本发明涉及一种用动物、植物作为原料生产的饲料,特别涉及一种低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前色氨酸在肉杂鸡日粮中的添加量主要有以下几方面:1、色氨酸含量不足。随着工业合成赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的大量添加,色氨酸的营养限制性地位日益突出。色氨酸缺乏可导致动物生长迟滞、采食量低下、抗逆力差,被毛粗乱等。Cortamira等(1991)报道,色氨酸缺乏还可导致胰岛素分泌降低,并引起蛋白质合成下降。研究表明,色氨酸不足将会引起猪采食量的降低。Burgoon(1992)在10~20 kg仔猪上研究表明,采食低色氨酸(0.13%)组仔猪的采食量比0.205%色氨酸组低40%。 2、色氨酸含量过剩。色氨酸不仅参与体蛋白的合成,而且还是一种具有代谢活性的氨基酸。它是5-羟色胺(5-HT)、褪黑激素、色胺、NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸)、 NADP、烟酸等的前体物。Henry(1992,1995,1996)认为色氨酸可能通过神经递质(5-羟色胺、多胺)作用调节猪的采食量。超过生理剂量的5-HT会抑制采食,这可能是过量Trp对采食量没有额外好处的原因。Baker(1996)研究证实了上述结论。在Lys充足而 Trp缺乏的玉米—豆粕型日粮中补加Trp,ADG、G:F随着Trp增加线性增加,但在二者都充足的时候补加Trp,ADG(平均日增重)、FI线性下降。
如何保持色氨酸在一个合理的水平,即能最大限度的发挥杂交鸡的生产性能,又能节约资源,降低生产成本,则是本发明所面临的问题。然后添加安全无公害的生长促进剂,如中草药饲料添加剂、酶制剂、微生态制剂等,才能发挥蛋鸡最佳生长潜能,提高产蛋率,达到优良生长效果,取得良好经济效益。向饲料中加入促生长性能,特别是提高产蛋率,改善饲料转化率的饲料添加剂是养殖业研究的关键技术,中草药为土体的饲料添加剂遵循传统中医学理论和现代动物营养学原理,具有与食物同源、同体、同用的特点,兼有营养与药物的双重作用,其免疫活性物质能增强机体免疫机能、提高动物抗应激、抗疾病能力、改善动物生产性能,同时还有毒副作用小、无耐药性、不易残留等优点。实践证明,中草药饲料添加剂应用于蛋鸡生产中能有效提高产蛋率,改善蛋品质,其生态效益、经济效益和社会效益值得深入研究。
自欧盟1998年下令禁止饲料中低剂量添加维吉尼亚霉素(速大肥)、磷酸盐泰乐菌素、螺旋霉素和杆菌肽锌等4种抗生素作为动物生长促进剂以来,效美素、盐霉素、莫能菌素和黄霉素等已成了动物饲料中添加使用较多的4种抗菌促生长药物添加剂。其中效美素因其化学结构独特、无药物残留、无需停药期和作用效果显著等特点,在国外已得到了广泛认可,预计在我国也将逐渐得到使用。效美素(Maxus),是由美国礼来公司研制开发的新型肠道代谢调节剂,有效成分为阿维拉霉素(Avilamycin),国内亦曾有译为"卑霉素"。它结构特殊,属于Orthromycin,目前,人兽用药物中仅阿维拉霉素属于该类抗生素.效美素经由肠道不吸收,同时不干扰肠道正常菌群的生长,可有效提高畜禽的生长性能及其抗病能力,提高畜禽日增重和饲料报酬率,预防由于气荚膜梭菌引起的肉鸡坏死性肠炎,提高垫料品质,多年的使用经验证明,不同季节、品种、日粮组成、饲养条件下,效美素的使用效果十分显著且一致。目前在欧盟,日本,巴西,泰国等世界主要[1]养殖业国家,效美素均被广泛应用于畜禽饲料中,效果显著

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供了一种配方简单、制作工艺简便的低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料,能达到理想的饲养效果,且安全,使用方便,出栏率高,能创造了较好的社会价值及经济利益。
本发明将色氨酸控制在一个合理的水平,即能最大限度的发挥杂交鸡的生产性能,又能节约资源,降低生产成本。提供一种兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既可防病,又可提高生产性能;不但能直接杀菌抑菌,而且能调节机体的免疫机能,具有非特异抗菌作用的饲料添加剂;摒弃化学药品对鸡的伤害,间接影响食品安全的副作用,采用全新的中药饲料添加剂,它能有效改善动物生产性能,同时毒副作用小、无耐药性、不易残留等优点;能有效提高产蛋率,改善蛋品质。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料,所述饲料包括以下组份中的一种或多种:色氨酸、石粉、效美素、麸皮,碎玉米,鱼粉,稻糠和中药添加剂。
本发明中,低色氨酸是指:饲料中总色氨酸含量低于0.3%,可消化色氨酸低于0.2%;高色氨酸是指:饲料中总色氨酸含量高于3%,可消化色氨酸高于1.5%。
所述饲料组份重量份数比可以为:色氨酸0.01~0.1份,石粉5~10份,效美素1~3份,麸皮30~40份,碎玉米10~15份,鱼粉10~15份,稻糠5~10份,中药添加剂1~3份。
所述石粉是目前饲料中常用的一种矿物质原料,由优质石灰石直接粉碎得来,其碳酸钙含量在95%以上,钙含量在38%以上。
所述中药添加剂的原料药可以进一步包括:川芎、黄芪、陈皮、山楂、黄芩、麦饭石、大青叶、姜黄、枸杞、菟丝子、白术、白花蛇舌草、当归、丹参和白芍。
所述中药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比可以为:川芎10~20重量份、黄芪10~20重量份、陈皮10~20重量份、山楂10~20重量份、黄芩10~20重量份、麦饭石10~20重量份、大青叶10~20重量份、姜黄10~20重量份、枸杞10~20重量份、菟丝子10~20重量份、白术10~20重量份、白花蛇舌草10~20重量份、当归10~20重量份、丹参10~20重量份和白芍10~20重量份。
所述效美素是促生长剂,由美国礼来公司生产,商品名,主要成分是阿美拉霉素。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种如前述任一项所述低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料的制备方法,所述制备方法的步骤为:
a.先将原料药粉碎过筛制成中药添加剂;
b.再将所述饲料组份中石粉、麸皮,碎玉米,鱼粉,稻糠按配比混合制成基础饲料;
c.然后在基础饲料中加入配比好的中药添加剂、色氨酸和效美素。
在步骤a中,黄芪、陈皮、山楂、黄芩、麦饭石、大青叶、姜黄、枸杞、菟丝子、白术、白花蛇舌草、当归、丹参和白芍混合研磨成100~200目细粉,制备成所述中药添加剂,原料药的粉碎粒度为3~5mm,使其细粉量在达到中药添加剂总料的 92%以上。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料中使用的中药添加剂,所述中药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比为:川芎10~20重量份、黄芪10~20重量份、陈皮10~20重量份、山楂10~20重量份、黄芩10~20重量份、麦饭石10~20重量份、大青叶10~20重量份、姜黄10~20重量份、枸杞10~20重量份、菟丝子10~20重量份、白术10~20重量份、白花蛇舌草10~20重量份、当归10~20重量份、丹参10~20重量份和白芍10~20重量份。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供了一种如前述低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料中使用的中药添加剂的制备方法,所述中药添加剂的剂型为散剂,制备方法包括:将所述原料药按配比混合,投入粉碎机粉碎成细粉,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在常温下,与酒精一起渍15~30天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;静置然后去上清液,留下的液体放入烘箱烘干,制成细粉;在烘箱干燥的温度为105℃,干燥时间15-25min。
本发明有益技术效果在于:具体的来说通过优化饲料原料结构使得色氨酸含量满足杂交鸡正常需要,在满足杂交鸡色氨酸需求量的同时,又把色氨酸的浪费降到最低,同时能够正向影响生长性能。大大提高鸡的成活率;加速蛋鸡的生长;摒弃化学药品对鸡的伤害,间接影响食品安全的副作用,采用全新的中药饲料添加剂,它能有效改善动物生产性能,同时毒副作用小、无耐药性、不易残留等优点;能有效提高产蛋率,改善蛋品质,达到绿色食品纯天然的要求,能获得良好的经济效益。本发明杂交鸡饲料进行了科学配伍,能达到理想的饲养效果,且安全,使用方便,出栏率高,能创造了较好的社会价值及经济利益。

我国地域辽阔中草药资源分丰富,在发展中草药添加剂方面有巨大的潜力,大量生产实践和科学研究也证实了中草药具有许多营养成分和生物活性物质,如生物碱、多糖、挥发油、靴质、有机酸等,兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既可防病,又可提高生产性能;不但能直接杀菌抑菌,而且能调节机体的免疫机能,具有非特异抗菌作用。因此摒弃化学类添加剂,使用安全放心的饲料添加剂,使食品达到安全美味的效果是我们一贯的追求;更重要的是,中草药添加剂独特的优点是具有纯天然性,来自自然界动物、植物和矿物质,并保持了其自然结构和活性,长期使用而无药物残留、无抗药性和无毒副作用,是良好的绿色药物添加剂,也迎合了广大消费者和家禽养殖者对绿色无公害无药残的家禽产品的追求,所以用中草药做饲料添加剂在家禽生产中显得更有意义;但是,针对其在家禽业上的应用,大多停留在饲养试验上,实验室分析报道较少,对其保健机理从理论上推断较多,目前国内外的研究主要集中在其提高家禽的生产性能和饲料转化率、提高机体免疫力方面的研究。
中草药饲料添加剂,是指以我国对大然中草药的物性(阴、阳、寒、冻、温、热)、物味(酸、甘、苦、辣、咸)和物质关系的传统理论为主导、并以饲养和饲料业等学科理论及技术为依托,所研制的单一和复合型的中草药添加剂或混合剂。我国研究中草药有悠久的历史,两千多年前,西汉时代刘安所撰的《淮南子·万毕术》中的“麻盐肥豚法”,是关于中草药添加于饲料中的最早文字记载。东汉时代中草药专著《神农本草经》载有:“梓叶饲猪肥大二倍”“桐花饲猪肥人二倍”等。南北朝时代的贾思舰所撰《齐民要术》载:“取麦孽末三升,和谷饲马’,治马中谷证。明代李时珍在《本草纲日》上载有大量有关知识,如“谷精草,可喂马令肥”、“钩藤,入数寸于小麦中,蒸熟,喂马易肥”、“郁金,马用之,活血而补”等等。自20世纪70年代末以来,我国专家、学者开始注意到中草药作为饲料添加剂的广阔前景,对此开展了较为深入的研究和应用,并出现了一批专门以研发中草药药物和添加剂为土的兽药厂家。大量试验表明中草药饲料添加剂能够促进动物生长发育,提高生产性能,改善畜产品品质。怖音(1993)等在蛋鸡日粮中添加小茴香,结果发现蛋黄颜色、鸡肉风味均有明显改善。更加强了我们研制中药添加剂的决心。中草药的有效成分土要有生物碱、成类、挥发油、裸类、树脂类、有机酸、糖类、蛋自质、多肤和氨基酸,以及油脂、蜡、植物色素等。有效物质被动物机体吸收后参与动物体内的微循环,改善细胞的化学环境和物理环境,激发机体自身的潜能,从而实现组织细胞器官功能的正常化。生物碱类(小菜碱等)、贰类(人参皂贰等)加强网状内皮系统吞噬功能,并能促进抗体生成,促进抗原抗体反应和淋巴细胞转化;多糖类(黄等多糖、黄茂多糖、当归多糖、银龙多糖等)是免疫活性的主要物质,具有促进胸腺反应,刺激巨噬细胞的吞曦功能;有机酸(马兜铃酸、桂皮酸及其钠盐、当归的阿魏酸、党参的水溶性酸性成分等)调节胃肠内的PH值,防止有害细菌的繁殖并提高酶的活性,促进动物体内正常代谢,从而提高营养物质的利用率,促进动物生产性能的发挥;挥发油类(大蒜素等)能明显提高淋巴细胞转化率、T淋巴细胞酸性和a一醋酸蔡脂阳性率,使中枢淋巴器官和外周淋巴器官增殖,增强细胞免疫功能。本发明中药添加剂能通过其机体自身的整体调整以改善生殖内分泌系统,促进卵泡发育,调节子宫收缩,利于产蛋,保证和提高机体生产机能。能有效提高产蛋率,改善蛋品质,达到绿色食品纯天然的要求,
具体实施例1:取色氨酸2g,石粉1000g,效美素100g,麸皮3000g,碎玉米1000g,鱼粉1000g,稻糠500g,中药添加剂100g混合成饲料。
具体实施例2:取色氨酸5g,石粉800g,效美素120g,麸皮3500g,碎玉米1300g,鱼粉1100g,稻糠600g,中药添加剂150g混合成饲料。
具体实施例3:取色氨酸6g,石粉600g,效美素130g,麸皮3500g,碎玉米1400g,鱼粉1100g,稻糠700g,中药添加剂200g混合成饲料。
具体实施例4:取川芎100g、黄芪100g、陈皮100g、山楂100g、黄芩100g、麦饭石100g、大青叶100g、姜黄100g、枸杞100g、菟丝子100g、白术100g、白花蛇舌草100g、当归100g、丹参100g和白芍100g,研磨成100~200目细粉,制备成所述中药添加剂,原料药的粉碎粒度为30~50m m,使其细粉量在达到总料的 92%。
具体实施例5:将所述原料药川芎100g、黄芪100g、陈皮100g、山楂100g、黄芩100g、麦饭石100g、大青叶100g、姜黄100g、枸杞100g、菟丝子100g、白术100g、白花蛇舌草100g、当归100g、丹参100g和白芍100g按配比混合,投入粉碎机粉碎成细粉,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在常温下,与酒精一起渍15~30天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;静置然后去上清液,留下的液体放入烘箱烘干,烘箱干燥的温度为105℃,干燥时间15-25min。
具体实施例6:先将原料药川芎100g、黄芪100g、陈皮100g、山楂100g、黄芩100g、麦饭石100g、大青叶100g、姜黄100g、枸杞100g、菟丝子100g、白术100g、白花蛇舌草100g、当归100g、丹参100g和白芍100g粉碎研磨成100~200目细粉,原料药的粉碎粒度为3~5mm,使其细粉量在达到总料的 92%。再将所述饲料组份中,石粉1000g,麸皮3000g,碎玉米1000g,鱼粉1000g,稻糠500g,按配比混合制成基础饲料;然后在基础饲料中加入色氨酸5g,效美素150g配比好的中药添加剂150g成料。
中药添加剂中各种中药性能介绍:
当归:其味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,补中有动,行中有补,诚血中之气药,亦血中之圣药。大约佐之以补则补,故能养营养血,补气生精,安五脏,强形体,益神志,凡有形虚损之病,无所不宜。佐之以攻则通,故能祛痛通便,利筋骨,治拘挛、瘫痪、燥、涩等证。营虚而表不解者,佐以柴、葛、麻、桂等剂,大能散表卫热,而表不敛者,佐以大黄之类,又能固表。惟其气辛而动,故欲其静者当避之,性滑善行,大便不固者当避之。凡阴中火盛者,当归能动血,亦非所宜,阴中阳虚者,当归能养血,乃不可少。
黄芪以补虚为主,能补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气血不足、疮疡内陷、脓成不溃或久溃不敛者。黄芪具有很好的托毒生肌的功能,即久不愈合的脓肿化脓生肌。现代医学研究表明,黄芪内含而多种抗菌有效成分,而且能增强机体的免疫功能,因此还能用于预防某些传染病的发生。《本草逢原》载:“黄芪能补五脏诸虚 ,治脉弦自汗,泻阴火,去肺热,无汗则发,有汗则止。”是增进抵抗力和防御疾病的良药。
黄芩有清热燥湿,凉血安胎,解毒功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。黄芩的临床应用抗菌比黄连还好,而且不产生抗药性。我们借助广谱抗菌作用强的特点,用在真菌培养杂菌感染特厉害,用黄芩提取液效果很好。《本草经疏》:黄芩,其性清肃,所以除邪:味苦所以燥湿;阴寒所以胜热,故主诸热。诸热者,邪热与遍热也,黄疸、肠僻、泄痢,皆湿热胜之病也,析其本,则诸病自瘳矣。苦寒能除湿热,所以小肠利而水自逐,源清则流洁也。血闭者,实热在血分,即热人血室,令人经闭不通,湿热解,则荣气清而自行也。恶疮疽蚀者,血热则留结,而为痈肿渍烂也:火疡者,火气伤血也,凉血除热,则自愈也。
白芍入肝、脾经,养血柔肝,缓中止痛,敛阴收汗。治胸腹胁肋疼痛,泻痢腹痛,自汗盗汗,阴虚发热,月经不调,崩漏,带下,妇人血闭不通,消瘀血,能蚀脓,益女子血。《日华子本草》:治风、补劳,主女人一切病,并产前后诸疾,通月水,退热,除烦,益气,天行热疾,瘟瘴,惊狂,妇人血运,及肠风,泻血,痔瘘。发背,疮疥,头痛,明目,目赤努肉。赤色者多补气,白者治血。
大青叶主要用于热毒发斑、丹毒、咽喉肿痛、口舌生疮、疮痈肿毒等症。近年来此药在临床上广泛应用,除可用治上述诸症外,又可用于痰热郁肺、咯痰黄稠;尤常用于流行性乙性脑炎,既可单味应用于预防,又可配合柴胡、银花、连翘、板蓝根、玄参、生地等,能清解气分、营分的热毒,可用治各种乙脑,而以偏热型较为合适。《纲目》:"主热毒痢,黄疸,喉痹,丹毒。""蓝叶汁,解斑蝥、芫青、樗鸡,朱砂、砒石毒。"《本草正》:"治瘟疫热毒发狂,风热斑疹,痈疡肿痛,除烦渴,止鼻衄、吐血,杀疳蚀、金疮箭毒。凡以热兼毒者,皆宜蓝叶捣汁用之。
菟丝子甘辛平,入肝、肾经。补肾益精,养肝明目,安胎。用于肝肾亏虚,腰膝酸痛,阳痿遗精,尿频遗尿,两目昏暗,胎动不安等症。功能滋补肝肾,固精缩尿,安胎,明目,止泻。用于阳痿遗精、尿有余沥、遗尿尿频、腰膝酸软、目昏耳鸣、肾虚胎漏、胎动不安、脾肾虚泻。
麦饭石是我国传统的药石,具有健胃疏肝、解毒消痈、抗老保健之功效。其主要组成成分有SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3 以及CO2 等。麦饭石有良好的溶出性及离子交换性能,在酸性环境中溶出性更好。鸡胃中pH 值为2.0~3.5,因此,麦饭石能够提供仔鸡所需的常量元素和微量元素,有很好的营养作用。麦饭石还具有一定的生物活性,能促进生物体的新陈代谢和生长发育。麦饭石具有多孔结构,因此有吸附作用,能吸附肠道中的有毒物质、气体及水分,通过吸附结合细菌蛋白质中的氮而抑制细菌的繁殖,使肠道有害菌减少,肠壁细菌膜变薄,从而促进消化吸收。其还能延长饲料在消化道的停留时间,促进消化吸收,提高饲料利用率,减少饲料消耗。
丹参苦,微寒。归心、肝经。祛瘀止痛,活血通经,清心除烦。用于月经不调,经闭痛经, 症瘕积聚,胸腹刺痛,热痹疼痛,疮疡肿痛,心烦不眠。用于胸肋胁痛,风湿痹痛,症瘕结块,疮疡肿痛,跌仆伤痛,月经不调,经闭痛经,产后瘀痛等。治疗胸肋疼痛、症瘕结块,以及月经不调、经闭经痛具有良效。.《纲目》载:丹参,按《妇人明理论》云,四物汤治妇人病,不问产前产后,经水多少,皆可通用,惟一味丹参散,主治与之相同。盖丹参能破宿血,补新血,安生胎,落死胎,止崩中滞下,调经脉。丹参主要成分丹参酮有扩张血管、改善循环、解除血管内凝血等作用,具有活血化痕之功效,并能促进肝脏血液循环,利于肝细胞再生。
川芎辛,温。入肝、胆经。行气开郁,法风燥湿,活血止痛。治风冷头痛旋晕,胁痛腹疼,寒痹筋挛,经闭,难产,产后瘀阻块痛,痈疽疮疡。用于月经不调,经闭痛经,瘕腹痛,胸胁刺痛,跌扑肿痛,头痛,风湿痹痛。《本经》载其:主中风入脑头痛,寒痹,筋挛缓急,金创,妇人血闭无子。《别录》载其:"除脑中冷动,面上游风去来,目泪出,多涕唾,忽忽如醉,诸寒冷气,心腹坚痛,中恶,卒急肿痛,胁风痛,温中内寒。"是行气化瘀的良药。
白花蛇舌草又叫蛇舌草、二叶、竹叶菜、蛇利草。味微苦,甘,寒。入胃、大肠、小肠经,苦寒清热解毒,甘寒清利湿热,对痈肿、咽痛、蛇伤等有较强的解毒消痈作用。一般用于治疗疮毒、咽喉肿痛、肠痈腹痛、毒蛇咬伤,也用于热淋涩痛、小便不利。是拔毒祛湿的良药。
陈皮:性温,味辛、苦;归脾、肺经,用于胸腹胀满等症。橘皮辛散通温,气味芳香,长于理气,能入脾肺,故既能行散肺气壅遏 ,又能行气宽中,用于肺气拥滞、胸膈痞满及脾胃气滞、脘腹胀满等症,用于湿阻中焦、脘腹痞胀、便溏泄泻,以及痰多咳嗽等症。橘皮苦温燥湿而能健脾行气,故常用于湿阻中焦、脘腹胀闷、便溏苔腻等症,可配伍苍术、厚朴同用。又善于燥湿化痰,为治湿痰壅肺、痰多咳嗽的常用要药,用于脾虚饮食减少、消化不良,以及恶心呕吐等症。本品燥湿而能健脾开胃,适用于脾胃虚弱、饮食减少、消化不良、大便泄泻等症,常与人参、白术、茯苓等配合应用。因其既能健脾,又能理气,故往往用作补气药之佐使,可使补而不滞,有防止壅遏作胀作用,此外,橘皮又能和中,可治胃失和降、恶心呕吐。
白术味苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。主治健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。白术对瘤细胞有细胞毒作用,能降低瘤细胞的增殖率,减低瘤组织的侵袭性,提高机体抗肿瘤反应的能力。白术挥发油对小鼠艾氏腹水癌、淋巴肉瘤腹水型、食管癌(Ecal09)、肉瘤180等有抑制作用。白术内酯B腹腔注射对小鼠肉瘤民。也有显著抑制作用。《药性论》载其:君,味甘,辛,无毒。能主大风痹,多年气痢,心腹胀痛,破消宿食,开胃,去痰涎,除寒热,止下泄。主面光悦,驻颜,去黑。治水肿胀满,吐呕逆,腹内冷痛,吐泻不住,及胃气虚冷痢。
山楂含多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。中医认为,山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。主治饮食积滞、胸膈痞满、疝气血淤闭经等症。山楂中含有山萜类及黄铜类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量的功能,山楂有活血化淤的功效,有助于解除局部淤血状态,对跌打损伤有辅助疗效;山楂所含的黄酮类和维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能阻断并减少自由基的生成,能增强机体的免疫力,有防衰老、抗癌的作用;山楂中有平喘化痰、抑制细菌、治疗腹痛腹泻的成分。
姜黄:辛、苦,温。归脾、肝经,破血行气,通经止痛。用于胸胁剌痛,闭经,癓瘕,风湿肩臂疼痛,跌扑肿痛。姜黄醇或醚提取物、姜黄素和挥发油灌胃,对实验性高脂血症大鼠和家兔都有明显的降血浆总胆固醇和B-脂蛋白的作用,并能降低肝胆固醇,纠正a-和B-脂蛋白比例失调,但对内源性胆固醇无影响;对降血浆甘油三酯的作用更为显著,能使血浆中甘油三酯降低至正常水平以下。高蔗糖饮食能引起大鼠产生高脂血症,姜黄素能对抗此高脂血症产生。灌胃姜黄素能降低肝重,减少肝中甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、磷脂含量及血清总甘油三酯、VLDL+LDL甘油三酯,HDL甘油三酯、VLDL+LDL胆固醇和血中游离脂肪酸的含量,也能提高血清总胆固醇和HDL胆固醇含量。用肝匀浆体外保温法,以14C-醋酸为底物试验,初步结果表明,姜黄素能抑制脂肪酸的合成。
枸杞:现代研究,枸杞子有降低血糖、 抗脂肪肝作用,并能抗动脉粥样硬化。枸杞子亦为扶正固本,生精补髓、滋阴补肾、益气安神、强身健体、延缓衰老之良药,对慢性肝炎、中心性视网膜炎、视神经萎缩等疗效显著;对糖尿病、肺结核等也有较好疗效;对抗肿瘤、保肝、降压、降血糖以及老年人器官衰退的老化疾病都有很强的改善作用。作为滋补强壮剂治疗肾虚各症及肝肾疾病疗效甚佳,能显著提高人体中血浆睾酮素含量,达到强身之功效。现代医学研究表明,枸杞对体外癌细胞有明显的抑制作用,可用于防止癌细胞的扩散和增强人体的免疫功能。
本发明主要从杂交鸡饲料中色氨酸的含量如何保持在一个合理的水平,最大限度的发挥杂交鸡的生产性能和生产潜力入手,通过合理的饲料配比和大量的饲养试验进一步探索色氨酸的合理含量来达到上述目的。
首先色氨酸不足将会引起猪采食量的降低。Burgoon(1992)在10~20 kg仔猪上研究表明,采食低色氨酸(0.13%)组仔猪的采食量比0.205%色氨酸组低40%。Schutte(1988)、伍喜林(1994)、 Libal (1995)、林映才(1999,2001)Guzik(2002)、吴新连(2003)等的研究结果类似。伍喜林(1994)、林映才(1999)通过 回归分析表明猪的采食量和日增重与饲料中的色氨酸呈极强的正相关(r=0.96~0.98,P<0.001)。Henry(1992,1995,1996)认为色氨酸可能通过神经递质(5-羟色胺、多胺)作用调节猪的采食量。Henry(1996)试验表明饲料中 的Trp/LNAA、血液中的Trp/LNAA、脑中的色氨酸、5-羟色胺、猪单位体重的采食量间呈正相关关系。其可能的解释为:色氨酸通过血脑屏障时, 与大分子中性氨基酸(LNAA,包括Ile、Leu、Phe、Tyr、Val)共用一个转运系统,LNAA竞争性抑制进入大脑的色氨酸浓度 (Adlbl&Gray,1967、Pardrdge,1977)。大脑中色氨酸转化为5-HT的关键酶色氨酸羟化酶的Km为50μM,此酶对色氨酸浓度变化敏感。Fernstrom & Wurtman(1972)、Leathwood,(1987)、Yokogoshi et al,(1987)等也有过相似报道。Hery et al,(1992)、Perez-Cruel(1974)在兔和人上得出了相似的结论。吴新连(2003)报道0.20%色氨酸组比0.14%组,下丘脑 5-羟色胺含量提高了60.5%,采食量提高了61.8%,进一步证实了上述结论。本试验将进一步验证色氨酸含量对杂交鸡的促生长作用。
但是,超过生理剂量的5-HT会抑制采食,这可能是过量Trp对采食量没有额外好处的原因。Baker(1996)研究证实了上述结论。在Lys充足而 Trp缺乏的玉米—豆粕型日粮中补加Trp,ADG、G:F随着Trp增加线性增加,但在二者都充足的时候补加Trp,ADG、FI线性下降。因此,过高的色氨酸含量对动物的生长有阻碍作用。
试验动物与分组
试验选用1日龄817商品杂交鸡720只,将试验鸡随机分为3组,每个组设8个重复,每个重复饲养30只鸡(小栏面积为1.5m×1.5m),初体重保证基本一致。试验正试期在1日龄开始,各处理组杂交鸡0-21日龄饲喂肉小鸡颗粒料8170,22-47日龄饲喂肉中鸡颗粒料8171。
色氨酸需要量的差异很大程度上归因于日粮氨基酸可利用率的差异,尤其当采用不同日粮类型或使用合成氨基酸时(Han等,l993)。研究表明,当采用玉米一鱼粉一玉米蛋白粉型日粮时.总色氨酸含量为0.205%时生产性能最佳(吴新连.2003;林映才等,2002;Burgoon等,l992)。而Guzik等(2002)使用的是玉米一豌豆型日粮,以可消化色氨酸为0.18%时生产性能最佳(总色氨酸为0.22%)。日粮类型不同导致总色氨酸需要量不同,采用可消化氨基酸体系研究色氨酸的需要量在理论上可减小利用率差异带来的影响。
本发明实施例中,低色氨酸组是指:饲料中总色氨酸含量低于0.3%,可消化色氨酸低于0.2%;正常组是指:饲料中总色氨酸含量0.4~0.8%,可消化色氨酸0.25~0.5%;高色氨酸组是指:饲料中总色氨酸含量高于3%,可消化色氨酸高于1.5%。

试验数据用SAS 8.0软件处理,采用SAS软件中的ANOVA进行方差分析,用LSD法进行均值的多重比较,显著性水平为10%。
实验结论
由表可以看出,低色氨酸日粮组明显提高了杂交鸡在22-47日龄的只耗料和只日耗料,表2结果表明,低色氨酸组与正常组差异显著(P=0.074);三个处理组在1-21日龄及1-47日龄的只耗料和只日耗料方面差异都不显著,但都表现出一个共同的趋势:即低色氨酸处理组>高色氨酸处理组>正常组。
表2结果表明,在1-21日龄时三个处理间在日增重方面彼此差异都不显著(P > 0.1);在22-47日龄及1-47日龄时低色氨酸组与正常组差异显著(P=0.076、P=0.088),与高色氨酸处理组差异不显著(P > 0.1),高色氨酸处理组与正常组差异不显著(P > 0.1)。但都表现出与采食量方面的一个正相关,即随着耗料增加,日增重也增加。
三个处理组在1-21日龄、22-47日龄及1-47日龄时的料肉比彼此间差异都不显著(P>0.1)。

1.一种低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料组份重量份数比为:色氨酸0.01~0.1份,石粉5~10份,效美素1~3份,麸皮30~40份,碎玉米10~15份,鱼粉10~15份,稻糠5~10份,中药添加剂1~3份;
所述中药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比为:川芎10~20重量份、黄芪10~20重量份、陈皮10~20重量份、山楂10~20重量份、黄芩10~20重量份、麦饭石10~20重量份、大青叶10~20重量份、姜黄10~20重量份、枸杞10~20重量份、菟丝子10~20重量份、白术10~20重量份、白花蛇舌草10~20重量份、当归10~20重量份、丹参10~20重量份和白芍10~20重量份;
所述中药添加剂的制备方法为:黄芪、陈皮、山楂、黄芩、麦饭石、大青叶、姜黄、枸杞、菟丝子、白术、白花蛇舌草、当归、丹参和白芍混合研磨成100~200目细粉,制备成所述中药添加剂,原料药的粉碎粒度为3~5mm,使其细粉量在达到中药添加剂总料的 92%以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述石粉为石灰石直接粉碎得来,其碳酸钙含量在95%以上,钙含量在38%以上。

4.一种根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法的步骤为:
a.先将原料药粉碎过筛制成中药添加剂;
b.再将所述饲料组份中石粉、麸皮,碎玉米,鱼粉,稻糠按配比混合制成基础饲料;
c.然后在基础饲料中加入配比好的中药添加剂、色氨酸和效美素。
5.一种低色氨酸杂交鸡饲料中使用的中药添加剂,其特征在于:所述中药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比为:川芎10~20重量份、黄芪10~20重量份、陈皮10~20重量份、山楂10~20重量份、黄芩10~20重量份、麦饭石10~20重量份、大青叶10~20重量份、姜黄10~20重量份、枸杞10~20重量份、菟丝子10~20重量份、白术10~20重量份、白花蛇舌草10~20重量份、当归10~20重量份、丹参10~20重量份和白芍10~20重量份;
所述中药添加剂的剂型为散剂,制备方法包括:将所述原料药按配比混合,投入粉碎机粉碎成细粉,放入耐酸碱浸渍锅,在常温下,与酒精一起渍15~30天,将浸渍好的液体及药渣进行压榨过滤,分离后取滤液;静置然后去上清液,留下的液体放入烘箱烘干,制成细粉;在烘箱干燥的温度为105℃,干燥时间15-25min。
