本发明涉及一种淡水鱼饲料,特别涉及一种鲤鱼饲料及其中草药添加剂。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对肉类的需求越来越大,尤其是鲜嫩味美、低胆固醇,并且在中医上具有补脾健胃、利水消肿、通乳、清热解毒、止嗽下气作用的鲤鱼更受欢迎。鲤鱼的蛋白质不但含量高,而且质量也佳,人体消化吸收率可达96%,并能供给人体必需的氨基酸、矿物质、维生素A和维生素D,每100g肉中含蛋白质17.6g、脂肪4.1g、钙50mg、磷204mg及多种维生素;此外,鲤鱼的脂肪多为不饱和脂肪酸,能很好的降低胆固醇,可以防治动脉硬化、冠心病。
目前,我国现有的800余种淡水鱼中,鲤科鱼占一半以上,鲤鱼品种(品系)以我国最多、最集中,许多为我国特有的种类。长期的自然选择和人工选择使鲤鱼具有表型的多样性,生化遗传的多态性及群体结构的杂合性。这既为鲤鱼杂交优势利用和品种选育提供了丰富的原始材料,也为稳定性品种的选育带来很大的难度。淡水鱼水产养殖饲料中,配合饲料中油脂作为鱼类的三大营养素之一,仅次于蛋白质,饲料中脂肪含量不足或缺乏,可导致鱼代谢紊乱,饲料蛋白质利用率下降,同时还可并发脂溶性维生素和必需脂肪酸缺乏症。油脂对于鱼类的生长具有重要的生理功能,可以为鱼类生长发育提供非必需脂肪酸和必需脂肪酸,且是鱼类组织细胞的组成成分,为鱼体提供能量,还可起到节约蛋白质的作用。
但是,油脂容易氧化变质,产生有毒有害物质,反而降低鱼类的生长性能,影响生理功能。用添加氧化油脂的饲料投喂饲养动物,会降低其生长速度。目前,国内外研究添加氧化油脂对生长影响的动物种类很多,而国内在鱼类上的研究较少,主要有奥尼罗非鱼和鲤鱼。研究表明,添加氧化鱼油可致鲤鱼生长不良,出现瘦背病,发生肌营养不良及渗出性素质样病变并导致死亡。肝脏是各种营养物质代谢和解毒中心,它对氧化油脂的毒性极为敏感,所以对肝脏的保护成为控制氧化油脂危害的主要措施。
鲤鱼水产养殖过程中,要取得最佳的生产性能必须对鲤鱼的营养需要量进行深入研究,依据营养需要量配制饲料,然后添加安全无公害的护肝的添加剂,如中草药饲料添加剂、酶制剂、微生态制剂等,才能发挥鲤鱼的最佳生长潜能,达到优良生长效果,取得良好经济效益。向饲料中加入护肝促生长的添加剂,改善饲料转化率的饲料添加剂是养殖业研究的关键技术。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既可防病又可提高生产性能的饲料;从根本上保护和协调鲤鱼的整体健康,可以预防疾病,避免饲料中油脂氧化产生有毒物质增加肝脏负担,提高鲤鱼的生产性能,中草药添加剂不仅能够对鲤鱼肝脏具有保护和修复的作用,还能够提高营养物质的消化率和利用率。本发明采用全新的中草药添加剂,达到绿色食品纯天然的要求。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种鲤鱼饲料,包括面粉、DDGS、玉米胚芽饼、大豆粕、棉籽粕、双底菜粕、鱼粉、豆油、磷酸二氢钙、胆碱、维生素预混料、矿物质预混料、微生态制剂和中草药添加剂,所述中草药添加剂进一步包括:蒲公英、枸杞子、水飞蓟、溪黄草、川续断、郁金香、麦冬、淮山、熟地、黄芪、党参、三七、洋甘菊、罗勒、穿心莲、绿豆、射干、桃仁、女贞子、山楂和神曲。

所述微生态制剂为乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和沼泽红假单胞菌中的一种或多种。
所述中草药添加剂的剂型为:颗粒剂、汤剂或粉剂;所述中草药添加剂占所述饲料总重量的0.5%-8%,优选为0.7%;其使用方法为:将所述中草药添加剂加工成粉剂、颗粒剂或汤剂后,与其他饲料原料或粉碎后的其他饲料原料混合均匀,喂食或制粒后喂食。
所述中草药为汤剂,其制备方法为:将所述原料药按配比混合,粉碎成粉末,将粉末加入冷水中浸泡18小时-30小时,冷水的质量是所述粉末质量的3-4倍,以文火煎煮,煎煮时间为40分钟-1.5小时,将煎煮液过滤,获得第一滤液和第一滤渣;将第一滤渣再次加入冷水中,以文火煎煮3次,每次煎煮1.5小时,过滤并合并过滤液,获得第二滤液;合并第一滤液和第二滤液,减压浓缩除去部分水,得到煎剂,煎剂的生药浓度优选为1g/ml~3g/ml。
所述中草药添加剂为粉剂,其制备方法为:将所述原料药按配比混合,切碎,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在室温下,与90度以上乙醇一起渍15-22天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;将所述滤液加热浓缩至糊状,放入烘箱内烘干,冷却后与研磨成细粉状,即得粉剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种所述鲤鱼饲料的制备方法,其制备方法为:
第一步,按重量份数比称取所有原料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为60-150目,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合的均匀度≤5%;
第二步,混合均匀后倒入置于圆盘造粒机内进行造粒,圆盘造粒机的造粒盘倾斜角度为40-60°,圆盘造粒机的转速为45转/分钟,制备时间为20分钟,制备成直径为 1毫米的球状颗粒饲料;
第三步,将第二步获得的球状颗粒饲料,摊放于具有多层移动式不锈钢网带的网带式干燥机上,加温干燥12分钟,加温进口风温度为130℃,出口风温度为60℃,获得干燥的饲料颗粒。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明饲料中添加了中草药添加剂,不仅具有保肝护胆的作用,而且促进鲤鱼的生长;其中,中草药添加剂兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既能够防治疾病,又能够提高鲤鱼的生产性能;中草药不仅含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素和微量元素等,能够直接或间接的促进营养物质的消化利用,而且所含的生物碱、多糖和有机酸等生物活性物质,通过其机体自身以提高成产性能,同时毒副作用小、无耐药性、不残留等优点,达到绿色食品纯天然的要求,能获得良好的经济效益。
具体实施方式
我国地域辽阔中草药资源非常丰富,在发展中草药添加剂方面有巨大的潜力,大量生产实践和科学研究也证实了中草药具有许多营养成分和生物活性物质,如生物碱、多糖、挥发油、有机酸等,兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既可防病,又可提高生产性能;不但能直接杀菌抑菌,而且能调节机体的免疫机能,具有非特异抗菌作用。因此摒弃化学类添加剂,使用安全放心的饲料添加剂,使食品达到安全美味的效果是我们一贯的追求;更重要的是中草药添加剂独特的优点是具有纯天然性,来自自然界动物、植物和矿物质,并保持了其自然结构和活性,长期使用而无药物残留、无抗药性和无毒副作用,是良好的绿色药物添加剂,也迎合了广大消费者和养殖者对绿色无公害无药残产品的追求,所以用中草药做饲料添加剂在饲养料中显得更有意义。
在水产动物饲料中添加一定量的中草药添加剂,不但可以起到诱食剂的作用,提高水产动物的摄食率,提高饵料利用率,降低饵料系数,增加水产动物的体重,而且还能提高动物体的免疫力、抑菌、杀菌、保肝、保肾、防治多种水产动物疾病、提高成活率,是一种新型的具有较大开发潜力的水产动物饲料添加剂。
中医理论认为,肝的主要生理功能是主藏血和主疏泄,肝与胆相为表里,开窍于目,肝主藏血,肝主疏泄,有贮藏和调节血液、排毒的功能。五脏都是相互密切关联的,其中肝属木,脾属土,木旺则乘土、而肝主藏血,贮藏和调节全身血量,脾主统血,为气血生化之源。脾气健运,气血生化有源,血量充足,则肝血充盈。
中药添加剂中各组分药理如下:
蒲公英:味甘、苦,性寒,入肝、胃经,具有清热解毒、消痈散结、清肝明目、利尿通淋的作用,主要用于疮疡肿毒的治疗,对乳痈效果尤其显著,亦可用于肝火上炎之目赤肿痛等症状的治疗,此外,还具有利尿除湿的作用,用于治湿热黄疸、小便不利、泌尿系统感染等病症的治疗,普通应对黄金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、副伤寒甲、白色念珠牛俊、牛型布氏杆菌有一定的抑菌作用;对同心性毛癣菌、许岚黄癣菌、铁锈色小芽孢菌、石膏样小芽孢癣菌等均有抑菌作用。蒲公英属菊科多年生草本植物。头状花序,种子上有白色冠毛结成的绒球,花开后随风飘到新的地方孕育新生命。蒲公英植物体中含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分,有利胆功效。
枸杞子:补肝益肾中药,其色鲜红,其味香甜。现代医学研究证实其含有甜菜碱、多糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2及钙、磷、铁、锌、锰、亚油酸等营养成分,对造血功能有促进作用,还能抗衰老、抗突变、抗肿瘤、抗脂肪肝及降血糖等作用。中医常常用它来治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴、遗精等病症。
水飞蓟:为菊科植物水飞蓟SiLybum marianum(L.)Gaertn.的干燥成熟果实。秋季果实成熟时采收果序,晒干,打下果实,除去杂质,晒干。性寒、味苦,归肝、胆经。功能主治清热解毒,疏肝利胆,用于肝胆湿热,胁痛,黄疸。《全国中草药汇编》中:其功能主治清热解毒,保肝、利胆,保脑,抗X射线。对急性或慢性肝炎、肝硬化、脂肪肝、代谢中毒性肝损伤、胆石症、胆管炎及肝胆管周围炎等肝、胆炎病均有良好疗效,可使肝脏病患者自觉症状和某些生化指数如血清胆红素、白皖及球皖系数、凝血酶元、谷丙转氨酶等迅速改善。水飞蓟是优良的护肝植物,其种子含有新型黄酮类物质,其主要成分为水飞蓟宾SILYMARIN。药理实验证明,水飞蓟宾等有保护肝细胞膜,改善肝功能的作用,能预防多种肝脏毒物所致的肝损伤。
溪黄草:味甘、性寒,功用主治清热利湿,凉血散瘀。治急性肝炎,急性胆囊炎,痢疾,肠炎,癃闭,跌打瘀肿。
川续断:味苦,辛,性微温;归肝,肾经。补肝肾;强筋骨;调血脉;止崩漏。《本经》记载:川续断主伤寒,补不足,金疮,痈疡,折跌,续筋骨,妇人乳难,久服益气力。《别录》记载:主崩中漏血,金疮血内漏,止痛,生肌肉,踠伤,恶血,腰痛,关节缓急。《药性论》记载:主绝伤,去诸温毒,能宣通经脉。《日华子本草》记载:助气,调血脉,补五劳七伤,破症结瘀血,消肿毒,肠风,痔瘘,乳痈,瘰疬,扑损,妇人产前后一切病,面黄虚肿,缩小便,止泄精,尿血,胎漏,子宫冷。《滇南本草》记载:补肝,强筋骨,定经络,止经中(筋骨)酸痛,安胎,治妇人白带,生新血,破瘀血,落死胎,止咳嗽咳血,治赤白便浊。《滇南本草图说》记载:治一切无名肿毒,杨梅,天泡诸疮。《本草汇言》记载:续断,补续血脉之药也。大抵所断之血脉非此不续,所伤之筋骨非此不养,所滞之关节非此不利,所损之胎孕非此不安,久服常服,能益气力,有补伤生血之效,补而不滞,行而不泄,故女科、外科取用恒多也。
郁金香:性味苦、辛、平。功能主治:化湿辟秽、主脾胃湿浊、胸脘满闷、呕逆腹痛、口臭苔腻。
麦冬:味甘、微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经。功能与主治:养阴生津,润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳,阴虚痨嗽,喉痹咽痛,津伤口渴,内热消渴,心烦失眠,肠燥便秘。《名医别录》记载:疗身重目黄,心下支满,虚劳客热,口干烦渴,止呕吐,愈痿蹶,强阴益精,消谷调中,保神,定肺气,安五脏,令人肥健。《本草新编》记载:麦门冬,泻肺中之伏火,清胃中之热邪,补心气之劳伤,止血家之呕吐,益精强阴,解烦止渴,美颜色,悦肌肤,退虚热,解肺燥,定咳嗽,真可持之为君而又可借之为臣使也。但世人未知麦冬之妙用,往往少用之而不能成功为可惜也。不知麦冬必须多用,力量始大,盖火伏于肺中,烁干内液,不用麦冬之多,则火不能制矣;热炽于胃中,熬尽其阴,不用麦冬之多,则火不能息矣。更有膀胱之火,上逆于心胸,小便点滴不能出,人以为小便火闭,由于膀胱之热也,用通水之药不效,用降火之剂不效,此又何用乎?盖膀胱之气,必得上焦清肃之令行,而火乃下降,而水乃下通。夫上焦清肃之令禀于肺也,肺气热,则肺清肃之令不行,而膀胱火闭,水亦闭矣。故欲通膀胱者,必须清肺金之气,清肺之药甚多,皆有损无益,终不若麦冬清中有补,能泻膀胱之火,而又不损膀胱之气,然而少用之,亦不能成功,盖麦冬气味平寒,必多用之而始有济也。
淮山:味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。功能与主治:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。 用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。《本草求真》:“入滋阴药中宜生用,入补脾肺药宜炒黄用。”“本属食物,气虽温而却平,为补脾肺之阴。是以能润皮毛,长肌肉,味甘兼咸,又能益肾强阴。”补中益气:铁棍山药因富含18种氨基酸和10余种微量元素,及其它矿物质,所以有健脾胃、补肺肾、补中益气、健脾补虚,固肾益精、益心安神等作用,李时珍《本草纲目》中有“健脾补益、滋精固肾、治诸百病,疗五劳七伤”之说。消渴生津:该山药有消渴生之功效:中医治疗虚劳消渴(糖尿病)处方中常有山药单味使用,或与其它药物合用,效果更佳。保健:由于鲜山药富含多种维生素、氨基酸和矿物质,可以防治人体脂质代谢异常,以及动脉硬化,对维护胰岛素正常功能也有一定作用,有增强人体免疫力,益心安神,宁咳定喘,延缓衰老等保健作用。养颜:元代脾胃专家李杲说:“治皮肤干燥以此物润之。”李时珍写到:“山药能润皮毛。”山药对滋养皮肤,健美养颜有独特疗效。铁棍山药特殊药理功能:山药中的铜离子与结缔组织对人体发育有极大帮助,对血管系统疾病有明显疗效,铁棍山药中的钙,对伤筋损骨、骨质疏松,牙齿脱落有极高的疗效,对冻疮、糖尿 病、肝炎、小儿泻泄、遗尿症、婴儿消化不良、溃疡性口腔炎、肺结核、妇女月经带下等患者也有很好的疗效,久用可耳聪目明,延年益寿。控制进食欲望:山药中富含大量蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素等;其中重要的营养成分薯蓣皂是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,滋阴补阳、增强新陈代谢的功效;而新鲜块茎中含有的多糖蛋白成分的粘液质、消化酵素等,可预防心血管脂肪沉积,有助于胃肠的消化和吸收。
熟地:味甘,微温。归肝、肾经。 功效:补血养阴,填精益髓。《纲目》:“填骨髓,长肌肉,生精血。补五脏内伤不足,通血脉,利耳目,黑须发,男子五劳七伤,女子伤中胞漏,经候不调,胎产百病。”《本草从新》记载:“滋肾水,封填骨髓,利血脉,补益真阴,聪耳明目,黑发乌须。又能补脾阴,止久泻。治劳伤风痹,阴亏发热,干咳痰嗽,气短喘促,胃中空虚觉馁,痘证心虚无脓,病后胫股酸痛,产后脐腹急疼,感证阴亏,无汗便秘,诸种动血,一切肝肾阴亏,虚损百病,为壮水之主药。”药理作用:对骨髓造血系统的影响:熟地黄水煎剂给失血性贫血小鼠灌服每只0.5g,每日1次,连续10日,可促进贫血动物红细胞、血红蛋白的恢复,加快多能造血干细胞(CFU-S)、骨髓红系造血祖细胞(CFU-E)的增殖、分化作用。对血液凝固的影响:熟地黄能显著抑制肝脏出血性坏死灶及单纯性坏死。对高脂食物引起的高脂血症,脂肪肝及大鼠内毒素引起的肝静脉出血症,均有抑制血栓形成的作用。认为对纤溶酶原的激活作用,是抗血栓形成的作用机制。对免疫系统的影响:熟地黄醇提取物给小鼠灌服,对受角叉菜胶抑制的巨噬细胞功能有明显的保护作用;对抗体形成细胞有抑制作用。对心血管系统的影响:酒熟地黄及蒸熟地黄都有显著的降压作用,收缩压和舒张压均显著下降。用三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)给予大鼠造成阴虚模型并给予熟地黄水煎剂3ml(70%浓度)灌胃,共6日,对甲亢型阴虚大鼠的体重改变,24小时饮水量及尿量、血浆T3、甲状腺素(T4)及醛固酮(AD)浓度有显著改善,即T3浓度降低,T4浓度升高,并趋于正常,说明熟地黄不仅能改善阴虚症状,并能调节异常的甲状腺激素状态。
黄芪:以补虚为主,能补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气血不足、疮疡内陷、脓成不溃或久溃不敛者。黄芪具有很好的托毒生肌的功能,即久不愈合的脓肿化脓生肌。现代医学研究表明,黄芪内含而多种抗菌有效成分,而且能增强机体的免疫功能,因此还能用于预防某些传染病的发生。《本草逢原》载:“黄芪能补五脏诸虚 ,治脉弦自汗,泻阴火,去肺热,无汗则发,有汗则止。”是增进抵抗力和防御疾病的良药。
党参:性平,味甘、微酸。归脾、肺经。补中益气,健脾益肺。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴。《本草正义》载:党参力能补脾养胃,润肺生津,腱运中气,本与人参不甚相远。其尤可贵者,则健脾运而不燥,滋胃阴而不湿,润肺而不犯寒凉,养血而不偏滋腻,鼓舞清阳,振动中气,而无刚燥之弊。黄芪补气、既能升补脾气,又能益肺固表。党参补气,只能健脾补气,无固表之力,但党参还能益气生津,黄芪则无生津之效,黄芪兼能利水,党参无利水作用。这两味药合用最能补中益气,提高抵抗力。
三七:性温、味甘、微苦、无毒、归肝、胃经。功能:止血;散血;定痛。主治:跌扑瘀肿,胸痹绞痛,症瘕;血瘀经闭;痛经;产后瘀阴腹痛;疮痈肿痛。保健主治:扩张血管、降低血压,改善微循环,增加血流量,预防和治疗心脑组织缺血、缺氧症;促进蛋白质、核糖核酸(RNA)、脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)合成,强身健体;促进血液细胞新陈代谢,平衡调节血液细胞;双向调节中枢神经,提高脑力,增强学习和记忆能力;增强机体免疫功能,抗肿瘤;止血、活血化瘀;保肝、抗炎;延缓衰老;双向调节血糖、降低血脂、胆固醇、抑制动脉硬化。此外,三七具有抗肝损伤作用,PNS(三七皂苷)可显著降低CCl4肝损伤小鼠血清ALT活性。甲醇提取物对CCl4、D一半乳糖胺引起的大鼠肝损伤,能显著降低大鼠血清中AST及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,使肝细胞变性坏死减轻。三七也具有抗肝纤维化作用,对二甲基亚硝胺中毒大鼠肝损伤,以三七粉治疗4周,使肝细胞变性坏死减轻,肝细胞间胶原纤维减少。对CCl4中毒肝纤维化大鼠,在给CCl4造型的同时,口服三七粉进行防治9周,可减轻肝脏脂肪变性、炎症细胞浸润、肝细胞变性坏死。减少成纤维细胞和胶原的增生。三七具有一定的利胆作用,三七注射液对a-异硫氰酸萘酯引起的家兔肝内阻塞性黄疸具有显著降低 血清胆红素,促进胆汁分泌作用。三七促进肝脏蛋白质合成,增加3H-TdR对受损肝脏DNA的掺入速率,增加3H-亮氨酸对肝脏蛋白质的掺入速率。
洋甘菊:味微苦、甘香,明目、退肝火,治疗失眠,降低血压,可增强活力、提神。增强记忆力、降低胆固醇。 祛痰止咳,可有效缓解支气管炎及气喘,可舒缓头痛、偏头痛或感冒引起的肌肉痛,对中和胃酸、舒缓神经有帮助。可消除感冒所引起的肌肉痠痛,能镇定精神、纾缓情绪,提升睡眠质量,还可改善过敏的皮肤。有帮助睡眠、润泽肌肤、可治长期便秘、能消除紧张、眼睛疲劳、润肺、养生,并可治疗焦虑和紧张造成的消化不良,且对失眠、神经痛及月经痛、肠胃炎都有所助益、减轻头痛。
罗勒:味辛,性温。功效主治:主要是调理中焦脾胃,消化食物。有去除恶气,消除水气的作用,适宜生吃。治疗牙齿,牙根烂疮的方法是:把罗勒烧成灰饮用,治疗效果极为好。患呕吐病的人,可取罗勒汁服用半碗或老十一、十二月用罗勒晒干品煮汁服用。将它的根烧成灰,敷在小儿黄烂疮上,能治愈。罗勒还有治疗各种传染病和排出体内毒物蓄积的功效。
穿心莲:味苦,性寒。归心、肺、大肠、膀胱经。 功效主治:感冒发热,咽喉肿痛,口舌生疮,顿咳劳嗽,泄泻痢疾,热淋涩痛,痈肿疮疡,毒蛇咬伤。清热解毒,凉血消肿。治急性菌痢,胃肠炎,感冒,流脑,气管炎,肺炎,百日咳,肺结核,肺脓疡,胆囊炎,高血压,鼻衄,口咽肿痛,疮疖痈肿,水火烫伤,毒蛇咬伤。
绿豆:味甘,性寒,无毒。具有清热;消暑;利水;解毒的功效。绿豆的药理作用为降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强食欲、保肝护肾。
射干:味苦,性寒,归肺、肝经,具有清热解毒,清痰利咽的作用,用于热毒痰火郁结,咽喉肿痛,痰涎壅盛,咳嗽气喘等证,射干常用来治疗呼吸道的疾病,在抗病毒性呼吸道疾病的复方中常作为主药。射干中的异黄酮类和三萜类物质为其主要的抗病毒成分。目前射干中异黄酮类物质已报道的有30 多种化合物。异黄酮类成分具有抗炎、清除自由基、抗菌、抗病毒和抗氧化等作用所致的肺炎的发生发展,减轻炎症,并且对疱疹病毒Ⅰ所致细胞病变有延迟作用。据相关报道,射干中的三萜皂甙类成分具有增强机体细胞免疫、促进抗体和补体的生成,调节细胞因子等作用。
桃仁:苦、甘,平。归心、肝、大肠经。功能主治:活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。用于经闭,痛经,癓瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘。
女贞子:味甘、苦,性凉。能补养肝肾,明目。含齐墩果酸、甘露醇、葡萄糖、棕榈酸、甘油酸。有增强免疫功能,升高外周白细胞,增强网状内皮系统吞噬能力,增强细胞免疫和体液免疫的作用;有强心、利尿及保肝、止咳、缓泻、抗菌、抗癌等作用。用途:用于肝肾阴虚,腰酸耳鸣,须发早白;眼目昏暗,视物昏暗;阴虚发热。女贞子,味甘苦、性凉,归肝肾经,具有滋补肝肾、益阴养血之功。现代医学研究证明,女贞子内含熊果酸、甘露醇、葡萄糖、脂肪油等,有强心、利尿和保肝作用,能使因化疗引起的白细胞下降数量升高,并对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有抑制作用。
山楂:味酸、甘,性微温,入脾、胃、肝经,用于消食健胃,行气散瘀,主要用来治疗食积不化,泄泻,痢疾,山楂为治疗消化不良之常用品,山楂能增加胃消化酶的分泌,促进消化;对痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等具有明显的抑制作用。
神曲:味甘、辛,性温,入脾,胃经,有消食健脾、化痰、化瘀止痛等作用。主要用于食滞不化,脘腹胀满,食少腹泻等症状,对脾运失健所致之痰症,以及血瘀疼痛有一定疗效。
本发明的中药组合物组方中,蒲公英、水飞蓟、三七、穿心莲、绿豆具有保护肝细胞膜,改善肝功能的作用,能预防多种肝脏毒物所致的肝损伤,并具有利胆的功效;麦冬、淮山、熟地具有补血养阴、补脾养胃、生津益肺的功效;黄芪、洋甘菊、罗勒对肝脏解毒具有辅助作用;党参、枸杞子、山楂具有保肝敛肝之效;溪黄草、川续断、女贞子具有清热利湿、补益肝肾;射干、桃仁具有清热解毒、降肝火的功效;郁金香、山楂和神曲具有增加肠胃蠕动,以防脘腹胀满,食少,痢疾,具有理气,和胃,健脾的作用;各种药互相配合,起到保肝护肝、补脾养胃的作用。
实施例1本发明中草药添加剂的毒性试验
将15g蒲公英、15 g枸杞子、20 g水飞蓟、15 g溪黄草、20 g川续断、20 g郁金香、20 g麦冬、20 g淮山、20 g熟地、20 g黄芪、20 g党参、20 g三七、20 g洋甘菊、20 g罗勒、20 g穿心莲、20 g绿豆、20 g射干、20 g桃仁、20 g女贞子、10 g山楂和8 g神曲混合,粉碎成粉末;将获得粉末加入1200g冷水中浸泡36小时,以文火煎煮,煎煮时间为1小时,将煎煮液过滤,获得第一滤液;将过滤获得的滤渣再次加入1200g冷水中,以文火煎煮2小时,过滤获得第二滤液;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩除去部分水,获得汤剂,所述汤剂的生药浓度为3g/ml。
选用SD大鼠,给予不同浓度(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)的本发明的中药制剂口服液,每天灌胃一次,连续90天,末次给药后24小时各组活杀1/2动物(雌雄各半),其余1/2动物继续观察2周后活杀。试验期间观察动物的外观、一般行为、摄食量、体重变化,给药后90天和停药2周进行血液学(RBC、 HB、网织红细胞、PLT、CT、WBC及分类)和血液生化(AST、ALT、ALP、 Glu、BUN、Crca、TP、T.BIL、ALB、CHOL)、尿液生化、脏器系数、病理 组织学等指标检查。试验结果表明:本发明的中药制剂在高、中、低剂量组动物一般状态良好,外观体征、行为活动、进食量和体重增长均无异常变化; 三个剂量组及对照组血液学检查、血液生化学、尿液生化检查均在正常范围, 组间无显著差异;各组主要脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。上述指标停 药2周后也未见改变。本试验用药剂量分别为临床用药剂量的180、60、20倍,根据试验结果本发明的中药制剂在高、中、低三个剂量(18.0、6.0、2.0g 生药/kg)连续90天给药对大鼠无明显影响,无明确的毒性靶器官和敏感指标,恢复期观察也未见延迟性毒性反应,提示本发明的中药制剂临床应用的剂量安全性较高。
实施例2 饲料1
本实施例提供了一种鲤鱼饲料,包括面粉10.6%、DDGS 9%、玉米胚芽饼12.8%、大豆粕26.2%、棉籽粕12.5%、双底菜粕15%、鱼粉8%、豆油2.1%、磷酸二氢钙2.0%、氯化胆碱0.3%、维生素预混料0.1%、矿物质预混料0.2%、微生态制剂0.1%和中草药添加剂1.1%。
其中,微生态制剂为乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和沼泽红假单胞菌的复合微生态制剂。
中草药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比为:蒲公英8重量份、枸杞子12重量份、水飞蓟16重量份、溪黄草11重量份、川续断16重量份、郁金香12重量份、麦冬15重量份、淮山15重量份、熟地12重量份、黄芪12重量份、党参12重量份、三七10重量份、洋甘菊16重量份、罗勒18重量份、穿心莲15重量份、绿豆10重量份、射干12重量份、桃仁12重量份、女贞子12重量份、山楂6重量份和神曲4重量份。
中草药添加剂的制备方法为:将所述原料药按配比混合,切碎,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在室温下,与90度以上乙醇一起渍18天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;将所述滤液加热浓缩至糊状,放入烘箱内烘干,冷却后与研磨成细粉状,即得粉剂。
本实施例中鲤鱼饲料的制备方法为:
第一步,按重量份数比称取所有原料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为60-150目,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合的均匀度≤5%;
第二步,混合均匀后倒入置于圆盘造粒机内进行造粒,圆盘造粒机的造粒盘倾斜角度为45°,圆盘造粒机的转速为45转/分钟,制备时间为20分钟,制备成直径为 1毫米的球状颗粒饲料;
第三步,将第二步获得的球状颗粒饲料,摊放于具有多层移动式不锈钢网带的网带式干燥机上,加温干燥12分钟,加温进口风温度为130℃,出口风温度为60℃,获得干燥的饲料颗粒。
实施例3 饲料2
本发明实施例提供了一种鲤鱼饲料,包括面粉14.5%、DDGS 5%、玉米胚芽饼8.2%、大豆粕27%、棉籽粕16%、双底菜粕17%、鱼粉2.5%、豆油3.4%、磷酸二氢钙1.04%、氯化胆碱0.4%、维生素预混料1.1%、矿物质预混料1.8%、微生态制剂0.06%和中草药添加剂2%。
其中,微生态制剂为乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和沼泽红假单胞菌的复合微生态制剂。
中草药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比为:蒲公英10重量份、枸杞子10重量份、水飞蓟15重量份、溪黄草12重量份、川续断12重量份、郁金香15重量份、麦冬13重量份、淮山18重量份、熟地16重量份、黄芪14重量份、党参16重量份、三七16重量份、洋甘菊12重量份、罗勒14重量份、穿心莲12重量份、绿豆15重量份、射干16重量份、桃仁15重量份、女贞子15重量份、山楂8重量份、神曲6重量份。
中草药添加剂的制备方法为:将所述原料药按配比混合,粉碎成粉末,将粉末加入冷水中浸泡18小时-30小时,冷水的质量是所述粉末质量的3-4倍,以文火煎煮,煎煮时间为40分钟-1.5小时,将煎煮液过滤,获得第一滤液和第一滤渣;将第一滤渣再次加入冷水中,以文火煎煮3次,每次煎煮1.5小时,过滤并合并过滤液,获得第二滤液;合并第一滤液和第二滤液,减压浓缩除去部分水,得到煎剂。
本实施例中鲤鱼饲料的制备方法为:
第一步,按重量份数比称取所有原料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为60-150目,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合的均匀度≤5%;
第二步,混合均匀后倒入置于圆盘造粒机内进行造粒,圆盘造粒机的造粒盘倾斜角度为55°,圆盘造粒机的转速为45转/分钟,制备时间为20分钟,制备成直径为 1毫米的球状颗粒饲料;
第三步,将第二步获得的球状颗粒饲料,摊放于具有多层移动式不锈钢网带的网带式干燥机上,加温干燥12分钟,加温进口风温度为130℃,出口风温度为60℃,获得干燥的饲料颗粒。
对比实验
试验在六和集团技术部平度研发中心循环水系统中进行。实验选取600尾体型均匀、体色正常、活力良好且平均体重28g左右的鲤鱼鱼种作为实验对象,选取20只直径1.2m×高1m的圆柱形水缸作为养殖容器,每只水缸内随机放养30尾鲤鱼,每5只水缸作为一组,共4组:实验组1、实验组2、实验组3和对照组。
实验周期分两个阶段,第一阶段60天,第二阶段60天。其中,实验组1、实验组2和实验组4在第一阶段和第二阶段始终分别喂养实施例2的饲料1、实施例3的饲料2和传统鲤鱼饲料;实验组3在第一阶段喂养传统饲料,在第二阶段喂养实施例2的饲料1。分别统计第一阶段和第二阶段每组的成活率、增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数,结果如表1和表2所示;在整个实验结束后,测量各组鲤鱼的形体指标,结果如表3所示。
其中,养殖用水为地下水,未经曝气即通过沙滤罐进入循环水养殖系统,每天反冲沙滤灌两次,早晚投喂后各一次,每天清理粪便一次。试验期间,养殖水体溶解氧为5mg/L以上,氨氮含量小于0.3mg/L。养殖期间水温17-14℃。每日投料4次,即8:00、11:00、14:00、17:00各投1次。
其中,鲤鱼测定的各项生长指标为:
增重率(%)=(鱼体末重-鱼体初重)/鱼体初重×100;
饲料系数(%)=投饲量/增重量;
成活率(%)=成活尾数/总尾数×100;
鲤鱼测定的各项形体及内脏指标:
肥满度K=鱼体重(g)/鱼体长(cm);
体高/体长比(%)=体长(cm)/体高(cm);
脏体比(%)=内脏总重(g)/体重(g)×100;
肝体比(%)=肝脏重量(g)/体重(g)×100;
肠体比(%)=肠重(g)/体重(g)×100。
试验所得数据以平均值±标准差(n=5)表示,试验数据用SPSS 16.0软件进行单因子方差(ANOVA)分析,并进行Duncan's 多重比较分析试验数据的差异显著性,P<0.05为差异显著。

由表1的数据可知:在第一阶段,与对照组相比,实验组1和实验组2鲤鱼的成活率、增重率、特定生长率均高出3%左右、11%左右和0.08%/d左右,实验组1和实验组2的饲料系数低于对照组;实验组3和对照组鲤鱼生长性能各项指标相差不大。

由表2的数据可知:在第二阶段,与对照组相比,实验组1和实验组2鲤鱼的成活率、增重率、特定生长率均高出12.3%左右、3.9%左右和0.04%/d左右。其饲料系数低于对照组;实验组3与实验组1和实验组2相比存在差距,但与对照组相比,实验组3鲤鱼的成活率、增重率、特定生长率均高出6.7%左右、2.8%左右和0.02%/d左右,其饲料系数低于对照组。

注:数据右上方标示相同字母表示Duncan多重比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。
由表3的数据可知:在整个养殖阶段,实验组1-3和对照组鲤鱼的肥满度、提高/体长、脏体比、肝体比和肠体比无显著差异,各实验组鲤鱼的体形正常并表现良好。
通过对比实验可知,本发明实施例2的饲料1和实施例3的饲料2配比的鲤鱼饲料喂养的鲤鱼,其成活率、增重率和特定生长率明显高于对照组,而在第二阶段开始饲喂饲料1后,实验组3鲤鱼的成活率、增重率和特定生长率与对照组相比又有明显提高,这表明,本发明含有中草药添加剂的饲料具有保肝护肝的作用,提高了鲤鱼的各项生产指标。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种鲤鱼饲料, 其特征在于,所述饲料中各原料的重量百分比为:面粉8-15%、DDGS 5-15%、玉米胚芽饼7-16%、大豆粕22-30%、棉籽粕10-18%、双低菜粕12-20%、鱼粉2-15%、豆油1-5%、磷酸二氢钙1-3%、氯化胆碱0.1-0.5%、维生素预混料0.05-1.8%、矿物质预混料0.05-2.5%、微生态制剂0.05-0.1%和中草药添加剂0.5-5.0%;
所述中草药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数为:蒲公英5-15重量份、枸杞子8-15重量份、水飞蓟10-20重量份、溪黄草10-15重量份、川续断10-20重量份、郁金香10-20重量份、麦冬10-20重量份、淮山10-20重量份、熟地10-20重量份、黄芪10-20重量份、党参10-20重量份、三七10-20重量份、洋甘菊10-20重量份、罗勒10-20重量份、穿心莲10-20重量份、绿豆10-20重量份、射干10-20重量份、桃仁10-20重量份、女贞子10-20重量份、山楂5-10重量份和神曲2-8重量份;
所述微生态制剂为乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和沼泽红假单胞菌中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料中各原料的重量百分比为:面粉10.6%、DDGS 9%、玉米胚芽饼12.8%、大豆粕26.2%、棉籽粕12.5%、双低菜粕15%、鱼粉8%、豆油2.1%、磷酸二氢钙2.0%、氯化胆碱0.3%、维生素预混料0.1%、矿物质预混料0.2%、微生态制剂0.1%和中草药添加剂1.1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂中各种原料药的重量份数为:蒲公英8重量份、枸杞子12重量份、水飞蓟16重量份、溪黄草11重量份、川续断16重量份、郁金香12重量份、麦冬15重量份、淮山15重量份、熟地12重量份、黄芪12重量份、党参12重量份、三七10重量份、洋甘菊16重量份、罗勒18重量份、穿心莲15重量份、绿豆10重量份、射干12重量份、桃仁12重量份、女贞子12重量份、山楂6重量份和神曲4重量份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂的剂型为:颗粒剂、汤剂或粉剂;其使用方法为:将所述中草药添加剂加工成粉剂、颗粒剂或汤剂后,与其他饲料原料或粉碎后的其他饲料原料混合均匀,喂食或制粒后喂食。
5.根据权利要求4所述的鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂为汤剂,其制备方法为:将所述原料药按配比混合,粉碎成粉末,将粉末加入冷水中浸泡18小时-30小时,冷水的质量是所述粉末质量的3-4倍,以文火煎煮,煎煮时间为40分钟-1.5小时,将煎煮液过滤,获得第一滤液和第一滤渣;将第一滤渣再次加入冷水中,以文火煎煮3次,每次煎煮1.5小时,过滤并合并过滤液,获得第二滤液;合并第一滤液和第二滤液,减压浓缩除去部分水,得到煎剂,煎剂的生药浓度优选为1g/ml~3g/ml。
6.根据权利要求4所述的鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂为粉剂,其制备方法为:将所述原料药按配比混合,切碎,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在室温下,与90度以上的乙醇一起浸渍15-22天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;将所述滤液加热浓缩至糊状,放入烘箱内烘干,冷却后与研磨成细粉状,即得粉剂。
7.根据权利要求4所述的鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料的制备方法为:
第一步,按重量份数称取所有原料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为60-150目,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合的均匀度≤5%;
第二步,混合均匀后倒入置于圆盘造粒机内进行造粒,圆盘造粒机的造粒盘倾斜角度为40-60°,圆盘造粒机的转速为45转/分钟,制备时间为20分钟,制备成直径为 1毫米的球状颗粒饲料;
第三步,将第二步获得的球状颗粒饲料,摊放于具有多层移动式不锈钢网带的网带式干燥机上,加温干燥12分钟,加温进口风温度为130℃,出口风温度为60℃,获得干燥的饲料颗粒。
