本发明公开了一种复合黄金保健米的及其制备方法,是由大米、大麦仁、玉米粉、山药、南瓜、胡萝卜、核桃、花生、金银花、槐米、藕节、荷叶等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:将保健药材和大米等食材合理搭配,玉米、南瓜、胡萝卜特有的天然色素使本品呈金黄光泽,不仅颜色艳丽、口感软糯,且含有丰富的营养保健成分,适宜大众食用。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代化的快节奏生活使得人们更容易产生机体疲劳、心神倦怠,从而导致免疫力的减弱,体质较差。我们现在所面临的一个问题就是如何增强体质来应对日常的学习、工作、生活。由于大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然粗粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因其口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,因此难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种复合黄金保健米及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:复合黄金保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:大米500-510、大麦仁60-62、玉米粉80-84、山药20-22、南瓜25-26、胡萝卜20-22、核桃10-12、花生15-16、金银花3-4、槐米1-2、藕节4-5、荷叶2-3、中药添加剂4-5、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、香菇2-3、平菇4-5、茶花粉1-2、葡萄干4-5、女贞子3-4、白术2-3、蒲公英3-4、丰花草1-2、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将葡萄干、香菇、平菇、女贞子、白术、蒲公英、丰花草、蜜桶花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的复合黄金保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)大米、大麦仁洗净晾干后,磨粉过20目筛,得料a;
(2)山药、胡萝卜洗净去皮,南瓜取果肉,同煮3-4小时,捞出后加适量水打磨成浆,得料b;
(3)核桃、花生去壳后用小火炒香,磨粉过40目筛;
(4)金银花、槐米、藕节、荷叶加水熬煮2-3小时,提取浸液;
(5)将料a、料b、步骤(3)花生核桃粉、步骤(4)中药提取液与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。
本发明的有益效果:将保健药材和大米等食材合理搭配,玉米、南瓜、胡萝卜特有的天然色素使本品呈金黄光泽,不仅颜色艳丽、口感软糯,且含有丰富的营养保健成分,适宜大众食用。
具体实施方式
复合黄金保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
大米500、大麦仁60、玉米粉84、山药22、南瓜26、胡萝卜22、核桃10、花生16、金银花3、槐米2、藕节4、荷叶2、中药添加剂4、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:绿茶粉30、大麦苗粉1、香菇2、平菇5、茶花粉2、葡萄干4、女贞子4、白术3、蒲公英3、丰花草1、蜜桶花5、薏仁油1、糙米汤10、水适量;制备方法是将葡萄干、香菇、平菇、女贞子、白术、蒲公英、丰花草、蜜桶花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:

1.一种复合黄金保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:大米500-510、大麦仁60-62、玉米粉80-84、山药20-22、南瓜25-26、胡萝卜20-22、核桃10-12、花生15-16、金银花3-4、槐米1-2、藕节4-5、荷叶2-3、中药添加剂4-5、水适量;

2.根据权利要求l所述的复合黄金保健米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)大米、大麦仁洗净晾干后,磨粉过20目筛,得料a;

(3)核桃、花生去壳后用小火炒香,磨粉过40目筛;
