本发明公开了一种荞麦复合保健米及其制备方法,是由苦荞麦、甜荞麦、高粱、芋头、板栗、荸荠、胡萝卜、葱白、银杏叶、黄芪、黄精等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本产品从饮食方面来解决人体因营养成分不平衡而导致各种疾病的问题。对动脉硬化、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、心脑血管疾病及其它血液循环疾病都有很好的食疗保健效果,且口感好,食用简单方便。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代化的快节奏生活使得人们更容易产生机体疲劳、心神倦怠,从而导致免疫力的减弱,体质较差。我们现在所面临的一个问题就是如何增强体质来应对日常的学习、工作、生活。由于大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然粗粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因其口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,因此难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种荞麦复合保健米及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:荞麦复合保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:苦荞麦180-190、甜荞麦260-270、高粱80-85、芋头40-45、板栗30-32、荸荠28-30、胡萝卜20-22、葱白8-10、银杏叶2-3、黄芪2-3、黄精1-2、中药添加剂4-5、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:炒大麦粉30-40、生姜12-14、石榴籽油3-4、陈皮9-11、大麦苗粉1-2、三七花5-6、炒麦芽20-23、竹叶兰4-5、蜜桶花5-6、鱼腥草5-6、苹果6-8、大蓟3-4、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将石榴籽油烧热,将生姜切成末,放入热油中炸熟,滤出热石榴籽油;将苹果榨汁;将陈皮、三七花、炒麦芽、竹叶兰、蜜桶花、鱼腥草、大蓟加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的热石榴籽油、苹果汁、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的荞麦复合保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)苦荞麦、甜荞麦、高粱洗净晾干,磨粉过20目筛;
(2)板栗去壳,芋头、荸荠、胡萝卜去皮洗净,同煮4-5小时,捞出后加适量水打磨成浆;
(3)葱白、银杏叶、黄芪、黄精烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(4)将步骤(1)杂粮粉、步骤(2)浓浆、步骤(3)超微粉末与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。
本发明的有益效果:本产品从饮食方面来解决人体因营养成分不平衡而导致各种疾病的问题。对动脉硬化、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、心脑血管疾病及其它血液循环疾病都有很好的食疗保健效果,且口感好,食用简单方便。
具体实施方式
荞麦复合保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
苦荞麦180、甜荞麦270、高粱85、芋头40、板栗30、荸荠30、胡萝卜20、葱白8、银杏叶2、黄芪3、黄精1、中药添加剂4、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:炒大麦粉30、生姜12、石榴籽油3、陈皮9、大麦苗粉1、三七花5、炒麦芽23、竹叶兰5、蜜桶花5、鱼腥草5、苹果8、大蓟3、薏仁油2、糙米汤10、水适量;制备方法是将石榴籽油烧热,将生姜切成末,放入热油中炸熟,滤出热石榴籽油;将苹果榨汁;将陈皮、三七花、炒麦芽、竹叶兰、蜜桶花、鱼腥草、大蓟加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的热石榴籽油、苹果汁、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:

1.一种荞麦复合保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:苦荞麦180-190、甜荞麦260-270、高粱80-85、芋头40-45、板栗30-32、荸荠28-30、胡萝卜20-22、葱白8-10、银杏叶2-3、黄芪2-3、黄精1-2、中药添加剂4-5、水适量;

2.根据权利要求l所述的荞麦复合保健米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)苦荞麦、甜荞麦、高粱洗净晾干,磨粉过20目筛;
(2)板栗去壳,芋头、荸荠、胡萝卜去皮洗净,同煮4-5小时,捞出后加适量水打磨成浆;
(3)葱白、银杏叶、黄芪、黄精烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(4)将步骤(1)杂粮粉、步骤(2)浓浆、步骤(3)超微粉末与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。
