Description

本发明涉及一种用于通信技术的端子排,它含有其上设置有接电缆线的插入式连接元件的支承板和一种卡在支承板上的排式的上部。
一种这种类型的端子排公开在德国专利28    04    478中。它包括一个支承板和一个可卡在该支承板上的上部。支承板与上部用塑料制成。在支承板内可插入多个每个带有两个伸入所述上部的切割-夹持接点的连接元件。该上部在其壳体上面有多个其间设有槽状开口的夹持件。切割-夹持接点每个由两个其间形成一条接触缝的片状弹性接点脚所构成。嵌入在端子排内的切割-夹持接点的朝上开口的接触缝由于上部有槽状开口而可从上面进入。由于支承板和可卡接的上部间一定要保持非常小的配合间隙,只有短一些的端子排才能以合理的工程制造成本生产出来,因为容差的偏差可能随着增大的长度而叠加。而且很长的端子排的上部的制造成本由于需用大的注塑模具而将是很高的。
因此,按德国专利28    11    812的端子排长度较小,具有10套双芯端子,卡接在一个安装固定夹上。
因此本发明的任务在于提供一种所述类型的端子排,它具有一个较长的长度并且因而能够容纳多于10套双芯端子,而不会带来容差的叠加和制造费用的增高。
这个任务的解决方案在于所述上部由多个分排构成,并且支承板具有多个容纳所述分排的一个接一个排列的容纳腔。根据本发明,一个较长的端子排的容差数值只联系到一个分排的数值。端子排就可能有利地经济地制造出来,因为只需要小的射塑模具来制造分排。
本发明的其它有利的结构在于在支承板内设置有两排平行的容纳腔和一条槽在两排容纳腔的中间平行于所述容纳腔排以容纳一条金属接地母线。还有在支承板的长边的相对角的端头上设置有用来将端子排固定到配线机架上的固定板。所述容纳腔的外壁的外面设置有闩接件来跟分排上的闩接开口卡接。两排分排,例如,可以并排地布置在一个支承板上,用一个公共接地母线来接地。

端子排由一个矩形支承板1与由多个结构相同的、成双排一个接一个地闩接在支承板1上的分排3至7组成的上部2所构成。这些分排3至7跟德国专利28    04    478的上部设计成一样的。
支承板1具有多个用来容纳相应的分排3至7的、成双排一个接一个地排列的容纳腔8至12。在每个容纳腔内设置有多个将容纳腔8至12又再分隔成多个单独的、用来容纳连接元件23的分腔20的横隔壁19。在分腔20的位于对角线相对的角上制出两个容纳切割-夹持接点22的容纳槽24。每个具有两个跟横向轴线成45°的直立的切割-夹持接点22的连接元件23直立地嵌入分腔20内,一个连接元件23的两个切割-夹持接点22的每一条腿21夹持在一个相应的容纳槽24内。因此一个容纳腔8至12的10个分腔中可容纳10个连接元件用于五对双芯线。在图3的左边容纳腔8内示出有三个分腔20。这容纳腔8至12迄今是跟德国专利28    04    478的下部设计成一样的。
分排3至7推入容纳腔8至12的直立连接元件23上。在分排3至7的壳体内部也设置了多个被横隔壁19′分隔开的、配有容纳槽24′的分腔20′。设置在容纳腔8至12的外壁16的外面的4个闩接件18卡在分排3至7的壁上的闩接开口17里。
5对各有5对双芯线接头的分排3至7成双排一个接一个地闩接在支承板1上以形成一个因而包含有总数为50对的双芯线接头的端子排。
在分排3至7的上面25上设置有其间设有电缆线夹持槽27的夹持件26。通过夹持槽27可以进入切割-夹持接点22的朝上开口的接触缝41。要将一根带绝缘皮的电缆线28连接到连接元件23上,首先将电缆线28嵌入夹持槽27内,然后借助于一个未示出的工具压入切割-夹持接点22的接触缝41内,跟横向轴线成45°的直立接点脚21的、由接触缝41界定的锋利刃口首先切透绝缘层,然后嵌入电缆线28的导电芯线。图2示出连接元件23中间有一个分接头38或一个分离接点40。
如图1与2所示,有两排分排3至7互相平行地装在支承板1上。在支承板1上两排分排中间设置有一条跟该排平行伸展的槽13,槽内嵌有一条金属接地母线14。接地母线14两侧有界定槽13的塑料壁31、32在支承板的两边保护着防止接触短路。接地母线14连接到一个未示出的地电位上并作为可插入分排3至7内的过电压保护装置插件29的接地分接头,这插件为此具备一个叉形接点30用来插在接地母线14上。在每个插件29的壳体内装有一个三极过电压保护装置34,其中间接点35连接到叉形接点30上,其外边的接点36、37则通过接触舌片39跟相应的接线元件23的一个中间分接头38连接。借助于一个插件29,两根连接在两个连接元件23上的电缆线28在过电压情况下接通到地电位上。
为了将端子排固定在一个机架、特别是配线架上,在支承板两长边的对角上设置有固定脚15来接纳未示出的紧固螺钉。
为了防尘,有一个盖帽33通过端子排闩接到支承板1上。
端子排可以配上带分接头38的连接元件23成为连接端子排,或者配上带分离接点40的连接元件23作为分离端子排,这样这种端子排也可以用作断路端子排。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于通信技术的端子排含有其上设置有接电缆线的插入式连接元件的支承板和一种卡在支承板上的排式的上部,其特征在于所述上部(2)由多个分排(3至7)构成,并且支承板(1)具有多个容纳所述分排(3至7)的一个接一个排列的容纳腔(8至12)。
2、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于在支承板(1)内设置有一个用来容纳一条金属接地母线(14)的、平行于所述容纳腔(8至12)排的槽(13)。
3、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于在支承板(1)内设置有两排平行的容纳腔(8至12)和一条槽(13)在所述的两排容纳腔的中间以容纳所述接地母线(14)。
4、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于用来将端子排固定到配线机架上的固定板(15)设置在支承板(1)的长边的相对角的端头上。
5、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于在所述容纳腔(8至12)的壁(16)的外面设置有卡在分排(3至7)的闩接开口(17)里的闩接件(18)。
