Abstract

技术领域
本发明大体上涉及针设备,并且尤其涉及包括毂接合部件的针防护组件,当针防护件移动至防护位置时,毂接合部件使得毂与针防护件脱离。
背景技术
针防护设备具有各种形式,其不允许简单和被动地无源地致动以及与毂脱离,诸如导管引入器毂。而且,针防护设备伸入导管引入器毂内并且占据阴型鲁尔连接器的体积,由此与止血阀和密封相干涉。
发明内容
本发明的第一方面提供了一种针设备,包括:毂;针,具有纵向轴和尖锐远端;以及针防护组件,包括:针防护件,可在非防护位置和防护位置之间移动,该针防护件在防护位置时防止针的尖锐远端从其中露出;接合部件,其相对于针防护件而滑动地设置,用于将毂接合至在非防护位置的针防护件;以及保持件,其可操作地连接至接合部件,并且定位以防止在非防护位置的接合部件与毂脱离,并且当针防护件移动至防护位置时通过使接合部件与毂脱离而允许从针防护件上移除毂。

具体实施方式
参考附图,示出了根据本发明的包括针防护组件30的针设备5。在一个实施例中,如图所示,针设备5采取导管引入组件的形式,其包括导管毂10、导管套管12和引入针14。然而,针设备5并不局限于该形式,并且可以包括具有毂10的任意设备,诸如血液收集设备等。
如图1-3中最佳所示,针设备5包括毂10、针14(图3)和针防护组件30。毂10的近端11可以包括凸缘部分104(图3);然而,在所有情况下,凸缘部分并非必需的。毂10还可以包括阴型鲁尔适配器13,其中可以将诸如阀或隔膜的血液密封设备15(图3,图5中为虚线)的阳型部件设置在阴型鲁尔适配器中而设置在毂10中。例如,针防护组件30可以定位得靠近毂10以提供止血阀。虽然未示出,但是毂10也可以包括端口。针14包括纵向轴、尖锐远端16(图1)以及近端18(图5-6)。如图5和6中所示,近端18可以固定至针毂20的远端106,例如通过胶、使用胶槽23,其在共同未决美国专利公开文本No.2009/0036843 A1和No.2009/0032185 A1中得以描述,所述每一篇文献在此引入作为参考。针毂20可以在其近端固定至手柄74。如图6中所示,可以在套筒36的近端和手柄74的远端提供止动凸缘72以防止远端移动超过防护位置,如本文所述。类似的结构在共同未决美国专利申请公开文本No.2008/0119795 A1、No.2009/0137958 A1和No.2009/0249605 A1中示出,所述每篇文献在此引入作为参考。如本文所述,针毂20的向近侧移动(经由手柄74)将针14缩回至针防护组件30内,由此将针防护件102从非防护位置(图1、3和5)移动至防护位置(图2、4和6),并且允许毂10与针防护件102脱离。针14、毂10和套管12可以是共轴的。
参考图3和4,针防护组件30包括针防护件102、接合部件42和保持件32。
针防护件102可在非防护位置(图3)和防护位置(图4)之间移动。在防护位置中,针防护件102防止针14的尖锐远端16从其中露出。在一个实施例中,针防护件102包括临近于毂10的套筒36(套筒36可以邻接毂10的近端11或者进入鲁尔连接器13)以及用于承载针阻塞体39的承载件34。虽然示为球,但是针阻塞体39可以采取各种其它形式,例如圆筒形等。如图所示,承载件34可以定位至少局部地位于套筒36内,并且包括内(轴向)腔48,其尺寸适于使得针14可以在其中滑动。如果需要,承载件34可以与套筒36形成为一体。如在此引入作为参考的2007年9月6日提交的共同未决美国专利申请11/817890中所述,并且如图4中所示,承载件34可以包括通道50或者其它结构,用于在针防护件102的防护位置中抵抗弹簧41的偏压力地限制针阻挡体39至针14的纵向轴的径向移动。在该所示实施例中,通道50的形状和尺寸设计使得针阻塞体39可以被运送并且可以沿着通道50移动并且落入合适的位置,至少局部地通过内腔48,由此阻止针14的尖锐远端16露出。套筒36可相对于手柄74和针毂20滑动,并且可以包括透明材料以允许看见回血(参见图1和2)。如图3中所示,套筒36还包括延伸通过套筒壁的径向开口40,针阻塞体39延伸通过径向开口以在非防护位置中接合例如接合部件42的远端边缘59。即,针阻塞体39通过套筒36中的径向开口40而局部地突出以抵靠着接合部件42的远端边缘59。因此,在非防护位置中,接合部件42不能远侧移动离开保持件32。接合部件42也不能邻近地移动,这是由于其与套筒36和/或保持件32邻接。虽然本文已经描述了针防护件102的特定实施例,但是应当强调的是,本发明的教导不局限于任何特定类型的针防护件。也可以使用其它针防护件,诸如卡扣在针端部上的夹子(有时称作introcan针防护件),或者具有不同类型的针阻塞体或不同类型的针阻塞体运动的针防护件。
如图3和4中所示,接合部件42相对于针防护件102滑动地设置。如图3中所示,接合部件42将毂10接合至处于非防护位置的针防护件102。在一个实施例中,毂10包括基本上圆形部分(例如近端11),而接合部件42与基本上圆形部分的一段圆周接合。在一个实施例中,接合部件42包括至少一个接合元件43,用于将毂10的近端11接合至处于非防护位置的针防护件102。在一个实施例中,接合元件43呈指状件形式,其接合毂10的凸缘部分104。在该情况下,每个接合元件43可以称作为钩。每个接合元件43可以是弹性的,例如,由诸如聚碳酸酯的聚合体材料制成。每个接合元件43可以形成弧形段。此外,每个接合元件43可以形成在径向敞开位置,从而当每个接合部件42向远端滑动离开每个保持件32时,接合元件43移动离开毂10。然而,应当强调的是,应当认为各种其它形式的接合元件43都被考虑在本发明的范围内。其它的接合部件42可以包括但不局限于:摩擦配合接合、阳/阴接合等。可以采用很多接合元件43。在所示的实施例中,通过包括在套筒36的远端52处邻接着近端11的凸缘54,例如将近端11捕获在接合元件43和套筒36之间,套筒36可以帮助接合元件43与毂10的近端11接合。然而,凸缘54并非必需抵靠着近端11,而在一些情况下可以进入鲁尔连接器13。无论如何,凸缘54的径向尺寸可以避免与多个肋条110(图4中可见)相互作用,其作用为如图3中所示的毂10的近端11的位置止动件。如本文所述,在非防护位置,接合部件42的纵向向远侧移动受针阻塞体39的限制。类似地,接合部件42的纵向向近侧移动被接合部件42与处于非防护位置中的套筒36或保持件32中的至少之一的邻接而阻止。
如图3中所示,保持件32可操作地连接至接合部件42,并且定位以防止接合元件43在非防护位置与毂10的近端11脱离。如图4中所示,当针防护件102移动至防护位置时,保持件32通过使得接合部件42(例如接合元件43)与毂10脱离而允许从针防护件102上移除毂10。保持件32可以基本上是圆筒形的并且围绕套筒36,由此形成环形空间35。接合部件42在套筒36和保持件32之间的环形空间35内滑动地接合在套筒36上。
在操作中,如比较图3和图4可观察的,当针防护件移动至防护位置时,即在针14缩回以允许针阻塞体39局部地进入承载件34的内轴内腔48之后,保持件32允许通过接合部件42相对于保持件32纵向远端移动而从针防护件102上移除毂10。为了配置针防护组件30,用户拉动手柄74,并且因而在近侧方向上拉动针毂20,因而沿着导管套管12和承载件34拉动针14,直到其由于与凸缘72的相互作用而停止。在该点处,针14的尖锐远端16已经穿过针阻塞体39,其已经局部地移动进入内部内腔48,由弹簧41推进至该处。一旦针14沿着远侧方向移动,针阻塞体39阻塞尖锐远端16的路径。针阻塞体39至防护位置(图4)的移动也基本上同时释放接合部件42,由此其可以向远端地移动离开保持件32,由此允许接合部件42(例如接合元件43)与毂10脱离。
如本文中所述,在使用手柄74向近侧纵向缩回针14之前,通过在非防护位置中使得接合部件42与针阻塞体39接合而防止接合部件42的纵向向远侧移动。接合部件42例如接合元件43接合毂10以将针防护组件30锁定至毂10。在没有对保持件32的径向限制的情况下,接合部件42例如弹性接合元件43将易于从毂10上释放。然而,一旦针防护件102进入防护位置,如图4中所示,保持件32不再围绕接合部件42即接合元件43。因此,轻微地施加力(例如,在近侧方向上),接合部件42可以与毂10脱离。与此同时,针阻塞体39防止针14从针防护件102中露出。接合部件42沿着套筒36滑动,但是由套筒36远端上的凸缘54防止在防护位置移除针防护件102。随着手柄74向近侧缩回,直至针防护组件30与毂10脱离,这种致动自动和被动地发生。
保持件32、接合部件42、承载件34、套筒36、弹簧41(除非使用非螺旋弹簧)和手柄74可以均共轴的。在一个实施例中,套筒36可以与保持件32一体地形成。此外,承载件34可以与套筒36形成一体。由于在防护位置,针防护组件30基本上位于毂10的外侧,在毂10内部为血液密封设备15(例如隔膜或阀)提供了空间,如果需要,也提供了侧端口(未示出)。除针14之外,针设备5的每个部件均可以由合适塑料材料制成。如上所述,接合部件42可以制成为或者包括由弹性材料制成的部分。

Claims (22)
1.一种针设备,包括:
毂;
针,所述针具有纵向轴和尖锐远端;以及
针防护组件,所述针防护组件包括:
针防护件,所述针防护件能够在非防护位置和防护位置之间移动,所述针防护件在所述防护位置处防止所述针的尖锐远端从其中露出;
接合部件,所述接合部件相对于所述针防护件可滑动地设置,用于使所述毂接合至在所述非防护位置的所述针防护件;以及
保持件,所述保持件围绕所述接合部件的至少一部分以及针防护件的一部分,其中,所述接合部件构造为能够向远端滑动离开所述保持件,
其中,在所述非防护位置,所述保持件在径向上限制所述接合部件,从而防止所述毂与所述接合部件脱离,以及
在所述防护位置,所述保持件释放对所述接合部件的径向限制,由此允许通过将所述接合部件与所述毂脱离而从所述针防护件上移除所述毂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针设备,其中所述针防护件包括在非防护位置邻近于所述毂的套筒。
