Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆部件的调整装置,尤其是用于车辆座椅靠背的调整装置,所述调整装置具有沿着旋转轴线布置的第一装配件部件和第二装配件部件,其中,所述两个装配件部件的相对位置可以相对于彼此改变,其中,转矩从驱动单元传递到齿轮,齿轮在第二装配件部件上滚动并且因此调整所述第二装配件部件。本发明还涉及一种车辆部件的、尤其是机动车辆座椅的靠背的调整装置的齿轮。
背景技术
这种调整装置在机动车辆制造工业中也称为例如活动躺椅(recliner),在现有技术中是人们极为熟知的。然而,这种调整装置具有它们被自调整并因而磨损和/或振动的缺点,这是人们所不希望的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种调整装置,它不具有现有技术的所述缺点。

优选地,所述制动装置包括尤其以弹性方式设置的至少一个,优选两个臂。每个臂优选在它的一个端部具有闭锁元件,所述闭锁元件防止所述偏心件相对于设置在所述齿轮上的锁定轮廓或者相对于所述调整装置的另一部分自调整。每个闭锁元件以锁定方式与所述锁定轮廓以力锁合和/或形状锁合方式协作,优选在多个不同的位置中。所述制动装置防止自调整,优选在两个旋转方向上,其中,闭锁元件优选只在一个旋转方向上闭塞。所述锁定轮廓优选具有多个力锁合和/或形状锁合连接构造,例如齿或者类似齿的结构,它们优选彼此之间等距地布置。优选地,所述锁定轮廓以圆环形方式布置。

本发明的另一目的或者优选主题是一种用于车辆部件的调整装置,尤其是用于车辆座椅的靠背的调整装置,所述调整装置具有沿着旋转轴线布置的第一装配件部件和第二装配件部件,其中,所述两个装配件部件相对于彼此的相对位置能够借助驱动单元改变,所述驱动单元将转矩传递到齿轮,所述齿轮在第二装配件部件中滚动,其中,所述齿轮的轴承的轴向宽度大于所述齿轮的齿的轴向宽度。因此,所述齿轮的安装更稳定。
根据本发明的另一优选的或者有创造性的主题,所述齿轮具有密封表面。借助这个密封表面防止污垢、涂料或者液体进入到所述调整装置中。优选地,所述密封表面设置在径向方向上。
优选地,所述密封表面与根据本发明的调整装置的封盖和/或驱动装置密封地协作。
本发明的另一主题或者优选主题是一种调整装置的齿轮,尤其用于机动车辆座椅的靠背,所述齿轮设置为使得从所述齿出发,所述齿轮在径向内侧具有轴向台阶。由此形成一个圆环形密封表面,例如调整装置的保持板和/或驱动装置支承在所述圆环形表面上,尤其密封地。
特别优选地或者根据本发明,所述齿轮包括尤其平滑的支承表面,用于例如与封盖和/或驱动装置密封地协作的密封,以便尤其防止所述调整装置的内部被喷涂涂料。

图1示出根据本发明的调整装置的实施例的分解图。所述调整装置具有第一装配件部件2,椅座部分适配器,和第二装配件部件3,靠背适配器,所述靠背适配器直接或间接连接到所述车辆座椅的靠背。椅座适配器2紧固到所述车辆座椅,在这种情形下用螺钉固定。具有外齿的齿轮4可旋转地设置在椅座适配器2上,所述外齿通过与所述靠背适配器的齿啮合来协作并因此调整所述靠背适配器的角度。靠背适配器3连接(优选焊接)到车辆座椅的靠背。本领域技术人员认识到两个适配器2和3的这些功能还可以互换。靠背适配器3相对于椅座适配器2的相对位置借助具有两个楔形构造5的偏心件来改变。所述两个楔形构造5优选对称地布置,特别优选地关于通过旋转轴线D延伸的平面镜像对称地布置。两个楔形构造5通过储能装置使其分开,在这种情形下是弹簧7,优选环形弹簧,弹簧的端部分别接合在楔形构造5的切口中。储能装置7形成偏心件的一部分。此外,楔形构造5优选至少部分地布置在轴瓦6中并且支承在轴瓦6上。借助轴瓦6,偏心件和齿轮4之间的摩擦力可被减小并且可实现偏心件的均匀运行。此外,根据本发明的装置包括驱动装置9,驱动装置9以手动或电动机方式驱动。所述驱动装置9将它的转矩传递到偏心件5,以使得当驱动单元9旋转时,齿轮4在内部有齿的靠背适配器3中滚动。
如已经提及的,所述偏心件用于在包括多至少一个齿的、内部有齿的外齿环内侧驱动外部有齿的齿轮4。因此这优选是所谓摆动齿轮机构。
根据本发明,所述装置包括制动装置8,制动装置8防止第一装配件部件2相对于第二装配件部件3自调整,即驱动装置9不被致动。
图2示出制动装置8的第一实施例。所述制动装置包括两个臂8.2,在它的端部上分别定位一个闭锁元件8.1。如尤其从图2b可以推导出的,所述闭锁元件8.1在偏心驱动件5的突出部5.1和锁定轮廓之间以闭锁方式协作,锁定轮廓在这种情形下是固定环13,固定环13在当前情形下设置在齿轮4上或者与齿轮4设置为一体,因此自调整力F不能够产生偏心件相对于例如齿轮4或者调整装置的不同部分的运动。优选地,闭锁元件8.1分别以闭锁方式仅仅在一个旋转方向上作用。臂8.2在当前情形下被预先张紧,使得它们分别在朝向锁定轮廓13的方向上将闭锁元件8.1预先张紧到锁定轮廓13的其中一个凹口中。在图2c中示出制动装置8的解锁。一旦驱动装置9旋转,例如箭头14所示,解锁构造9.1分别与一个相应的解锁斜坡8.3协作,解锁斜坡8.3设置在臂8.2上,在这种情形下三维地形成,使得臂8.2被径向向内按压并因而使闭锁元件8.1与固定环13脱离接合。因而所述调整装置可借助驱动装置9在两个旋转方向上调整。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于车辆部件,尤其是用于车辆座椅的靠背的调整装置,具有沿着旋转轴线(D)布置的第一装配件部件(2)和第二装配件部件(3),其中,所述两个装配件部件(2,3)相对于彼此的相对位置可借助偏心件(5)改变,所述偏心件(5)将转矩从驱动单元(9)传递到齿轮(4)以使所述齿轮在所述第二装配件部件(3)上滚动并且优选包括两个偏心构造(5.1),其中,所述调整装置包括至少基本上阻止其自调整的制动装置(8),其特征在于,所述制动装置(8)与设置在所述齿轮上的锁定轮廓(4.2,11,13)协作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调整装置,其特征在于,所述锁定轮廓(4.2,11,13)设置在所述齿轮的内径的区域中。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的调整装置,其特征在于,所述制动装置(8)具有至少一个,优选两个臂,在所述臂的端部上分别设置一个闭锁元件。
