本发明涉及一种保健花粉糖,属保健食品领域。
现有的糖品种较多,但糖中添加天然植物及参类滋补品的不多。在糖中同时添加花粉及三七参皂甙的糖尚未见公开报道。
本发明的目的在于提供一种风味独特、口感好、营养丰富,具有减肥降脂、抗皱防衰老作用,能增强人体组织代谢和促进细胞活力、增强智力的保健花粉糖。
本发明是这样实现的:该保健花粉糖由蔗糖、蜂蜜、葡萄糖、鸡蛋、奶粉或可可粉、蜂花粉、三七参皂甙经常规的制糖工艺制成。该糖各组份的重量百分比为:蔗糖65%、蜂蜜7%、葡萄糖5%、蜂花粉7~8%、奶粉或可可粉6%、三七参皂甙3~4%、鸡蛋6%。该保健花粉糖经省产品质量监测部门检验,符合国家食品卫生标准(GB2760-81)。
本发明与现有糖相比,具有风味独特、口感好、营养丰富,有减肥降脂、抗皱防衰老作用,能增强人体组织代谢和促进细胞活力、增强智力等优点。
本发明结合实施例作进一步详述:该花粉糖由蔗糖、蜂蜜、葡萄糖、鸡蛋、奶粉或可可粉、蜂花粉、三七参皂甙经常规的制糖工艺制成。
实施例一:
将65%的蔗糖、7%的蜂蜜、5%的葡萄糖、7%的蜂花粉、6%的奶粉、6%的鸡蛋、4%的三七参皂甙经常规的制糖工艺制成。
实施例二:
将65%的蔗糖、7%的蜂蜜、5%的葡萄糖、8%的蜂花粉、6%的可可粉、6%的鸡蛋、3%的三七参皂甙经常规的制糖工艺制成。
用上述比例按常规工艺制成的保健花粉糖,经省食品卫生检测部门检测,符合国家标准(GB2760-81)。该花粉糖食用后证明对消除疲劳、增强人体组织代谢、防治脑动脉硬化、增强智力有明显的作用。

1、一种保健花粉糖,它包括蔗糖、蜂蜜、葡萄糖、鸡蛋、奶粉或可可粉,其特征在于它还包括蜂花粉和三七参皂甙;各组分的重量百分比为:蔗糖65%、蜂蜜7%、葡萄糖5%、蜂花粉7~8%、奶粉或可可粉6%、三七参皂甙3~4%、鸡蛋6%。
