Abstract
本发明公开了一种车贴膜,从外至内依次包括膜基材、粘合层及离型膜层,所述膜基材由以下重量份数的原料制备:聚合度为1300的PVC树脂粉100份、纳米碳酸钙8‑12份、增塑剂DINP25‑30份、辅助增塑剂大豆油2‑5份、稳定剂5‑7份及抗氧化剂2‑3份;并且也公开了一种车贴膜的制造方法,包括以下步骤:(a)将上述原料按照比例配备并采用PVC膜压延工艺制成所述膜基材;(b)采用刮刀涂布工艺将溶剂型胶水刮到所述膜基材上形成所述粘合层;(c)所述粘合层上贴合离型膜层得到车贴膜;(d)将车贴膜裁边定幅,并绕成卷。本发明中车贴膜性能优越,并且具有很好的安装效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车贴膜及其制造方法,属于汽车装饰技术领域。
背景技术
市场上用于保护汽车表面漆面的保护膜的种类不多,其大多数结构是采用普通的PVC胶膜粘于汽车漆面以保护其不受外界摩擦损伤。现有市场上已有的普通车贴膜质量较差,使用性能不佳等问题。
发明内容
对此,本发明旨在提供一种具有优越性能的车贴膜及其制造方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种车贴膜,从外至内依次包括膜基材、粘合层及离型膜层,所述膜基材由以下重量份数的原料制备:聚合度为1300的PVC树脂粉100份、纳米碳酸钙8-12份、增塑剂DINP25-30份、辅助增塑剂大豆油2-5份、稳定剂5-7份及抗氧化剂2-3份。
上述技术方案中,所述稳定剂为钡锌复合稳定剂。
上述技术方案中,上述技术方案中,所述原料还包括阻燃剂2-5份。
一种上述车贴膜的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将上述原料按照比例配备并采用PVC膜压延工艺制成所述膜基材;
(b)采用刮刀涂布工艺将溶剂型胶水刮到所述膜基材上形成所述粘合层;
(c)所述粘合层上贴合离型膜层得到车贴膜;
(d)将车贴膜裁边定幅,并绕成卷。
本发明具有积极的效果:
本发明中,通过各原料的合理配比使得采用该配方得到的车贴膜具有良好的综合性能,通过增塑剂DINP的选用,提高了产品的伸缩率(拉伸率和收缩率),延长了产品的使用寿命,选用高分子助剂环氧大豆油使得车贴膜具有良好的延展性与耐候性,从而保证制作时的易施工与不变形,通过添加纳米碳酸钙的存在有利于抑制PVC膜基材中增塑剂的析出,并且对PVC膜喷绘性能都有改善,同时赋予PVC膜基材一定的骨感,在本发明中在PVC膜基材中不添加钛白粉,能够改善其透光性,设置抗氧化剂能够防止膜材氧化;进一步在制造方法中,采用刮刀涂布工艺将溶剂型胶水刮到膜基材上,结合PVC膜良好的吸墨性,使得胶水达到了不残胶、不脱落的功效,从而保证产品安装的可靠性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做以说明:
实施例1
一种车贴膜,从外至内依次包括膜基材、粘合层及离型膜层,所述膜基材由以下重量份数的原料制备:聚合度为1300的PVC树脂粉100份、纳米碳酸钙8份、增塑剂DINP25份、辅助增塑剂大豆油2份、稳定剂5份及抗氧化剂2份。本实施例中,所述稳定剂为钡锌复合稳定剂。本实施例中,所述原料还包括阻燃剂2份,从而提高车贴膜的阻燃性。
实施例2
一种车贴膜,从外至内依次包括膜基材、粘合层及离型膜层,所述膜基材由以下重量份数的原料制备:聚合度为1300的PVC树脂粉100份、纳米碳酸钙10份、增塑剂DINP28份、辅助增塑剂大豆油3份、稳定剂6份及抗氧化剂2.5份。本实施例中,所述稳定剂为钡锌复合稳定剂。本实施例中,所述原料还包括阻燃剂3份,从而提高车贴膜的阻燃性。
实施例3
一种车贴膜,从外至内依次包括膜基材、粘合层及离型膜层,所述膜基材由以下重量份数的原料制备:聚合度为1300的PVC树脂粉100份、纳米碳酸钙12份、增塑剂DINP30份、辅助增塑剂大豆油5份、稳定剂7份及抗氧化剂3份。本实施例中,所述稳定剂为钡锌复合稳定剂。本实施例中,所述原料还包括阻燃剂5份,从而提高车贴膜的阻燃性。
制造例
一种上述车贴膜的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将上述原料按照比例配备并采用PVC膜压延工艺(原料配比并混合→加热→过滤→储桶→四辊压延→牵引→扩幅→冷却定型→收卷)制成所述膜基材;(b)采用刮刀涂布工艺将溶剂型胶水刮到所述膜基材上形成所述粘合层;(c)所述粘合层上贴合离型膜层得到车贴膜;(d)将车贴膜裁边定幅,并绕成卷。在步骤(a)中,保持压延车速在30m/min,压延温度在180℃,这样可使PVC树脂浆料在压延过程中充分流平,大大降低膜材瑕疵几率。
按照上述三种原料配比并采用上述制造方法制成的车贴膜经过收缩率、拉伸强度及拉伸率的性能指标检测,得出以下检测结果:车贴膜纵向收缩率在3.2-3.6%,车贴膜纵向收缩率3.0-3.5%,车贴膜纵向拉伸强度为25-27MPa,横向拉伸强度为26-28MPa,纵向伸长率为140-145%,横向伸长率为185-188%。
本发明中,通过各原料的合理配比使得采用该配方得到的车贴膜具有良好的综合性能,通过增塑剂DINP的选用,提高了产品的伸缩率(拉伸率和收缩率),延长了产品的使用寿命,选用高分子助剂环氧大豆油使得车贴膜具有良好的延展性与耐候性,从而保证制作时的易施工与不变形,通过添加纳米碳酸钙的存在有利于抑制PVC膜基材中增塑剂的析出,并且对PVC膜喷绘性能都有改善,同时赋予PVC膜基材一定的骨感,在本发明中在PVC 膜基材中不添加钛白粉,能够改善其透光性,设置抗氧化剂能够防止膜材氧化;进一步在制造方法中,采用刮刀涂布工艺将溶剂型胶水刮到膜基材上,结合PVC膜良好的吸墨性,使得胶水达到了不残胶、不脱落的功效,从而保证产品安装的可靠性。

Claims (4)
1.一种车贴膜,其特征在于:从外至内依次包括膜基材、粘合层及离型膜层,所述膜基材由以下重量份数的原料制备:聚合度为1300的PVC树脂粉100份、纳米碳酸钙8-12份、增塑剂DINP25-30份、辅助增塑剂大豆油2-5份、稳定剂5-7份及抗氧化剂2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车贴膜,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为钡锌复合稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车贴膜,其特征在于:所述原料还包括阻燃剂2-5份。
4.一种权利要求1至3中所述车贴膜的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(a)将上述原料按照比例配备并采用PVC膜压延工艺制成所述膜基材;
(b)采用刮刀涂布工艺将溶剂型胶水刮到所述膜基材上形成所述粘合层;
(c)所述粘合层上贴合离型膜层得到车贴膜;
(d)将车贴膜裁边定幅,并绕成卷。
