说明书
本发明涉及一种机动车油箱凹部,包含凹部本体,该凹部本体具有从外部固定于车身开口的装置并具有油箱供应管线密封部分。
众所周知,在机动车中,允许油箱的油箱供应管线终止于油箱凹部处,并且通过封闭件封闭油箱供应管线。油箱盖的枢转轴承位于油箱凹部中,所述油箱盖可以通过锁闭系统或者锁止系统安全地固定。如果释放锁定,例如横向的栓从锁定连接件中退出,盖板就可以被打开。这种油箱凹部通常包含用于油箱供应管线的通孔或者连接器,在添加燃料时燃油喷嘴从此处插入。
槽形凹部本体可以用作设置在车身上的贯穿开口中的油箱凹部。由于明显的理由,在这种情况下,位于油箱供应管线和凹部本体之间的过渡被良好密封尤为重要。另外,凹部本体本身和/或油箱凹部不仅要固定于车身,还要相对于其密封,这也同样重要。这种情况下,就必须要同时考虑车身外部金属板与内部金属板。
因此,DE102008017687A1公开了一种包含凹部本体及连接件的用于机动车的一体式油箱凹部。凹部本体由第一塑料材料制成,其一端具有用于与车身开口固定的凸缘,该凸缘具有由第二塑料材料制成的与凹槽体一体成型的基部和/或连接件,第二塑料材料与第一塑料材料相比更软,并具有用于密封地接受由相对较硬材料制成的注油管的开口。加强部一体成型在连接件上,所述加强部也由第一类塑料材料构成,并且提供对连接件的径向及/或周边变形的抵抗力。连接件具有两个凸片,其与机动车辆内部金属板的穿孔边缘配合,以实现与内部金属板的固定。
经验证明要从外部安装这样的油箱凹部是很困难的,因此实现相对车身内部金属板的安全密封也变得困难。
本发明的目的在于提供一种油箱凹部,其中需要降低了的安装复杂程度,并且可以从外部进行最终安装。
该目的通过权利要求1所述的油箱凹部得以实现。
由于凹部本体的基部具有折叠密封边,可以实现简单安装和密封,这样折叠密封边就可以环绕车身开口的内部金属板上的凸缘,因此所述密封边能够在安装位置密封地安置于车身开口凸缘的周围。凹部本体通过已知方式从外侧插入到车身开口内部并且固定。随后,密封边可以从其伸展安装位置向后折叠至最终密封位置。
一方面,凸缘可以通过车身内部的金属板本身形成,或者通过与凹部本体分离的连接件形成。这样,所述连接件最初从内部与车身开口固定,随后如上所述地定位。
如果油箱供应管线密封部设置在基部与折叠密封边之间,油箱供应线和/或注油管也能够通过简单方式与凹部本体的密封部进行连接。
依据本发明,在将油箱凹部安装到机动车的车身开口处的方法中,执行以下步骤:
-在车身开口处的内部金属板上形成凸缘;
-从外侧将凹部本体固定到车身开口(通过将基部与密封边一同插入车身开口处),以及,
-以密封的方式将凹部本体基部的密封边折叠于凸缘上。
当通过将基部与密封边一同插入车身开口处来从外部将凹部本体固定于车身开口处时,因此,密封边是以伸展插入的状况被引导穿过车身开口,因此随后它能够被折叠至其最终密封位置。这可以从外侧使用手和手指(或合适工具)以简单方式实现。再也不需要复杂或者昂贵的操作。
下面参照唯一附图做出的示例性实施例的说明披露了本发明的进一步细节、特征及优势,该图中示出了穿过油箱凹部1的示意截面。
油箱凹部1包含截面近似U形的凹部本体2,凹部本体2具有可以枢转开启和关闭的加油口盖3。凹部本体2从外部固定于车身开口11的外部金属板4,并且沿着车身开口11向内延伸到内部金属板5。
凹部本体2包含具有由较硬塑料材料制成的器壁的第一区域6及与其相邻的由注射成型在其上的更软的塑料材料制成的基部7。基部7的下端,即在车身开口11的内部金属板5的区域具有软的、橡胶的弹性管状密封边10。
配置所述密封边,以使其在最终位置密封地夹紧外周凸缘8。在此情况下,凸缘由单独的连接件12形成,该连接件12从车身开口11内侧与内部金属板5固定,并且与内部金属板5形成密封。因此凸缘8配置在内部金属板5上的车身开口的贯通开口的外周并且大致沿车身开口11的纵向延伸至车辆内部。
在凹部本体2的第一区域6和密封边10之间,形成有管状油箱供应管线密封件9,其向内突出和/或伸出以便随后以密封方式接受油箱供应管线,未示出。
为了安装油箱凹部1,连接件12最初从内部固定到车身开口11中的内部金属板5以形成凸缘8。
然后凹部本体2从外部插入并且固定到车身开口11的外部金属板4。这种情况下,密封边10以“伸展的”安装状态(图中虚线部分)插入到车身开口11因此密封边10也可以穿过内部金属板5上的车身开口11且伸出超过凸缘8。
随后从外部,例如使用手指,能够将密封边10折叠到凸缘8上的最终位置,以便在箭头U方向上(图中实线部分)周边密封。依靠折叠密封边10的弹性张力,所述密封边紧密地,从而密封地且牢固地包裹着凸缘8。

Claims (7)

1.一种机动车油箱凹部(1),其包含凹部本体(2),该凹部本体(2)具有从外部固定于车身开口(11)的装置并具有油箱供应管线密封件(9),其特征在于,凹部本体(2)的基部(7)具有折叠式密封边(10),因此车身开口(11)内部金属板(5)上的凸缘(8)被折叠密封边(10)环绕,因此所述密封边在安装位置可以密封地安置在车身开口的凸缘(8)的周围。
2.如权利要求1所述的油箱凹部,其特征在于,凸缘(8)形成为内部金属板(5)的一部分。
3.如权利要求1所述的油箱凹部,其特征在于,由连接件(12)形成凸缘(8),该连接件(12)与凹部本体(2)分离。
4.如上述任一项权利要求所述的油箱凹部,其特征在于,油箱供应管线密封件(9)设置在基部(7)和折叠式密封边(10)之间。
5.一种将油箱凹部,尤其是根据上述任一项权利要求所述的油箱凹部安装到机动车的车身开口的方法,包含以下步骤:
-在车身开口的内部金属板上形成凸缘;
-从外部将凹部本体固定于车身开口,以及
-以密封的方式将凹部本体基部的密封边折叠于凸缘上。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,通过成型内部金属板形成凸缘。
7.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,通过固定包含凸缘的连接件来形成凸缘。
