Abstract

板蓝根多糖在制备用于治疗和/或预防流感病毒引起的疾病及其并发症的药物中的用途，所述板蓝根多糖的分子量为3000-7000Da，所述的流感病毒包括甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、禽流感病毒，如人流感病毒H1N1、H3N2，禽流感病毒H6N2、H7N3、H9N2及INF B。板蓝根多糖抗病毒作用的机理在于抑制流感病毒吸附到宿主细胞上。本发明还公开了含有上述板蓝根多糖的药物组合物，以及制备所述多糖的方法。
