背景技术
DE102008042525A1公开了一种启动装置,其具有自由退出的小齿轮。该小齿轮在实施为中空轴的从动轴上轴向移动地被引导。止动件限制移动距离。
相对于这种情况,希望这样设置,即,减少部件的数量且由此减少工作步骤数目。
发明内容
权利要求1的主题具备这样的优点,即,能够不仅获得单件式的止动件,而且获得形状锁合地固定的止动件。
锁止元件构造有凸缘,该凸缘具有至少两个环区段,其优点在于,凸缘在装配时不容许过难的变形。锁止元件的形状精度高,凸缘后切到从动轴的槽中的可实现的深度亦高。
凸缘通过相对于从动轴居中的区部能相对精确地定位且无卡夹地插入到槽中。
根据权利要求7的方法,仅用一个在传动轴上待固定的部件实现止动件的制造。通过如何使凸缘变形的方式方法,理想情况下,在小齿轮的侧面不需要第二工具,因为小齿轮用作工具替代件。
由于力F施加或作用到锁止元件的外部区域,锁止元件弹性的大小减小,使得力F特别有效地实现了塑性变形。

具体实施方式
图1a局部地示出了自由退出的启动装置16(参见图3)的中空轴13的自由端10。中空轴13(有时也称作从动轴)可移动地布置在传动轴19上并具有开口20。传动轴19具有朝向其端部22的轴肩25。在与轴肩相连的直径较小的轴颈28上固定有限位环31,该限位环31借助于挡圈34和槽37固着在轴颈28中。
中空轴13以其内圆周43的一部分在限位环31的外圆周40上引导。作为封闭装置53的盖自中空轴13的端部47安放,该盖利用先前未详细提及的一部分接合在邻近中空轴13的端部47加工出的槽56中。该盖具有不同区域:中央区域59覆盖开口20。该中央区域59与位于径向外侧的弯曲接头62连接,该弯曲接头62与向内指向的凸缘65一体地连接。凸缘65具有多个扁平区部,这些扁平区部在此称作环区段66。这些环区段66通过基本上径向延伸的缝隙68分开。这些缝隙68使得能够简单地、即较省力地弯曲凸缘65的环区段66。环区段66例如可通过n个缝隙68分开,其中,n例如在2至16之间。该封闭装置53由此具有至少两个环区段66。
可选的是,封闭装置53具有相对于从动轴的外圆周74居中的区部71。该区部71例如构造为环筒形。同样地或作为替换,封闭装置53可具有同样例如构造为环筒形的区部77。在作为替换的情况下,区部77相对于中空轴13的内圆周43居中地构造。若设置两个区部71和77,则中空轴13的端部47可容纳所述两个区部之间。
对此,可选地设置成,中空轴13尽可能密封地由封闭装置53封闭。为此设置成,将密封件80固定在封闭装置53上,密封件80支撑在中空轴13的端面83上。按照封闭装置53的构造,密封件80位于区部77的径向外侧,或位于区部71的径向内侧,或位于区部77与区部71之间。密封件80由封闭装置或由锁止元件居中地支承。
在此情况下,小齿轮86沿轴向与凸缘65直接相对置地布置。无论是在制造过程中,还是在操作中,小齿轮86都伸出其中接合有凸缘65的槽56。
图2示出了封闭装置53如何作为锁止元件起作用。封闭装置53与其向内指向的凸缘65一起接合到槽37中。位于从动轴上且轴向移动的小齿轮86在其可移动性上受到锁止元件的限制,其中,径向向内指向的凸缘65不仅用作用于小齿轮86的止动件89,而且还接合到位于从动轴外圆周74上的槽56中。
结合图1a、1b和图2,下面对制造用于启动装置16的布置在从动轴上的可移动小齿轮86的止动件89的方法作出说明。基于图1a,封闭装置53首先具有凸缘65,该凸缘虽径向向内地对准,但却具有从中央区域59向外指向的方向分量。凸缘65以其朝向小齿轮86对准的方式布置在从动轴或中空轴13上。凸缘65通过朝向小齿轮86方向对准的作用力F变形,使得凸缘65在变形之后从后接合形成在从动轴上的卷边92。力F(actio)作用到封闭装置53上,优选作用到外部区域上。在此,封闭装置53利用其凸缘65的最内端贴靠在小齿轮86的一部分上。此时,小齿轮86产生凸缘65变形所需的反作用力G(reactio),使得凸缘65围绕弯曲接头62转向封闭装置53的其它区域,并且保持弯曲,参见图2。在此,凸缘65以至少一个棱边95刮擦(schaben)在小齿轮86上,参见图1b。

Claims (10)

1.一种制造用于启动装置(16)的布置在从动轴上的可移动小齿轮(86)的止动件(89)的方法,其中锁止元件具有径向向内指向的凸缘(65),该凸缘通过朝向小齿轮(86)方向的力(F)变形,使得该凸缘在变形之后从后接合形成在所述从动轴上的卷边(92)。
2.如前述权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述凸缘(65)变形所需的反作用力(G)由小齿轮(86)施加到所述凸缘(65)上。
3.如前述权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述凸缘(65)以至少一个棱边(95)刮擦在小齿轮(86)上。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在径向向内指向的凸缘(65)变形时,在锁止元件的外部区域上施加所述力(F)。
5.一种启动装置(16),具有从动轴和布置在该从动轴上的小齿轮(86),该启动装置还具有限制所述小齿轮(86)的移动性的锁止元件,其特征在于,该锁止元件具有径向向内指向的凸缘(65),该凸缘不仅是用于小齿轮(86)的止动件(89),而且接合到位于所述从动轴的外圆周(74)上的槽(56)中。
6.如权利要求5所述的启动装置,其特征在于,所述凸缘(65)为环区段形并且具有至少两个环区段(66)。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的启动装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件具有相对于所述从动轴的外圆周(74)居中的区部(71)。
8.如权利要求5至7之一所述的启动装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件具有一个相对于所述从动轴的内圆周(43)居中的区部(77)。
9.如权利要求5至8之一所述的启动装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件与定位在所述从动轴与所述锁止元件之间的密封件(80)相对置地布置。
10.如权利要求9所述的启动装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件居中地支承所述密封件(80)。
