Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及用于技术目的的涂料,尤其是耐火涂料ADINA。
技术背景
用于技术目的的耐火涂料是众所周知的,广泛用于工业中。所谓膨胀技术涂层是用于特殊目的的特殊涂层。它们的应用只能由专业技术人员根据防火安全专家的建议来进行,应用中涂层的实际厚度必须遵循这些建议。
具有较高耐火性的膨胀涂层的目的是提高工业建筑在例如建筑结构燃烧时抵抗火焰的能力,或者可以延长其在例如电缆燃烧时的功能性。实际使用中最常见的是膨胀涂层或涂料。在火灾时,涂层开始膨胀(从而形成机械屏障),由于具有含磷组分因此该过程是允许的。涂层膨胀为工业建筑提供了抵抗火焰破坏作用的保护,可以保护到火焰熄灭的时候。因此,只能由操作这些材料的专业人员来施加膨胀涂层,施加涂层时的实际厚度必须遵循消防安全专家建议。而且,它们是在专业商店中销售。
已知的涂料通常包含膨胀组分、成膜粘结组分,这些组分能形成膜并与其所施加的基材粘合,或者涂料可包含各种颜料和其他着色剂。
例如US3654190揭示了一种提高耐火性的膨胀涂层,其包含密胺、二季戊四醇、含磷组分、和氯化石蜡。所述涂层的缺点是其对天气条件的低抗性,以及火灾时的破裂性(毁坏性)。
US-A-3635970揭示了一种油涂层,其不仅包含密胺焦磷酸酯和二季戊四醇,还包含氯化石蜡作为抑制燃烧的组分。
US-A-4965296揭示了一种液体膨胀涂层,其不仅包含磷酸铵、磷酸二铵、聚磷酸铵或三聚磷酸钾或其组合,还包含二季戊四醇、多元醇或氯化石蜡、或其组合、密胺树脂、脲、或双氰胺、或其组合,其量为5-35%w/w。其缺点包括对天气条件的低抗性、以及由于碳层的高粘性产生的较低膨胀塑性(降低了绝热性质)。
除了上述对天气条件的低抗性以外,大多数现有和使用的耐火涂层不具有充分的粘合性,因此耐磨性不足并且还容易遭受机械损坏。而且,它们还具有相当高的吸湿性。
本发明的目的是提供一种消除了之前已知和使用的膨胀技术涂层的不利性质的耐火涂料。
发明概述
本发明的耐火涂料ADINA能基本消除上述缺点,其包含5-50%w/w的聚磷酸铵、6-33%w/w的季戊四醇、4-22%w/w的密胺、10-16.3%w/w的粘结剂(基于聚丙烯酸乙烯酯-PVAcry、优选为品质等级D3的分散体的粘合剂)、2.3-3.5%w/w的基于邻苯二甲酸二异壬基酯(DINP)的增塑剂、3-10%w/w的滑石、0.15-0.25%w/w的基于4-氯-3-甲基苯酚的稳定剂(防腐剂)、和13.5-17%w/w的水。
本发明涂料ADINA优选包含25-35%w/w的聚磷酸铵、16-25%w/w的季戊四醇、9-17%w/w的密胺、12.5-16%w/w的粘结剂、2.8-3.2%w/w的增塑剂、6-8.5%w/w的滑石、0.18-0.22%w/w的稳定剂、和11-15.5%w/w的水。
还可以使用其他磷酸盐衍生物,例如聚磷酸铵,可以使用密胺衍生物来代替密胺,例如密胺氰脲酸酯、密胺硼酸酯、密胺聚磷酸酯、密胺二磷酸酯、密胺焦磷酸酯和密胺磷酸酯,还可以使用单季戊四醇或二季戊四醇。
通过调节单独组分的含量,可以获得具有不同物理化学性质的涂料ADINA,使其能用于不同工业领域中。
本发明的涂料ADINA可通过在均化器中简单地混合各组分而制备。
本发明涂料ADINA的优点主要在于,虽然其为所谓技术涂层,但是其物理化学性质能与装饰技术涂层竞争,后者涂层对这些参数具有较高的要求。这些参数具体包括优越的粘合性,与塑性结合,在火灾时形成高(厚)碳层,由于火灾时的高温而逐渐变得更大且膨胀(因为碳层包含气泡),即使只施加一个薄层也能提供非凡的绝热性质。
以下实施例说明本发明而非限制其范围。

用于滚涂的耐火涂料ADINA。
组成:
生产工艺(所有种类的ADINA涂料都相同)
按以下顺序按剂量提供各组分并在均化器中均化:聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、密胺和滑石,彻底搅拌。
耐火涂料的粘结剂部分分开制备和均化,包含总量的2/3水+基于PVAcry的粘合剂+DINP+稳定剂,加到聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、密胺和滑石的混合物中,均化,最后加入剩余的1/3水。
实施例2
用于流平施涂的耐火涂料ADINA。

1.耐火涂料ADINA,其特征在于,所述涂料包含5-50%w/w的聚磷酸铵、6-33%w/w的季戊四醇、4-22%w/w的密胺、10-16.3%w/w的基于聚丙烯酸乙烯酯分散体的粘结剂、2.3-3.5%w/w的基于邻苯二甲酸二异壬基酯的增塑剂、3-10%w/w的滑石、0.15-0.25%w/w的基于4-氯-3-甲基苯酚的稳定剂、和13.5-17%w/w的水。
