Description
本发明涉及一种印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡或涂胶布罩的底衬。
本发明也涉及一种印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒,其包括具有所述底衬的胶毡,还涉及包括所述胶印滚筒的胶印滚筒。
示意性地,胶版印刷机由印刷滚筒、油墨和润版辊、上述的胶印滚筒和反压滚筒组成。在这类印刷中,蚀刻到印版上的图像首先被转印到胶毡上,然后从胶毡转印到纸片或一般更多地转印到将被印刷的介质上。
依赖于机器的模型,制造商规定了胶印滚筒的理想直径以便机器本身能够正常工作。通过在胶毡和胶印滚筒之间插入底衬的方式可获得所述直径。
底衬是由不同材料的层制成,主要是纸片、橡胶布(fabrics spread withrubber)和胶粘聚酯片。
这些底衬通常不是正好具有期望的厚度,必须手工将一层叠加到另一层上形成数层结构,直至获得合适的厚度。这项操作时间非常长和需要精神集中,从而使得更换胶毡成为高成本的作业。
传统胶毡的另一局限性在于不具有能够对印刷工艺中的机械应力做出合理反应的机械特性。
通常,永久变形会破坏印刷质量,在用纸(当必须使用大厚度底衬时被广泛使用)的情况下,对用于加工过程中的冲洗和润湿产品的耐受性差,其使得需要频繁更换材料。
相同申请人的另一专利(欧洲专利EP1323527)公开了使用包括一系列用胶连接在一起的片材(例如卡纸或像聚氨酯那样的合成材料)的底衬,其允许各个片材能够被移除以方便地获得期望的底衬厚度。
另一专利,EP1580022(还是同一申请人),公开了一种能够对加工过程中的机械应力作出合适反应的自拉平底衬,其改善了印刷质量和降低了更换胶毡的成本。
所述产品由聚酯层支撑的、具有弹性的聚氨酯基层组成,并可以直接制造成需要的厚度。然而在该解决方案中,两层之间的界面具有薄弱点。事实上,随着冲洗和润湿溶液的渗透,结合机械应力,会导致聚氨酯层从基体上剥离,结果可能在印刷质量上出问题和需要过早更换底衬。
从基体上剥离在某些情况下也可能仅由强的机械应力引起,其可能由于印刷过程中的典型问题而发生。例如,可能发生在数个纸/卡纸的片材同时进入到胶印滚筒和反压滚筒(行话“胶布破裂”)之间,这在胶毡上和底衬上产生强的机械应力。
此外,所述解决方案从制造方面的立场来看具有不利之处,因为需要对聚酯花费特定成本的预处理以保证两种材料之间的合适粘结。
因此本发明的技术任务是实现一种印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬,其能消除现有技术中令人遗憾的技术缺陷。
在本技术任务的构架内,本发明的一个目的是实现一种印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬,其能快速地获得期望的厚度以便节省胶毡的更换。
本发明的另一目的是实现一种印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬,其能耐受印刷过程中所承受的机械应力和用于胶毡和平板的冲洗产品,以及用于印刷过程中的润湿产品,以便其使用时间更长一些而性能不会恶化。
本发明的又一个目的是实现一种印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬,其包括具有高尺寸稳定性且不存在层间界面剥离风险的多层结构,并易于制造。
本发明的技术任务以及这些和其他的目的都可以根据本发明中实现一种印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬来获得,其特征在于,由多层结构组成,所述多层结构包括包含至少一种聚氨酯基材料的第一层,和包含至少一种聚氨酯基材料的至少第二层,所述第二层的聚氨酯基材料不同于形成所述第一层的材料,并且利用所述第一层和第二层存在的聚氨酯基材料之间固有的化学/物理相容性直接将所述第二层与所述第一层连接。
优选所述第一层和第二层具有不同的弹性拉伸模量。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述第一层和/或所述至少第二层具有加入其中的有机和/或无机填料,以便获得适于预期用途的机械性能。
更一般地,可根据应用需要使用不同性质的添加剂,包括发泡性微球,或抗静电剂等。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述底衬具有0.1毫米至2.0毫米的总厚度。
所述底衬总厚度尺寸的误差小于或等于0.02毫米,优选小于或等于0.01毫米。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述第一层和/或至少第二层的所述聚氨酯基材料是芳香族聚氨酯。
在本发明的另一优选实施方式中,所述第一层和/或至少第二层的所述聚氨酯基材料是脂肪族聚氨酯。

在本发明的不同优选实施方式中,所述底衬仅由所述第一层和至少第二层,以及施用到准备接触所述滚筒的第一层或第二层表面的粘合剂层组成。

可选地,所述层可按一层在另一层上的顺序制造,仍可按照上述已知技术来制造,或利用已知的共挤出技术同时制造所述层,或采用上面提到制造类型的结合来制造。
所述底衬在接触滚筒的侧面可完全或部分由粘合剂制成,以方便其在某些类型的印刷机中安装。
已可能特别证实,当两层中的一层的聚氨酯基材料为具有下述参考特性的材料:根据ISO527-2/1A/1测试方法,E-模量为2130MPa±20%时,可获得最佳结果。
特别地,聚氨酯基材料是挤出热塑性聚氨酯。
根据本发明,底衬实施方式中一些优选的、但不排他的实施例提供如下。
实施例1
以挤出方式制造Lubrizol公司出售的商品名为ESTALOC 59003的玻璃纤维增强芳香族聚酯基聚氨酯构成的0.25毫米厚的第一层。所述第一层接着用作由Merquinsa公司出售的商品名为PEARCOAT 127K的芳香族聚酯基聚氨酯构成的0.40毫米厚的挤出第二层的基体。
实施例2
以挤出方式制造Lubrizol公司出售的商品名为ETE 55DS3的芳香族聚酯基聚氨酯构成的0.35毫米厚的第一层。由Lubrizol公司出售的商品名为ESTANE54620的芳香族聚酯基聚氨酯构成的0.7毫米厚的第二层直接压延在所述第一层上。
实施例3
以挤出方式制造上述Lubrizol公司出售的商品名为ETE 55DS3构成的0.09毫米厚的第一层。通过涂胶工艺将Lubrizol公司出售的商品名为ESTANE 54660的芳香族聚酯基聚氨酯构成的0.038毫米厚的第二层施加到所述第一层。最后,以压延方式,将适于粘结到滚筒和随后被除去的丙烯酸基粘合剂施加到0.032毫米厚的第一层的侧面。
实施例4

Claims (12)
1.印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬,其特征在于,由多层结构组成,所述多层结构包括包含至少一种聚氨酯基材料的第一层、和包含至少一种聚氨酯基材料的至少第二层,所述第二层的聚氨酯基材料不同于形成所述第一层的材料,和利用所述第一层和第二层存在的聚氨酯基材料之间固有的化学/物理相容性直接将所述第二层与第一层连接。
2.根据前述权利要求所述的印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬,其特征在于,所述第一层和第二层具有不同的弹性拉伸模量。
3.根据前述任一权利要求所述的印刷机、特别是胶版印刷机的胶印滚筒的胶毡底衬,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯基材料是挤出的热塑性聚氨酯。
