本发明涉及车辆充电系统。
本申请基于2011年1月19日所申请的特愿2011-008697号而主张优先权,并在此援引其内容。
背景技术
现有技术中,例如,作为从住宅用交流电源等车辆外部的电源(外部电源)对电动车辆的蓄电池进行充电之际所利用的充电电缆,已知有可进行充电时间带或者充电开始时间等的指定、或者充电模式的切换的充电电缆(例如,参照专利文献1)。
另外,现有技术中,例如,已知将从电力电缆内的振荡器所输出的导频信号(pilot signal)作为车辆的充电系统的起动信号来使用的充电控制装置(例如,参照专利文献2)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
其中,所述现有技术所涉及的充电电缆或电力电缆具备充电切断装置(CCID:Charging Circuit Interrupt Device),其进行充电电缆与车辆的充电系统之间的连接状态的检测以及在产生过电流或漏电流时切断外部电源与车辆的充电系统之间的连接。并且,通过从该充电切断装置所输出的控制导频信号(CPL信号:Control Pilot Line signal)来控制车辆充电系统的起动。
然而,根据所述现有技术所涉及的充电电缆或电力电缆,充电切断装置的切断电流值只根据预先充电切断装置中所具备的继电器等的切断电流值而设定,由此,该切断电流值中不能反映外部电源所能够供电的容许电力。
因此,例如,在可供电的容许电力与住宅内的功耗对应地进行变动的住宅用交流电源等的外部电源中,存在将超过所能够供给的容许电力的电力作为充电电力而提取利用的可能。在该情况下,存在通过外部电源所具备的限流器(或切断器)切断包含住宅内的给电在内的从外部电源所供给的电力的可能性。
针对所产生的这样的问题,例如,如果将外部电源的切断电流值设为充分高的值时,则将产生装置构成所需费用、电力消耗所需的费用发生增加这样的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述状况而开发的,其目的在于:提供能够根据外部电源所能够供给的电力来适当地对车辆的蓄电池进行充电的车辆充电系统。
用于解决课题的手段
为了解决所述课题以实现上述目的,本发明的第1方案所涉及的车辆充电系统具备:车辆,其具有蓄电池以及控制所述蓄电池的充电的充电控制部;外部电源,其设置于所述车辆的外部;充电电缆,其具有可电力授受地将所述外部电源与所述车辆进行连接的电力线、以及与所述电力线连接的第1通信控制部;外部电源电力线,其设置于所述外部电源,且能够与所述充电电缆的所述电力线连接;第2通信控制部,其设置于所述外部电源,且与所述外部电源电力线连接,通过经由所述电力线以及所述外部电源电力线的电力线通信而能够与所述第1通信控制部进行通信;功耗获取部,其设置于所述外部电源,获取所述外部电源中除所述车辆的所述蓄电池的充电以外所消耗的功耗;可充电电力计算部,其设置于所述外部电源,对从所述外部电源所能够供给的最大供给电力中减去所述功耗而所获得的可充电电力进行计算;发送部,其设置于所述充电电缆,将由所述第1通信控制部接收到的与所述可充电电力相关联的信息向所述车辆的所述充电控制部发送;控制部,其设置于所述充电电缆,基于通过所述第1通信控制部接收到的与所述可充电电力相关联的信息,从所述外部电源将电力向所述车辆的所述蓄电池供给,所述第2通信控制部通过所述电力线通信,将与所述可充电电力相关联的信息向所述第1通信控制部进行发送,所述第1通信控制部接收从所述第2通信控制部发送来的与所述可充电电力相关联的信息。
本发明的第2方案所涉及的车辆充电系统中,所述充电电缆具备显示部,所述控制部基于由所述第1通信控制部接收到的所述可充电电力的信息,计算出最大充电电流以及充电完成时刻,将所述计算结果显示在所述显示部。
发明的效果
根据本发明的第1方案所涉及的车辆充电系统,充电电缆的第1通信控制部与外部电源的第2通信控制部能够通过电力线通信进行通信。
并且,充电电缆的控制部基于通过该电力线通信从外部电源获取的与可充电电力相关联的信息,来对车辆的蓄电池进行电力的供给,由此,能够进行适当的充电。
即,充电电缆的控制部在从外部电源获取的可充电电力以下的电力范围内提取对车辆的蓄电池的充电电力。
由此,能够防止提取超过了外部电源在用于对蓄电池的充电中所能够供给的可充电电力的过量电力,能够防止在蓄电池的充电时,外部电源的限流器(或切断器等)进行切断动作。
根据本发明的第2方案所涉及的车辆充电系统,基于从外部电源获取的可充电电力的信息,能够提高最大充电电流以及充电完成时间的计算精度,能够提高便利性。

具体实施方式
以下,针对本发明的一实施方式所涉及的车辆充电系统,参照添加的附图进行说明。
本实施方式的车辆充电系统10,例如如图1所示具备:由家庭用电源等构成的外部电源11、充电电缆12、以及具备蓄电池13的车辆14。另外,外部电源11与车辆14的蓄电池13通过充电电缆12连接。车辆充电系统10是能够通过从外部电源11所供给的电力对车辆14的蓄电池13进行充电的插头式电源型的车辆充电系统。
外部电源11例如构成为具备:限流器21、插座22、控制部23(功耗获取部、可充电电力计算部)、PLC通信部24(第2通信控制部)、例如由各种的家电设备等构成的负载25、以及例如由液晶显示装置等构成的显示部26。
限流器21例如与电力公司等的外部的电源P连接,对超过了针对设有外部电源11的用电住宅所预先设定的规定的契约电流值的电流进行切断,并且对在用电住宅所使用的负载25中异常地流过的过大的电流进行切断。
插座22可与充电电缆12的插头31连接,将外部电源11与充电电缆12可电力授受地进行连接。
控制部23获取与外部电源11中的电力消耗相关的各种的信息,并基于这些的信息来控制显示部26以及PLC通信部24。
例如,控制部23获取在负载25所消耗的功耗PIF(即,除后述的车辆14的蓄电池13的充电以外所消耗的功耗),将该功耗PIF显示在显示部26。
另外,例如,控制部23获取外部电源11所能够供给的最大供给电力PMAX(即,从外部电源11的限流器21所能够供给的最大供给电力),对从最大供给电力PMAX中减去功耗PIF而获得的可充电电力PEV(与可充电电力相关联的信息)进行计算。
并且,控制部23通过经由了PLC通信部24的电力线通信,从充电电缆12中获取容许电力PCCID的信息,根据该容许电力PCCID与可充电电力PEV的比较来设定最终的可充电电力PEV。
并且,控制部23使该可充电电力PEV的信息从PLC通信部24发送给充电电缆12。
另外,例如,控制部23根据可充电电力PEV与外部电源11的电源电压VAC来计算出充电电流ICHG(与可充电电力相关联的信息),使该充电电流ICHG的信息从PLC通信部24发送给充电电缆12。
另外,例如,控制部23除了获取负载25所消耗的功耗PIF的当前时刻的值(当前值)以外,还基于对负载25已经设定的预约动作的信息或者与过去所获取的功耗PIF的时刻相应的变化的信息等,对当前的时刻以后所预测的电力需要(电力需要预测值)进行预测,使该电力需要预测值的信息从PLC通信部24发送给充电电缆12。
外部电源11的PLC通信部24与外部电源11的电力线(外部电源电力线11L)连接。通信部24与后述的充电电缆12的PLC通信部33(第1通信控制部)能通过经由了外部电源电力线11L以及充电电缆12的电力线12L的电力线通信而进行通信。
即,外部电源11的PLC通信部24与充电电缆12的PLC通信部33对外部电源电力线11L以及充电电缆12的电力线12L进行电力的信号与各种的信息的信号的复用传送。
充电电缆12例如构成为具备:可与外部电源11的插座22连接的插头31、车辆侧插头32、PLC通信部33、CPU(CentralProcessing Unit,控制部)34、存储器35、AC/DC转换器36、漏电检测部37、继电器38、继电器驱动部39、输入部40、显示部41、电压传感器42、CPL输出部43(发送部)、切换开关44。
车辆侧插头32能与车辆14的插头电源连接器51连接,在充电电缆12与车辆的蓄电池13之间能电力授受地连接。
PLC通信部33与充电电缆12的电力线12L连接,且与外部电源11的PLC通信部24之间,能通过经由了电力线12L以及外部电源11的外部电源电力线11L的电力线通信而进行通信。
CPU34总括地对利用了充电电缆12的车辆14的蓄电池13的充电进行控制。CPU34连接有用于存储各种的数据的存储器35,由将外部电源11所供给的交流电力变换为直流电力的AC/DC转换器36来提供直流电力。
例如,CPU34基于由用于检测电力线12L中流过的电流的电流传感器37a所输出的检测信号,与从用于检测有无漏电的漏电检测部37所输出的检测结果的信号相应地,控制用于驱动继电器38的继电器驱动部39的动作。
即,CPU34在通过漏电检测部37检测出发生漏电的情况下,对继电器38进行关断驱动,对继电器驱动部39指示“切断电力线12L的电流”。
另外,CPU34在对蓄电池13的充电开始前,在由后述的电压传感器42所检测出的CPL信号的电压为规定的第3电压V3的情况下,对继电器38进行接通驱动,使电力线12L流通电流,开始进行对车辆14的蓄电池13的充电。
另外,CPU34在对蓄电池13的充电开始后,在由后述的电压传感器42检测出的CPL信号的电压为规定的第2电压V2的情况下,对继电器38进行关断驱动,切断电力线12L的电流,停止对车辆14的蓄电池13的充电。
此外,CPU34例如能与由操作者可操作的开关或者按钮等构成的输入部40所输出的信号相应地指示各种的控制动作的执行。
另外,CPU34获取与外部电源11所进行的车辆14的蓄电池13的充电相关的各种的信息,使这些的信息显示在显示部41。
例如,CPU34经由PLC通信部33,通过电力线通信获取从外部电源11的PLC通信部24发送来的可充电电力PEV的信息,基于对车辆侧插头32施加的充电电压VEV,来计算最大充电电流ICHGM。
并且,基于最大充电电流ICHGM以及外部电源11的电源电压VAC,来计算最大充电电力PCHGM,并使这些最大充电电力PCHGM以及最大充电电流ICHGM显示在显示部41。
另外,例如,CPU34经由PLC通信部33来获取从外部电源11的PLC通信部24通过电力线通信而发送来的电力需要预测值的信息。并且,CPU34从车辆14的BATECU53(充电控制部)获取要求电力量U的信息,基于外部电源11的电力需要预测值与车辆14的要求电力量U,来计算充电完成时刻TE,使该充电完成时刻TE显示在显示部41。
另外,例如,CPU34基于从电压传感器42所输出的信号来控制CPL输出部43,该电压传感器42用于对从CPL输出部43向充电电缆12与车辆14之间的控制导频(CPL:Control PilotLine)通信线L所输出的CPL信号的电压进行检测。
此外,CPL输出部43具备2个端子44a、44b。从一个端子44a(第1端子)输出CPL信号的振荡信号,从另一个端子44b(第2端子)输出恒定电压的信号。
并且,切换开关44通过CPU34的控制而选择2个端子44a、44b中的任意一个,经由电阻R1与CPL通信线L连接。
例如,CPU34经由PLC通信部33来获取通过电力线从外部电源11的PLC通信部24发送来的充电电流ICHG的信息。并且,CPU34使表示该充电电流ICHG的大小的脉冲幅宽的CPL信号(振荡信号)从CPL输出部43发送给车辆14的BATECU53。
车辆14例如构成为具备:包含锂离子2次电池等的可反复充电的蓄电池13、可与充电电缆12的车辆侧插头32连接的插头电源连接器51、充电器52、例如由CPU等的电子电路构成的ECU(Electronic Control Unit:电子控制构件)的BATECU53、以及开关54。
充电器52通过车辆14的电力线14L与插头电源连接器51连接,例如具有将从外部电源11经由充电电缆12而供给的交流电力变换为直流电力的逆变器等。另外,根据BATECU53的控制,充电器52通过从外部电源11供给的电力对蓄电池13进行充电。
BATECU53例如对蓄电池13的充电状态进行检测。基于该检测结果、以及从充电电缆12发送来的CPL信号,BATECU53控制充电器52以及开关54的动作,由此,控制对蓄电池13的充电。
例如,BATECU53在从充电电缆12中经由CPL通信线L而接收到表示充电电流ICHG的大小的脉冲幅宽的CPL信号(振荡信号)的情况下,将充电执行的指令信号输出给开关54,对开关54进行接通驱动。并且,BATECU53将与CPL信号的占空比(脉冲幅宽)相应的充电电流提供给蓄电池13,将充电器52的输入限流值设定为与CPL信号的占空比相应的值。
另外,例如,BATECU53在检测出蓄电池13的充电状态达到充满电状态的情况下等,将充电停止的指令信号向开关54输出,对开关54进行关断驱动。
开关54例如根据从BATECU53输出的充电执行的指令信号而成为接通,在充电电缆12与车辆14之间的CPL通信线L上连接有2个电阻R2、R3。另外,开关54例如根据充电停止的指令信号而成为关断,切断电阻R3相对于CPL通信线L的连接。
此外,车辆14的BATECU53与充电电缆12的CPU34例如通过串列通信等而相互能够进行数据的收发。
本实施方式的车辆充电系统10具备上述构成,接下来说明该车辆充电系统10的动作,尤其是说明通过从外部电源11所供给的电力来对车辆14的蓄电池13进行充电的动作。
首先,以下对利用了充电电缆12的充电的主要动作进行说明。
例如,在图2所示的时刻t1,通过操作者将充电电缆12的插头31插入至外部电源11的插座22中,进而充电电缆12与外部电源11的电源P实现连接(电源连接)时,执行存储器35的初始设定等的规定的处理。
然后,例如,在图2所示的时刻t2,切换开关44与CPL输出部43的另一个端子44b连接,无振荡的规定的第1电压V1的信号输出到CPL通信线L。
其次,例如,在图2所示的时刻t3,通过操作者将充电电缆12的车辆侧插头32插入车辆14的插头电源连接器51,充电电缆12与车辆14被连接(车辆连接)时,从CPL输出部43的另一个端子44b输出的信号的电压从第1电压V1变化为作为电阻R1与电阻R2之间的分压的第2电压V2。
然后,例如,在图2所示的时刻t4,通过电压传感器42检测出该电压的变化时,切换开关44与CPL输出部43的一个端子44a连接,第2电压V2的CPL信号(振荡信号)输出到CPL通信线L。
然后,例如,在图2所示的时刻t5,根据CPL信号(振荡信号)而从BATECU53对开关54输出充电执行的指令信号时,开关54成为接通,CPL信号(振荡信号)的电压从第2电压V2变化为电阻R1、电阻R2与电阻R3的分压的第3电压V3。
并且,在通过电压传感器42检测出该电压的变化时,例如,在图2所示的时刻t6~t7的期间,通过漏电检测部37而检测了有无漏电之后,例如,在时刻t7以后,继电器38被接通驱动,开始进行对车辆14的蓄电池13的充电。
此外,在检测漏电的有无时,接通驱动继电器38,例如,在图2所示的时刻t6a~t6b的期间那样产生漏电时,继电器38切换为关断驱动。
并且,例如,在图2所示的时刻t8,从BATECU53对开关54输出充电停止的指令信号时,开关54成为关断,CPL信号(振荡信号)的电压从第3电压V3变化为第2电压V2。
并且,例如,在图2所示的时刻t9,通过电压传感器42检测出该电压的变化时,关断驱动继电器38,停止对车辆14的蓄电池13的充电。
并且,例如,在图2所示的时刻t10,通过操作者将充电电缆12的车辆侧插头32从车辆14的插头电源连接器51拔出进而解除了充电电缆12与车辆14的连接时,从CPL输出部43的另一个端子44b所输出的信号的电压从电阻R1与电阻R2之间的分压的第2电压V2变化为第1电压V1。
并且,例如在图2所示的时刻t11,通过操作者将充电电缆12的插头31从外部电源11的插座22拔出进而解除充电电缆12与外部电源11的电源P的连接。
以下,对通过充电电缆12将外部电源11与车辆14进行了连接后的外部电源11的控制部23的动作进行说明。
首先,例如,在图3所示的步骤S01中,通过电力线通信而从充电电缆12获取容许电力PCCID的信息。
其次,在步骤S02中,获取负载25所消耗的功耗PIF,即,除车辆14的蓄电池13的充电以外所消耗的功耗。
然后,在步骤S03中,获取外部电源11所能够供给的最大供给电力PMAX(即,从外部电源11的限流器21所能够供给的最大供给电力),对从最大供给电力PMAX中减去功耗PIF而所获得的可充电电力PEV(=PMAX-PIF)进行计算。
接着,在步骤S04中,判定可充电电力PEV是否小于零。
在该判定结果为“是”的情况下,前进至步骤S05,在该步骤S05中,将充电电流ICHG设为零后,前进至后述的步骤S09。
另一方面,在该判定结果为“否”的情况下,前进至步骤S06。
然后,在步骤S06中,判定可充电电力PEV是否小于容许电力PCCID。
在该判定结果为“是”的情况下,前进至步骤S08。
另一方面,在该判定结果为“否”的情况下,前进至步骤S07,在该步骤S07中,将容许电力PCCID新设定为可充电电力PEV,前进至步骤S08。
然后,在步骤S08中,将可充电电力PEV除以外部电源11的电源电压VAC来计算充电电流ICHG(=PEV/VAC)。
然后,在步骤S09中,获取当前的时刻以后所预测的电力需要(电力需要预测值)。
然后,在步骤S10中,通过电力线通信(PLC)信号将充电电流ICHG的信息发送给充电电缆12;通过电力线通信(PLC)信号将可充电电力PEV的信息发送给充电电缆12;通过电力线通信(PLC)信号将电力需要预测值的信息发送给充电电缆12;通过电力线通信(PLC)信号而发送当前时刻t0,进入“结束”。
以下,说明在通过充电电缆12将外部电源11与车辆14连接后的充电电缆12的CPU34的动作。
首先,例如,在图4所示的步骤S21中,通过电力线通信(PLC)信号而接收充电电流ICHG的信息。
其次,在步骤S22中,通过CPL信号(振荡信号)将充电电流ICHG的信息发送给车辆14的BATECU53,进入“结束”。
以下,说明在通过充电电缆12而将外部电源11与车辆14连接后的车辆14的BATECU53的动作。
首先,例如,在图5所示的步骤S31中,通过CPL信号(振荡信号),接收充电电流ICHG的信息。
其次,在步骤S32中,将充电电流ICHG与外部电源11的电源电压VAC相乘,计算可接受电力PCHG(=ICHG×VAC)。
然后,在步骤S33中,根据可接受电力PCHG而输出充电电流指令值、充电电压指令值以及充电电力指令值,控制充电器52的充电,进入“结束”。
以下,说明在通过充电电缆12将外部电源11与车辆14连接后的充电电缆12的CPU34所产生的各种信息,例如,最大充电电力PCHGM以及最大充电电流ICHGM的显示动作。
首先,例如,在图6所示的步骤S41中,通过电力线通信(PLC)信号,接收可充电电力PEV的信息。
其次,在步骤S42中,将可充电电力PEV除以对车辆侧插头32施加的充电电压VEV,来计算最大充电电流ICHGM(=PEV/VEV)。
然后,在步骤S43中,将最大充电电流ICHGM与外部电源11的电源电压VAC进行相乘,计算出最大充电电力PCHGM(=ICHGM×VAC)。
而后,在步骤S44中,使最大充电电力PCHGM以及最大充电电流ICHGM在显示部41显示,进入“结束”。
以下,说明在通过充电电缆12将外部电源11与车辆14实现连接后的充电电缆12的CPU34所产生的各种信息,例如,充电完成时刻TE的显示动作。
首先,例如,在图7所示的步骤S51中,通过电力线通信(PLC)信号,接收电力需要预测值的信息,通过电力线通信(PLC)信号,接收当前时刻t0。
其次,在步骤S52中,从BATECU53中获取将蓄电池13的充电状态充电至规定的充电状态(例如,充满电状态等)为止所需的要求电力量U的信息。
然后,在步骤S53中,执行初始化处理,将充电积分值UE设为零,将当前时刻t0设定为充电开始时刻TS以及算出时刻t。
其次,在步骤S54中,将算出时刻t的可充电电力PEV(t)与规定的分割时间Δt相乘,再将该值(=PEV(t)×Δt)与该时点的充电积分值UE进行相加,将相加获得的值新设为充电积分值UE。
其次,在步骤S55中,判定要求电力量U是否比充电积分值UE大。
在该判定结果为“否”的情况下,前进至步骤S56,在该步骤S56中,将在算出时刻t相加分割时间Δt而获得的值新设为算出时刻t,返回上述的步骤S54。
另一方面,在该判定结果为“是”的情况下,前进至步骤S57。
并且,在步骤S57中,将算出时刻t设定为充电完成时刻TE。
其次,在步骤S58中,使充电完成时刻TE显示在显示部41,进入“结束”。
此外,关于电力需要预测值的信息,例如如图8所示,是表示将来的外部电源11的功耗PIF以及可充电电力PEV的时间变化的信息。另外,从充电开始时刻TS起对可充电电力PEV进行时间积分而获得的充电积分值UE达到要求电力量U的时刻是充电完成时刻TE。另外,从充电开始时刻TS至充电完成时刻TE为止的期间成为持续执行充电的充电期间。
另外,充电完成时刻TE按照一定期间而被更新。
如上所述,根据本实施方式的车辆充电系统10,充电电缆12的PLC通信部33与外部电源11的PLC通信部24通过电力线通信而能够进行通信。另外,无需另设用于通信的通信线,能够削减装置构成中所需的费用,能够实现装置的轻量化。另外,例如,较之于可构成无线通信的情况,无需设置收发天线,能够降低噪声。
并且,充电电缆12的CPU34基于通过该电力线通信从外部电源11获取的与可充电电力PEV相关联的信息(例如,基于充电电流ICHG)来对车辆14的蓄电池13供给电力,由此,能够进行适当的充电。
即,充电电缆12的CPU34在从外部电源11获取的可充电电力PEV以下的电力范围内,从外部电源11获取对车辆14的蓄电池13的充电电力。
由此,例如,即使在外部电源11的功耗PIF增大而可充电电力PEV降低的情况下,也能防止提取超过了外部电源11在用于蓄电池13的充电所能够供给的可充电电力PEV的过量的电力。
伴随于此,也能防止在蓄电池13的充电时外部电源11的限流器21发生动作。
而且,基于从外部电源11获取的可充电电力PEV的信息,能够提高最大充电电力PCHGM以及最大充电电流ICHGM、充电完成时刻TE的计算精度,能够提高便利性。
产业上的可利用性
本发明适于能够根据外部电源可供给的电力来适当对车辆的蓄电池进行充电的车辆充电系统。

Claims (1)

1.一种车辆充电系统,其特征在于,具备:
车辆,其具有蓄电池以及控制所述蓄电池的充电的充电控制部;
外部电源,其设置于所述车辆的外部;
充电电缆单元,其具有可电力授受地将所述外部电源与所述车辆进行连接的电力线、以及与所述电力线连接的第1通信控制部;
外部电源电力线,其设置于所述外部电源,且能够与所述充电电缆单元的所述电力线连接;
第2通信控制部,其设置于所述外部电源,且与所述外部电源电力线连接,通过经由所述电力线以及所述外部电源电力线的电力线通信而能够与所述第1通信控制部进行通信;
功耗获取部,其设置于所述外部电源,获取所述外部电源中除所述车辆的所述蓄电池的充电以外所消耗的功耗;
可充电电力计算部,其设置于所述外部电源,对从所述外部电源所能够供给的最大供给电力中减去所述功耗而所获得的可充电电力进行计算;
发送部,其设置于所述充电电缆单元,将由所述第1通信控制部接收到的与所述可充电电力相关联的信息发送至所述车辆的所述充电控制部;以及
控制部,其设置于所述充电电缆单元,基于由所述第1通信控制部接收到的与所述可充电电力相关联的信息,从所述外部电源向所述车辆的所述蓄电池供给电力,
所述第2通信控制部通过经由所述电力线以及所述外部电源电力线的所述电力线通信,将与所述可充电电力相关联的信息发送至所述第1通信控制部,
所述第1通信控制部接收从所述第2通信控制部发送来的与所述可充电电力相关联的信息,
所述充电电缆单元具备显示部,
设置于所述充电电缆单元的所述控制部基于由所述第1通信控制部接收到的所述可充电电力的信息,来计算最大充电电流,并且基于由所述第1通信控制部接收到的所述可充电电力的信息以及所述车辆的要求电力量来计算充电完成时刻,将计算结果显示在设置于所述充电电缆单元的所述显示部。
