Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于通信技术的端子排,它含有一个构成下壳体部件的支承板和一个可卡接在支承板上的上壳体部件,连接电缆线的连接元件布置在上下壳体部件之间。
一种这种类型的端子排公开在西德专利28    04    478中。它包括一个支承板和一个可卡接在该支承板上的上壳体部件。支承板与上壳体部件用塑料制成。在支承板内设有可容纳多个布置在上下壳体部件之间的带有两个切割-夹持接点的连接元件的隔间。该上壳体部件在其壳体上面有多个其间设有槽状开口的夹持部。每个切割-夹持接点由两个其间形成一条接触缝的片状弹性接点脚所构成。容纳在端子排内的切割-夹持接点的朝上开口的接触缝由于上壳体部件有槽状开口而可从上面进入。由于支承板的长度和可卡接的上壳体部件的长度间一定要保持非常小的容差,只有短一些的端子排才能以合理的工程制造成本生产出来,因为积累偏差将随着长度的增大而增大。而且很长的端子排的上壳体部件的制造成本由于需用大的塑制模具而将是很高的。
因此,按西德专利28    11    812的端子排长度较小,具有10个双接线端子,卡接在一个安装固定夹上。
因此本发明的任务在于提供一种所述类型的端子排,它具有一个较长的长度并且因而能够容纳多于10个双接线端子,而不会带来偏差的叠加和制造费用的增高。
这个任务的解决方案在于支承板设有至少一排一个接一个排列的容纳腔,并且每个容纳腔容纳构成上壳体部件的分壳体条段(partial     housing    strip)中之一个。根据本发明,一个较长的端子排的偏差数值只联系到单个分壳体条段的偏差数值。端子排就可能有利地经济地制造出来,因为只需要小的塑制模具来制造分壳体条段。
本发明的其它有利的结构在于在支承板内设置一个用来容纳一条金属接地母线的、平行于所述容纳腔排的槽,还在于在支承板设置有两排平行的容纳腔并且在两排容纳腔的中间设有一条用以容纳所述接地母线的槽。还有在支承板的长边的对角的端头上设置有用来将端子排固定到配线机架上的固定凸耳。所述容纳腔的外壁的外面设置有闩接件来跟分壳体条段上的闩接开口卡接。两排分壳体条段、例如、可以并排地布置在一个支承板上,用一个公共接地母线来接地。
本发明将在下面借助于一个在附图示出的一个端子排的实施例详细描述,其中:

图2是一个通过端子排的剖视图,
图3是端子排的俯视图,上带有两个分壳体条段的部份视图。
端子排由一个形成下壳体部件的矩形支承板1与由多个结构相同的、成双排一个接一个地卡接在支承板1上的分壳体条段3至7组成的上壳体部件2所构成。这些分壳体条段3至7的结构跟西德专利28    04    478的上壳体部件是完全一样的。
支承板1具有多个用来容纳相应的分壳体条段3至7的、成双排一个接一个地排列的容纳腔8至12。在每个容纳腔内设置有多个横隔壁19将容纳腔8至12又再分隔成多个单独的、用来容纳连接元件23的分腔20。在分腔20的位于对角线相对的角上制出两个容纳切割-夹持接点22的容纳槽24。每个具有两个跟横向轴线成45°的直立的切割-夹持接点22的连接元件23直立地容纳在分腔20内。容纳腔8至12中的任一个都有10个分腔,因此在一个容纳腔中可容纳10个连接元件。在图3的左边 容纳腔8内示出有三个分腔20。容纳腔8至12间隔成几个分腔20以容纳切割-夹持接点22的结构跟西德专利28    04    478的下壳体部件的、即支承板的隔间完全一样。
现将西德专利28    04    478通过引证结合到本申请中。
直立连接元件23容纳在分壳体条段3至7和容纳腔8至12内。在分壳体条段3至7的壳体内部也设置了多个被横隔壁19′分隔开的、配有容纳槽24′的分腔20′。设置在容纳腔8至12的外壁16的外面的4个闩接件18卡在分壳体条段3至7的壁上的闩接开口17里。
5对各有10个双接线端子的分壳体条段3至7成双排一个接一个地闩接在支承板1上以形成一个因而包含有总数为50对的双接线端子的端子排。
在分壳体条段3至7的上面25上设置有其间设有电缆线夹持槽27的夹持部26。通过夹持槽27可以进入切割-夹持接点22的朝上开口的接触缝41。要将一根带绝缘皮的电缆线28连接到连接元件23上,首先将电缆线28嵌入夹持槽27内,然后借助于一个未示出的工具压入切割-夹持接点22的接触缝41内,跟横向轴线成45°的直立接点脚21的、由接触缝41构成的锋利刃口首先切透绝缘层,然后嵌入电缆线28的导电芯线。图2示出连接元件23中间有一个分接头38或一个切断接点40。
如图1与2所示,有两排分壳体条段3至7互相平行地卡接在支承板1上。在支承板1上两排分壳体条段中间设置有一条跟该两排壳体条段平行伸展的槽13,槽内嵌有一条金属接地母线14。接地母线14在两侧有在支承板上界定槽13的塑料壁31、32保护着以防止接触短路。接地母线14连接到一个未示出的地电位上并作为可插入分壳体条段3至7内的过电压保护装置插件29的接地分接头,这插件为此具备一个叉形接点30用来插在接地母线14上。在每个插件29的壳体内装有一个三极过电压保护器件34,其中间接点35连接到叉形接点30上,其外边的接点36、37 则通过接触舌片39跟相应的接线元件23的一个中间分接头38连接。借助于一个插件29,两根连接在两个连接元件23上的电缆线28在过电压情况下接通到地电位上。
为了将端子排固定在一个机架、特别是配线架上,在支承板两长边的对角上设置有固定凸耳15来接纳未示出的紧固螺钉。
为了防尘,有一个盖帽33通过端子排卡接到支承板1上。
端子排可以配上带分接头38的连接元件23成为连接端子排,或者配上带切断接点40的连接元件23作为切断端子排,这样这种端子排也可以用作断路端子排。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于通信技术的端子排,它含有一个构成下壳体部件的支承板和一种可卡接在支承板上的排式的上壳体部件,连接电缆线的连接元件布置在上下壳体部件之间,其特征在于所述支承板(1)设有至少一排一个接一个排列的容纳腔(8至12),并且每个容纳腔(8至12)容纳构成上壳体部件(2)的分壳体条段(3至7)中之一个。
2、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于在支承板(1)内设置有一个用来容纳一条金属接地母线(14)的、平行于所述容纳腔(8至12)排的槽(13)。
3、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于在支承板(1)内设置有两排平行的容纳腔(8至12),并且在所述的两排容纳腔的中间设有一条用以容纳所述接地母线(14)的槽(13)。
4、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于用来将端子排固定到配线机架上的固定凸耳(15)设置在支承板(1)的长边的对角的端头上。
5、按权利要求1的端子排,其特征在于在所述容纳腔(8至12)的外壁(16)的外面设置有卡在分壳体条段(3至7)的闩接开口(17)里的闩接件(18)。
