本发明公开了一种鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料及其制备方法,其配合饲料包括以下原料:秘鲁鱼粉、豆粕、菜粕、棉粕、DDGS、小麦、食盐、大豆油、玉米油、磷酸二氢钙、氯化胆碱、熟鸡蛋黄、微生态、螺旋藻粉、大豆磷脂粉、淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料、淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料;其制备方法包括以下步骤:粉碎步骤、混合步骤和制粒步骤。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的饲料能够很好的满足鱼种期鲤鱼的营养需求,同时促进脂肪的消化和吸收;促进肠道健康,提高肠道对营养物质的吸收;提高免疫力,降低免疫应激,提高生长速度和降低死亡率。

技术领域
本发明涉及含有来源于植物、动物或矿物原料的动物养殖饲料,特别涉及一种鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对肉类的需求越来越大,尤其是鲜嫩味美、低胆固醇,并且在中医上具有补脾健胃、利水消肿、通乳、清热解毒、止嗽下气作用的鲤鱼更受欢迎。鲤鱼的蛋白质不但含量高,而且质量也佳,人体消化吸收率可达96%,并能供给人体必需的氨基酸、矿物质、维生素A和维生素D,每100g肉中含蛋白质17.6g、脂肪4.1g、钙50mg、磷204mg及多种维生素;此外,鲤鱼的脂肪多为不饱和脂肪酸,能很好的降低胆固醇,可以防治动脉硬化、冠心病。
目前,我国现有的800余种淡水鱼中,鲤科鱼占一半以上,鲤鱼品种(品系)以我国最多、最集中,许多为我国特有的种类。长期的自然选择和人工选择使鲤鱼具有表型的多样性,生化遗传的多态性及群体结构的杂合性。这既为鲤鱼杂交优势利用和品种选育提供了丰富的原始材料,也为稳定性品种的选育带来很大的难度。淡水鱼水产养殖饲料中,人工饵料不能很好的满足鲤鱼对必需脂肪酸的需求,鲤鱼在孵化后的快速生长中,也需要丰富的磷脂来构成细胞的成分。在快速生长的条件下,当磷脂的生物合成不能充分地满足仔鱼的需求时,鲤鱼的生长将受到影响,且畸形率和死亡率将升高。
此外,随着水产养殖业逐渐实现高密度、集约化、规模化和工厂化,养殖过程对水环境的损害日益加重。工业、生活污水的排放使养殖水体受到严重的污染,养殖生态环境遭到严重破坏。水环境恶化造成的鲤鱼肠炎、肠胃受损等疾病的爆发成为严重影响水产品产量和质量的主要限制因素之一。抗生素的使用在一定时间内对水产疾病防治起到了显著的效果,但是其负面效应也逐渐显现,主要包括破坏水产动物肠道菌落的平衡、催生抗药菌株、环境残留和鱼体富集对人类健康存在巨大的潜在危害。目前,许多国家已经制定严格的法律禁止抗生素类物质在水产养殖业中的应用,并对水产品进行严格的检验检疫。因此,寻找提高鱼类的抗病力的饲料成为水产养殖迫需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种满足鲤鱼快速生长的营养需求、提高鲤鱼生产性能以及保护鲤鱼肠道菌落平衡和提高抗病能力的鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料,所述配合饲料包括以下重量重量百分比的原料:秘鲁鱼粉10-20%、豆粕20-30%、菜粕18-25%、棉粕10-15%、DDGS1-10%、小麦5-12%、食盐0.15-0.3%、大豆油1-3%、玉米油1-3%、磷酸二氢钙1.2-2.0%、氯化胆碱0.15-0.22%、熟鸡蛋黄0.1-0.4%、微生态0.02-0.05%、螺旋藻粉0.1-0.8%、大豆磷脂粉1-3%、淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料0.1-0.3%、淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料0.1-0.3%;上述原料的重量百分比之和为100%。
所述配合饲料还包括中药添加剂,所述配合饲料优选的由以下重量百分比的原料组成:秘鲁鱼粉12-18%、豆粕21-28%、菜粕21-25%、棉粕12-15%、DDGS5-10%、小麦8-12%、食盐0.2-0.3%、大豆油1-2%、玉米油1-2%、磷酸二氢钙1.3-2.0%、氯化胆碱0.18-0.20%、熟鸡蛋黄0.1-0.3%、微生态0.03-0.04%、螺旋藻粉0.3-0.6%、大豆磷脂粉1.5-2.5%、淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料0.15-0.25%、淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料0.15-0.25%和中药添加剂0.01-0.09%;上述原料的重量百分比之和为100%。

所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数比的原料药材组成:黄芪10-20份、白芨5-15份、山药10-20份、黄柏10-15份、柴胡5-12份、一枝黄花6-14份、地丁12-16份、败酱草6-16份、丹参5-17份、海螵蛸7-12份、赤石脂6-12份、炙甘草4-12份、石榴皮5-9份、焦山楂7-12份、陈皮10-20份和鸡内金10-20份。
所述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将所述原料药材按配比混合,切碎,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在室温下,与醇度为90%以上的乙醇一起渍16天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;将所述滤液加热浓缩至糊状,放入烘箱内烘干,冷却后与研磨成细粉状,即得中药添加剂。
所述微生态为芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌中的一种或两种。
所述淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料的主要成分为维生素A、D3、E、K3、B1、B2、B6、叶酸、泛酸、烟酸中的一种或多种。

为了更好的实现上述发明目的,本发明还提供了一种鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤a:按照重量份数比称取秘鲁鱼粉、豆粕、菜粕、棉粕、DDGS、小麦、食盐、磷酸二氢钙、氯化胆碱、熟鸡蛋黄、螺旋藻粉、淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料、淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为30-50目;
步骤b:将步骤a粉碎后的原料与剩余原料投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为3-5分钟;
步骤c:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为75-85℃。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明的饲料能够很好的满足鱼种期鲤鱼的营养需求,同时促进脂肪的消化和吸收;促进肠道健康,提高肠道对营养物质的吸收;提高免疫力,降低免疫应激,提高生长速度和降低死亡率;其中:添加大豆油和玉米油,为鲤鱼提供能量;中草药添加剂兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既能够防治疾病,又能够提高鲤鱼的生产性能;中草药不仅含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素和微量元素等,能够直接或间接的促进营养物质的消化利用,而且所含的生物碱、多糖和有机酸等生物活性物质,通过其机体自身以提高成产性能,同时毒副作用小、无耐药性、不残留等优点,达到绿色食品纯天然的要求,能获得良好的经济效益。

其中,中药添加剂由以下重量份数比的原料药材组成:黄芪15份、白芨7份、山药15份、黄柏12份、柴胡8份、一枝黄花9份、地丁14份、败酱草12份、丹参11份、海螵蛸9份、赤石脂8份、炙甘草9份、石榴皮7份、焦山楂10份、陈皮15份和鸡内金15份。

其中,中药添加剂中各种中药性能介绍如下:
黄芪:甘,微温;归肺、脾、肝、肾经。 用于益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效。《本草逢原》载:黄芪能补五脏诸虚,治脉弦自汗,泻阴火,去肺热,无汗则发,有汗则止。用于治疗气虚乏力,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚萎黄,内热消渴,慢性肾炎,蛋白尿,糖尿病等。炙黄芪益气补中,生用固表托疮。黄芪是增进抵抗力和防御疾病的良药。
白芨:收敛止血,消肿生肌。用于咳血吐血,外伤出血,疮疡肿毒,皮肤皲裂;肺结核咳血,溃疡病出血。1.止血作用:白及能增强血小板第三因子活性, 显著缩短凝血时间及凝血酶原形成时间, 抑制纤维蛋白溶酶活性, 对局部出血有止血作用;动物实验表明, 白及水浸出物对实质性器官(肝、脾)、肌肉血管出血等外用止血效果颇好。2.保护胃粘膜:1%白及煎剂灌胃, 对盐酸引起的大鼠胃粘膜损伤有保护作用;对麻醉犬实验性胃、十二指肠穿孔具有治疗作用。3.抗菌、抗真菌作用:白及乙醇浸液对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、人型结核杆菌有抑制作用;水浸剂对奥杜盎小孢子菌有抑制作用;白及所含有的3个联苯类和2个双氢菲类化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、白色念珠菌ATCC1057及发癣菌QM248有抑制作用。
山药:味甘、性平,入肺、脾、肾经;不燥不腻,有健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精、聪耳明目、助五脏、强筋骨、长志安神、延年益寿的功效;主治脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、食欲不振、久泄久痢、肺气虚燥、痰喘咳嗽、肾气亏耗、腰膝酸软、下肢痿弱、消渴尿频、遗精早泄、带下白浊、皮肤赤肿、肥胖等病症。《本草纲目》概括五大功用“益肾气,健脾胃,止泄痢,化痰涎,润皮”。山药煮粥或者用冰糖煨熟后服用,对身体差、结肠炎、肾亏等慢性病均有疗效。补益脾胃:治疗脾胃虚弱、泄泻、体倦、食少、虚汗。益肺滋肾:本品不寒不燥,味甘质润,可治疗肺肾虚损的消渴、遗精、带下等病证。被誉为神仙药。
黄柏:味苦,性寒,归肾、膀胱、大肠经,用于湿热泻痢,黄疸,带下,热淋,脚气,痿辟,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹瘙痒。盐黄柏滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺,盗汗骨蒸。
柴胡:清虚热中药,用于感冒发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞、胸肋胀痛、脱肛、子宫脱落、月经不调。柴胡始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品。促进免疫功能,有效成分:柴胡多糖。作用:吞噬功能增强、自然杀伤细胞功能增强,提高病毒特异性抗体滴度,提高淋巴细胞转核率,提高皮肤迟发性过敏反应。抗肝损伤,柴胡注射液(浓度1∶1)1 ml/只皮下注射连续5天可显著降低四氯化碳引起的大鼠血清GPT升高,肝细胞变性及坏死也明显减轻,肝细胞内糖原及核糖核酸含量也接近正常。
一枝黄花:性味辛、苦,微温,能袪风清热、解毒清肿等。疏风清热,抗菌消炎。用于风热感冒头痛,(风寒忌)清热解毒,消肿除痛。上呼吸道感染,扁桃体炎,咽喉肿痛,支气管炎,肺炎,肺结核咳血,急、慢性肾炎,小儿疳积,外用治跌打损伤,毒蛇咬伤,疮疡肿毒,乳腺炎。抗菌作用:煎剂在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌(多引起化脓炎,皮肤疥痈,小儿支气管炎),绿脓杆菌(肺炎),痢疾(急性菌痢),伤寒杆菌(肠道伤害,忌长期慎用,易出血)、肺炎双球菌(大叶性肺炎),甲型溶血性链球菌(扁桃体炎)及红色藓菌、白色念珠菌(属于真菌引起鹅掌风、灰指甲、脚癣、女性霉菌性阴道炎)均有抑制作用。
地丁:主治清热解毒;消痈肿。主流行性感冒;上呼吸道感染;扁桃体炎;传染性肝炎;肠炎;痢疾;肾炎;腮腺炎;结膜炎;急性阑尾炎;疔疮痈肿;瘰疬。《本草求原》:凉血,消肿毒。治血热筋痿,敷疮妙。
败酱草:性味苦平,具有清热解毒、排脓破瘀的功效。能医肠痈、下痢、赤白带下、产后瘀滞腹痛、目赤肿痛。入胃、大肠、肝经。主治清热解毒,消痈排脓,活血行瘀。用于肠痈、肺痈及疮痈肿毒,实热瘀滞所致的胸腹疼痛,产后瘀滞腹痛等症。
丹参:苦,微寒。归心、肝经。祛瘀止痛,活血通经,清心除烦。用于月经不调,经闭痛经, 症瘕积聚,胸腹刺痛,热痹疼痛,疮疡肿痛,心烦不眠。用于胸肋胁痛,风湿痹痛,症瘕结块,疮疡肿痛,跌仆伤痛,月经不调,经闭痛经,产后瘀痛等。治疗胸肋疼痛、症瘕结块,以及月经不调、经闭经痛具有良效。.《纲目》载:丹参,按《妇人明理论》云,四物汤治妇人病,不问产前产后,经水多少,皆可通用,惟一味丹参散,主治与之相同。盖丹参能破宿血,补新血,安生胎,落死胎,止崩中滞下,调经脉。丹参主要成分丹参酮有扩张血管、改善循环、解除血管内凝血等作用,具有活血化痕之功效,并能促进肝脏血液循环,利于肝细胞再生。
海螵蛸:为乌贼科动物无针乌贼或金乌贼的内壳。产于中国沿海如辽宁、江苏、浙江等地。原动物肉食性,栖息于海底。味咸、涩,性微温。归肝、肾经。功效收敛止血、固精止带、制酸敛疮。临床用名有海螵蛸、乌贼骨。海螵蛸:味咸、涩,性温。归肝、肾经。具有固精止带、收敛止血、制酸止痛、收湿敛疮的功能。生海螵蛸长于固精止带、制酸。常用于梦遗滑精,赤白带下,胃痛吐酸。
赤石脂:为硅酸盐类矿物多水高岭石族多水高岭石,主含含水硅酸铝。采挖后,除去杂质。本品为块状集合体,呈不规则的块状。粉红色、红色至紫红色,或有红白相间的花纹。质软,易碎,断面有的具蜡样光泽。吸水性强。具粘土气,味淡,嚼之无沙粒感。性味:甘;涩;酸;温;无毒。功效:涩肠;收敛止血;收湿敛疮;生肌。主治:久泻;久痢;便血;脱肛;遗精;崩漏;带下;溃疡不敛;湿疹;外伤出血。《本经》:“主黄疸,泄痢,肠澼脓血,阴蚀下血赤白,邪气痈肿,疽痔恶疮,头疡疥瘙。” 赤石脂②《别录》:“主养心气,明目,益精,疗腹痛泄澼,下痢赤白,小便利,及痈疽疮痔,女子崩中、漏下、产难、胞衣不出。”
炙甘草:性平,味甘,归十二经。有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用。在中医上,炙甘草补脾益气,滋咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药。补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。《神农本草经》将炙甘草列为上品,说炙甘草有坚筋骨、长肌肉、倍气力及解毒之功,能治五脏六腑寒热邪气与金疮肿。《名医别录》说炙甘草能温中、下气、止咳止渴、解百药毒。
石榴皮:有涩肠止泻,止血,驱虫的功效。《药性论》载其:"治筋骨风,腰脚不遂,步行挛急疼痛。主涩肠,止赤白下痢。取汁止目泪下,治漏精。"《本草拾遗》载其:"主蛔虫。煎服。" 《滇南本草》载其:"治日久水泻,同炒砂糖煨服,又治痢脓血,大肠下血。""同马兜铃煎治小儿疳虫。"体外实验表明: 石榴皮对大肠杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌等7种革兰阴性肠内致病菌皆有抑制作用.在试管内, 石榴皮煎剂对4种痢疾杆菌皆有抗菌作用, 但程度上有所差异, 以对志贺痢疾杆菌作用最强(1:320), 对施氏、弗氏痢疾杆菌次之(1:80), 而对宋内痢疾杆菌作用较差(1:20).平板法的抗菌效果低于试管法.其抗菌作用机制与其所含多量鞣酸有关。
焦山楂:焦山楂善于治疗肉类或油腻过多所致的食滞。山楂,切片晒干,置锅内用武大炒至外面焦褐色、内部黄褐色为度、喷洒清水,取出晒干,即为焦山楂。口服山楂能增加消化酶,促进脂肪的分解和消化,对因吃肉类或油腻过多所致脘腹胀满、嗳气、不思饮食、腹痛、腹泻者,疗效尤佳。此外,现代药物试验表明,山楂有缓慢而持久的降低血压的功效,还可降低胆固醇和甘油三酯,防止动脉粥样硬化,而且还可舒张冠状动脉,增加心肌收缩力,对抗心律失常。因此,有利于防治高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化及冠心病。
陈皮:温;辛、苦;归脾、肺经陈皮的苦味物质是以柠檬苷和苦味素为代表的“类柠檬苦素”,这种类柠檬苦素味平和,易溶解于水,有助于食物的消化。陈皮用于烹制菜肴时。其苦味与其他味道相互调和,可形成独具一格的风味。陈皮含有挥发油、橙皮甙、维生素B、C等成分,它所含的挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠管内积气,增加食欲。陈皮也是一味常用中药,具有通气的健脾、燥湿化痰、解腻留香、降逆止呕的功效。
鸡内金:甘,寒。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。消食健胃,涩精止遗。鸡内金含胃激素、角蛋白、氨基酸以及微量胃蛋白酶、淀粉酶等。口服鸡内金粉后,胃液的分泌量、酸度和消化力均增高,胃运动加强、排空加快。其酸提取液或煎剂能加速从尿中排除放射性锶。
对比试验
试验在六和集团技术部平度研发中心循环水系统中进行。实验选取400尾体型均匀、体色正常、活力良好且平均体重1.1g左右的鲤鱼鱼种作为实验对象,选取20只直径1.2m×高1m的圆柱形水缸作为养殖容器,每只水缸内随机放养20尾鲤鱼,每5只水缸作为一组,共4组,分别使用本发明实施例1-3的配合饲料(实施例组1-3)以及传统鱼饲料(对照组)喂养,试验期为30天,实验结束时统计每组鲤鱼的体重,计算平均体重、平均增重及成活率,结果如表2所示。
其中,养殖用水为地下水,未经曝气即通过沙滤罐进入循环水养殖系统,每天反冲沙滤灌两次,早晚投喂后各一次,每天清理粪便一次。试验期间,养殖水体溶解氧为5mg/L以上,氨氮含量小于0.3mg/L。养殖期间水温17-14℃。每日投料4次,即8:00、11:00、14:00、17:00各投1次。

从表1的数据可知:与使用传统饲料喂养的鲤鱼相比,使用本发明实施例1-3配比配制的鲤鱼饲料饲喂的鲤鱼鱼种30天后,其平均增重至少高出6g,成活率高出11%。
通过对比实验可知,本发明实施例1-3配比的鲤鱼配合饲料喂养的鲤鱼,平均体重和成活率均优于传统鲤鱼饲料,且实施例组的整齐度也明显优于对照组,即本发明实施例的配合饲料能够很好的满足鱼种期鲤鱼的营养需求和提高鲤鱼的免疫力和抗病能力。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:秘鲁鱼粉12-18%、豆粕21-28%、菜粕21-25%、棉粕12-15%、DDGS5-10%、小麦8-12%、食盐0.2-0.3%、大豆油1-2%、玉米油1-2%、磷酸二氢钙1.3-2.0%、氯化胆碱0.18-0.20%、熟鸡蛋黄0.1-0.3%、微生态0.03-0.04%、螺旋藻粉0.3-0.6%、大豆磷脂粉1.5-2.5%、淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料0.15-0.25%、淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料0.15-0.25%和中药添加剂0.01-0.09%;上述原料的重量百分比之和为100%;
所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数比的原料药材组成:黄芪10-20份、白芨5-15份、山药10-20份、黄柏10-15份、柴胡5-12份、一枝黄花6-14份、地丁12-16份、败酱草6-16份、丹参5-17份、海螵蛸7-12份、赤石脂6-12份、炙甘草4-12份、石榴皮5-9份、焦山楂7-12份、陈皮10-20份和鸡内金10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:秘鲁鱼粉14%、豆粕23.71%、菜粕23%、棉粕13%、DDGS7%、小麦10.5%、食盐0.25%、大豆油1.5%、玉米油2%、磷酸二氢钙1.8%、氯化胆碱0.19%、熟鸡蛋黄0.2%、微生态0.03%、螺旋藻粉0.4%、大豆磷脂粉2%、淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料0.2%、淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料0.2%和中药添加剂0.02%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将所述原料药材按配比混合,切碎,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在室温下,与醇度为90%以上的乙醇一起渍15-22天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;将所述滤液加热浓缩至糊状,放入烘箱内烘干,冷却后与研磨成细粉状,即得中药添加剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料,其特征在于,所述微生态为芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料,其特征在于,所述淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料的主要成分为维生素A、D3、E、K3、B1、B2、B6、叶酸、泛酸、烟酸中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料,其特征在于,所述淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料的主要成分为铜、铁、锰、锌、碘、硒中的一种或多种。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的鲤鱼鱼种期配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤a:按照重量份数比称取秘鲁鱼粉、豆粕、菜粕、棉粕、DDGS、小麦、食盐、磷酸二氢钙、氯化胆碱、熟鸡蛋黄、螺旋藻粉、淡水鱼用复合维生素预混料、淡水鱼用复合微量元素预混料投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为30-50目;
步骤b:将步骤a粉碎后的原料与剩余原料投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为3-5分钟;
步骤c:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为75-85℃。
