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,该泡沫具有“结构型慢回弹”和“气囊型慢回弹“的双重慢回弹特征,该慢回弹材料对异氰酸酯指数和慢回弹聚醚用量的依赖性低,在高异氰酸酯指数和低慢回弹聚醚用量的情况下仍表现出明显的慢回弹特性,从而解决传统慢回弹材料因慢回弹聚醚用量过多和异氰酸酯指数过低造成的泡沫温度依赖性强、耐久性和力学性能差、承载性不足等缺陷。
本发明要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种制备复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫的方法。
本发明所述的复合型聚氨酯慢回弹软质泡沫,按重量份计包括以下原料:
A组分:异氰酸酯
B组分:
发泡剂;占聚醚组分总量的 1%-5%
泡沫稳定剂:占聚醚组分总量的 0.2%-3%
催化剂:占聚醚组分总量的 0.2%-5%
b1、b2、b3、b4组成聚醚组分,且b1+b2+b3+b4=100,b1是当量在200-350范围内,环氧丙烷(PO)质量含量大于90%,官能度为3的PO-EO共聚聚醚多元醇或聚环氧丙烷,即慢回弹聚醚;b2为当量大于1000,环氧乙烷(EO)质量含量大于50%,官能度为3的PO-EO共聚多元醇;b3为当量在大于1000,PO质量含量大于80%,官能度为3伯羟基含量大于70%的PO-EO共聚多元醇;b4为当量大于1000,EO质量含量大于75%的PO-EO共聚一元醇;
异氰酸酯指数为70%-110%,优选80-100%。
所述异氰酸酯指数表示相对于与配方中所用异氰酸酯反应性氢的量反应所需异氰酸酯的理论量,在配方中实际使用的异氰酸酯的百分比。
所述异氰酸酯为全MDI体系异氰酸酯,包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)单体、氨基甲酸酯改性MDI、碳化二亚胺改性MDI、二氮环丁酮亚胺改性MDI或聚合MDI等以及这些异氰酸酯的混合物,官能度为2.0-2.7,优选2.1-2.4。
所述发泡剂由水和物理发泡剂组成,水用量为聚醚组分总量的1%-5%,优选1.5%-2.5%,物理发泡剂为聚醚组分总量的0-20%,优选0-10%物理发泡剂通常为具有较低沸点的烃类或氟代烃类化合物,如二氯甲烷(MC)、三氯一氟甲烷(CFC-11)、1,1-二氯-1-氟代乙烷(HCFC-141b)、二氟一氯甲烷(HCFC-22)、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(HFC-365mfc)或环/正/异戊烷等。
所述催化剂为叔胺催化剂,包括烷基化多胺、叔胺烷基醚、环状叔胺以及在此基础上构造的具有反应官能团的低气味散发催化剂,用量是聚醚组分总量的0.2%-5%,优选0.5%-2%。常见的叔胺催化剂的例子包括但不限于双(二甲氨基乙基)醚含量为70%的一缩二丙二醇溶液(A1)、三亚乙基二胺含量为33%的一缩二丙二醇溶液(A33),二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA)、五甲基二乙烯三胺(PMDETA)、四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)、二甲氨基乙氧基乙醇(DMAEE)等。
所述泡沫稳定剂为普通软泡和高回弹泡沫常用的泡沫稳定剂,用量是聚醚组分总量的0.2%-3%。优选活性较高的品种,合适的泡沫稳定剂包括但不限于德国赢创工业集团的B8002、BF2370、B4900、B8260,美国气体与化学品公司的DC5180、DC5906、DC5180、DC5933,美国迈图高新材料集团的L-540、L-580、L-639等。泡沫稳定剂的用量为聚醚组分的0.2%-3%,优选0.5%-1.5%。
除异氰酸酯、聚醚组分、发泡剂、催化剂和泡沫稳定剂外,本发明还可以使用扩链/交联剂,扩链/交联剂可以改善配方的工艺性能,调整泡沫的慢回弹特性,常见的扩链/交联剂为具有两个及以上官能团的小分子醇/胺类化合物,如乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、甘油等,扩链/交联剂用量为相对于聚醚组分总量的0-10%。
为改善泡沫某一/某些物性的需要,在慢回弹泡沫的配方中还可以添加相应的助剂,包括阻燃剂、抑烟剂、颜料、遮味剂、抗氧剂、抗黄变剂、香精、抗静电剂等中的一种或多种,以及这些助剂的组合物,添加量依据所需的物性要求而定。
本发明所述的慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫可以采用模塑法或块泡法制备。将聚醚多元醇、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂等原料预混形成B组分,根据所需异氰酸酯指数计算A组分用量,将A、B组分温度控制在20-30℃(通常为25±2℃),快速搅拌混合倒入模具或箱子中,进行固化,固化完成后从模具或箱子中取出。
本发明制备的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,具有结构型慢回弹和气囊型慢回弹的双重慢回弹特性,其慢回弹性对异氰酸酯指数和慢回弹聚醚用量依赖性小。
本发明制备的慢回弹泡沫可广泛应用于枕头、床垫、腰枕、护颈、耳塞等产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。涉及的原料除特别说明外,均按重量份计算。
泡沫的慢回弹性通过“回弹率”和“回复时间”来表征,回弹率越低,回复时间越长。通常,慢回弹泡沫的回弹率小于20%,回复时间为3-15s,较好的是回弹率小于5%,回复时间为7-15s。回弹率过高、回复时间过低时,泡沫的慢回弹特征不明显。
本发明中所谓“气囊感”是指因泡沫具有极小的开孔口,快速挤压泡沫时,内部空气不能立即从泡沫内部排除,泡沫不能快速产生相应的形变而表现出的“胀气”感。
聚醚1是3官能度、甘油引发的、全环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇,当量为236,羟值为238mgKOH/g。
聚醚2是3官能度、甘油引发的、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷无规共聚多元醇,当量为1602,羟值为35mgKOH/g,EO含量大于50%。
聚醚3是3官能度、甘油引发的、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷共聚多元醇,EO含量<10%,当量为1602,羟值为35mgKOH/g,伯羟基含量>70%。

慢回弹泡沫采用模塑法制备,将聚醚、发泡剂、硅油、催化剂等按比例配制成组合聚醚(A组分),按比例称取一定量的异氰酸酯(B组分),A、B组分组分温度控制在25℃左右,将异氰酸酯倒入聚醚组分中,用机械搅拌高速搅拌6-8s,快速将物料倒入尺寸为380mm×380mm×100mm的铝模中,在模具内熟化6min后脱模,获得慢回弹制品。泡沫制品放置72小时后,测试物性。
气味测试:将试样裁成5cm×5cm×2cm大小,放入事先准备好的1L容积的干净玻璃瓶中,旋紧瓶盖;在(80±2)℃烘箱中放置2h后打开瓶盖,由5位鉴定人员通过瓶口逸出的气体判断泡沫的气味等级。鉴定标准:气味评判标准分为1~6级,同时也会出现介于两种评判等级之间的情况,泡沫的气味等级取5为鉴定人员测试值的算数平均值。
评分1无气味
评分2有气味,但无干扰性气味
评分3有明显气味,但无干扰性气味
评分4有干扰性气味
评分5有强烈干扰性气味
评分6有不能忍受的气味
气囊感:对于厚度为10cm,长宽各位30cm的泡沫样品,以大于1赫兹的频率压缩泡沫50%以上的厚度,泡沫表现出胀气感。胀气感可分为明显胀气感、轻微胀气感、无胀气感三个等级。
实施例E1-E4是在相同慢回弹聚醚(聚醚1)的使用量,不同指数下获得的慢回弹泡沫的物性,属于本发明内容,可以看出,本发明所制备的慢回弹泡沫,其慢回弹性不随异氰酸酯指数的升高而减弱,对比例C1-C4不属于本发明内容,泡沫的慢回弹特征随异氰酸酯指数的升高而明显变差。

实施例E5-E7是在相同异氰酸酯指数的前提下,减少慢回弹聚醚(聚醚1)的用量获得的慢回弹泡沫的物性,属于本发明的内容,可以看出,即使采用高指数,且减少了慢回弹聚醚的用量,泡沫的慢回弹性仍然明显,对比例C5-C7不属于本发明的内容,慢回弹性随着慢回弹聚醚用量的减少而明显减弱。

实施例E8-E13通过对聚醚、发泡剂等原料的调整获得的慢回弹泡沫,属于本发明的保护范围。

附图1是实施例E2慢回弹泡沫的泡孔结构,该图中大多数泡孔呈“关闭”状态,只在泡孔壁上有少量很小的开孔口。这些极小的开孔口一方面保证了空气流可以在泡沫内部流通,泡沫不至于收缩;另一方面,快速挤压或释放泡沫时,空气流只能缓慢流入或流出泡孔内部,泡沫具有气囊特征。
附图2是对比例C2的泡孔结构,该图中大多数孔是“打开的”,气流可以迅速流入和流出泡孔内,泡沫不具有气囊感。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,按重量份计包括以下原料:
A组分:异氰酸酯
B组分:
发泡剂:占聚醚组分总量的 1%-5%
泡沫稳定剂:占聚醚组分总量的 0.2%-3%
催化剂:占聚醚组分总量的 0.2%-5%
b1、b2、b3、b4组成聚醚组分,且b1+b2+b3+b4=100%,b1是当量在200-350范围内、环氧丙烷(PO)质量含量大于90%、官能度为3的PO-EO共聚聚醚多元醇或聚环氧丙烷;b2为当量大于1000,环氧乙烷(EO)质量含量大于50%,官能度为3的PO-EO共聚多元醇;b3为当量在大于1000,PO质量含量大于80%,官能度为3伯羟基含量大于70%的PO-EO共聚多元醇;b4为当量大于1000,EO质量含量大于75%的PO-EO共聚一元醇;
异氰酸酯指数为70%-110%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,所述异氰酸酯为全MDI体系异氰酸酯官能度为2.0-2.7。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,所述异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)单体、氨基甲酸酯改性MDI、碳化二亚胺改性MDI、二氮环丁酮亚胺改性MDI或聚合MDI以及这些异氰酸酯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,发泡剂由水和物理发泡剂组成,水用量为聚醚组分总量的1%-5%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,物理发泡剂为二氯甲烷、三氯一氟甲烷、1,1-二氯-1-氟代乙烷、二氟一氯甲烷、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷或环/正/异戊烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,所述催化剂为包括叔胺类烷基化多胺、叔胺烷基醚、环状叔胺以及在此基础上构造的具有反应官能团的低散发催化剂,用量是聚醚组分总量的0.2%-5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,所述泡沫稳定剂用量是聚醚组分总量的0.5%-1.5%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,其特征是还使用扩链/交联剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫,其特征是还添加阻燃剂、抑烟剂、颜料、遮味剂、抗氧剂、抗黄变剂、香精或抗静电剂中的一种或多种。
10.一种权利要求1~9之一所述的复合型慢回弹聚氨酯软质泡沫的制备方法,将聚醚多元醇、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂及其他需要添加的成分预混形成B组分,根据所需异氰酸酯指数计算A组分用量,将A、B组分温度控制在20-30℃,快速搅拌混合倒入模具或箱子中进行固化,固化完成后从模具或箱子中取出。
