本发明涉及一种醋饮配方,特别是一种十豆醋饮配方。
背景技术
豆类及豆制品含蛋白质很高,一般在20~40%之间,以大豆含且最高。有人计算,1斤白玉豆蛋白质的含量相当于2斤多瘦猪肉或3斤鸡蛋或12斤牛奶。因此,白玉豆被人们称之为“植物肉”。豆类及豆制品的蛋白质不仅含最高,而且质量也好。豆类蛋白质的氮氨酸组成与动物蛋白质相似。接近人体需要,其中谷类食物中较为缺乏的赖氨酸在豆类中含量丰富,因此宜与谷类混配食用。
豆类的脂肪含且因种类不同相差很大,大豆含18%左右,故可作为食油原料。而除大豆外的其他豆类仅含脂肪1%左右。大豆脂肪多为不饱和脂肪酸组成,其溶点低。易于消化吸收,并含有丰富的亚麻油酸和磷脂,是优质脂肪,因此,白玉豆和豆油常披推荐为防治冠心病、高血压、动脉粥样硬化等疾病的理想食品。
豆类的营养价值非常高,我国传统饮食讲究“五谷宜为养,失豆则不良”,意思是说五谷是有营养的,但没有豆子就会失去平衡。现代营养学也证明,每天坚持食用豆类食品,只要两周的时间,人体就可以减少脂肪含量,增加免疫力,降低患病的几率。因此,很多营养学家都呼吁,用豆类食品代替一定量的肉类等动物性食品,是解决城市中人营养不良和营 养过剩双重负担的最好方法。

本发明的目的在于提供一种以十种豆类为原料,能调节人类的身体机能的十豆醋饮配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种十豆醋饮配方,各组分及其重量为:扁豆12-18份、大豆19-22份、蚕豆17-19份、豌豆23-25份、绿豆10-14份、菜豆9-11份、刀豆16-19份、白玉豆24-26份、红豆18-22份、黑豆10-13份、砂糖110-120份、食醋700-750份。
最佳的,一种十豆醋饮配方,各组分及其重量为:扁豆18份、大豆22份、蚕豆19份、豌豆25份、绿豆14份、菜豆11份、刀豆19份、白玉豆26份、红豆22份、黑豆13份、砂糖120份、食醋700份。
制备方法:将所有豆类洗净之后放进容器中,倒入食醋与砂糖,将容器瓶口密封,放置在阴凉处2个月后即可饮用。
扁豆是我们经常吃的食物,扁豆是甘淡温和的健脾化湿药,他主要用于脾胃虚弱,饮食减少,便溏腹泻等症状。
大豆是豆科植物中最富有营养而又易于消化的食物,是蛋白质最丰富最廉价的来源。在今天世界上许多地方是人和动物的主要食物。
蚕豆属于豆科植物蚕豆的成熟种子,蚕豆从嫩苗起到老熟的种子都可作为蔬菜食用。由于它的豆荚形状像老蚕,又成熟于养蚕季节,所以叫蚕豆。
豌豆属豆科植物,起源于亚洲西部、地中海地区和埃塞俄比亚、小亚细亚西部。因其适应性很强,在全世界的地理分布很广。
绿豆最常见的谷物类当中的一种,是在炎热的夏天,我们会喝到可口又消暑的绿豆汤。绿豆是我国人民的传统豆类食物。绿豆中的维生素、钙、磷、铁等矿物质都比粳米多。
菜豆学名菜豆,可煮可炖,是制作糕点、豆馅、甜汤、豆沙的优质材料,我国在16世纪末开始引进栽培。其药用价值也很高,营养丰富,蛋白质含量高于鸡肉,钙含量是鸡肉的7倍多,铁的含量是鸡肉的4倍,其所含的B族维生素也高于鸡肉。
刀豆含有尿毒酶、血细胞凝集素、刀豆氨酸等;近年来,又在嫩荚中发现刀豆赤霉I和Ⅱ等,有治疗肝性昏迷和抗癌的作用。刀豆对人体镇静也有很好的作用,可以增强大脑皮质的抑制过程,使神志清晰,精力充沛。
白玉豆的糖份、还原糖、精蛋白含量适中,但钙、磷、铜、铁、锌等含量明显高于其它豆类产品,还含有10种人体必需的氨基酸,营养十分丰富
红豆含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素B族、钾、铁、磷等。红豆能促进心脏血管的活化,利尿;有怕冷、低血压、容易疲倦等现象的人,常吃红豆可改善这些不适的现象。
黑豆营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,同时又具有多种生物活性物质,如黑豆色素、黑豆多糖和异黄酮等。
本发明的有益效果:该制成的十豆醋饮可以调节人类的身体机能。

实施例一:
一种十豆醋饮配方,各组分及其重量为:扁豆12份、大豆19份、蚕豆17份、豌豆23份、绿豆10份、菜豆9份、刀豆16份、白玉豆24份、红豆18份、黑豆10份、砂糖110份、食醋750份。
实施例二:
一种十豆醋饮配方,各组分及其重量为:扁豆18份、大豆22份、蚕豆19份、豌豆25份、绿豆14份、菜豆11份、刀豆19份、白玉豆26份、红豆22份、黑豆13份、砂糖120份、食醋700份。
以上实施例一、二制备方法均相同:将所有豆类洗净之后放进容器中,倒入食醋与砂糖,将容器瓶口密封,放置在阴凉处2个月后即可饮用。
两个实施例所用材料相同,但是使用份量不一,经研究得出以下结论:
实施例一中各原料用量较少,经制备后成品口味较清淡,其中十豆用量也较少,经制备而成的成品比较温和,本身用豆类制成的醋饮也比较可口,适宜在用餐时用以作饮料饮用,但是因其味道偏淡,在衬托食物方面效果一般,但是因其口味清淡,该醋饮配方适合喜欢清淡者饮用;
实施例二中各原料用量适中,经制备后成品口感细腻,甜度恰到好处,其中十豆的用量也比较均匀,经制备而成的成品比较可口,尤其是在用餐时以作饮料饮用,和食物进行搭配堪称完美,而且十豆醋饮本身能调节人类的身体机能,经常饮用对身体有好处,是一种健康的保健饮品,适合大多数人饮用;
由以上两种实施例可知实施例二是最佳实施例配比,该配方所制成的饮品适宜大部分人饮用。
