用一种带压机或涂覆机,在薄板的一面或两面覆 合上一层薄膜或类似的方法。为此,把上接触面和下 接触面都互相对平的薄板的端面互相排在一起连接 为一整块板块(6a),在板块上面复压上薄膜(7),然 后,对该已复压上薄膜的板块在薄板的连接部位进行 分割使其各自分离成单块板。

Description

本发明是关于一种用一台带压机或涂覆机在薄板的一面或两个面上复合一层薄膜的方法,在这里,薄板和薄膜或类似物是被连续地输入到带压机或涂覆机的压缝内的。
在该领域中已知的一种方法是:把同样厚度的薄板排成一队输入到一台双带压机或涂覆机的开口中,在双带压机中,由环行压带的工作回行段限定了压缝的通道,薄板在该压缝通道内受热和受压,使得薄膜或浸渍过树脂的纸覆盖在薄板的上接触面及下接触面上,接着,在两块毗连的薄板的接头处的薄膜被切开。
薄板(薄木屑板、硬的纤维板或诸如此类的木板)具有的厚度从2到10毫米。由于板的厚度小,以及生产或下料剪截不精密,可能会产生下面的情况:相邻的二块薄板的向上表面互相不平,以至在输送到带压机开口或者压缝中去时,不能保证两块相邻的薄板的端面彼此靠紧。当二块相邻的板之间的整个面缺少支撑的情况下,在它的端壁区域内也存在着危险,跟在后面的板会推开走在前面的板,或者在二块相邻的薄板之间存在一段较大的距离,以至在该区域内,要覆盖到薄板上去的薄膜或类似物得不到必须的薄板作支靠,可能会发生把薄膜粘附在环形压带上。把薄板送入双带压机时,这些薄板在接口处彼此会叠在一起,可能会损坏压机的环形压带。
本发明的任务是对本文开始时所说的已有的涂覆方法进行改造,使在把薄板输入带压机或涂覆机的压缝的过程中,避免在传输面上或垂直传输面上后进去的板相对于前面先进去的板产生错位、或后进去的板重叠在前面先进去的板上。
本发明的任务是通过下面方法来解决的:把上接触面和下接触面互相都调平的薄板以端面与端面相接触互相排在一起连接成一块板块,在该板块上覆压上薄膜或类似物,然后对该经过覆压的板块,在其薄板的连接处施行分割,使其各自分离成单块薄板。
通过把单块的薄板连接成一整块板块,不但可以保证采用带压机或涂覆机在避免运转故障的情况下把薄膜或类似物复合上去,而且简化了向带压机输送薄板的方式。
从后面的权利要求和下面附图所描述的实施例中,可以进一步得出本发明的特征:
图1,表示具有一台带压机的涂覆装置的部分示意图和部分截面;
图2至图6,表示在二块相邻接薄板之间的各种可能的连接;
图7,一种板块的透视图。
在图1中所表示的带压机1具有一条环行的压带2,该压带的工作回行段限定了压缝3的一个面,并且与滚柱导轨6上的一个滚柱5和轧辊4一起形成一个开口,该开口是用来输入板块6a以及薄膜7。在压缝3上的工作压力通过一个压力缓冲垫8产生,该压力缓冲垫与压带2相对通过密封垫9密封。
板块6a由具有同样厚度的一块块薄板组成,这些薄板的端面与端面互相衔接在一起。
按照图2的实施例,薄板10和11之间互相通过一个斜面连接,薄板的斜向衔接面12互相胶合。
在图3的实施例中,薄板10和11通过其上面的锥形尖齿13衔接,这些外形合适的锥形尖齿交错啮合,衔接面互相胶合。
图4表示也可以通过缝纫把薄板10和11互相衔接在一起,在该附图中,表示了在接头端面14的两边叠加上了经过缝纫的锯齿形的缝。
在图5中,薄板10和11之间互相是通过卡钉16来互相衔接的,使这二片薄板构成完整的一块。
在图6中描述了另一种实施例,在该实施例中,薄板10、11互相是通过一种粘胶带17连接在一起的。
用粘胶带或缝纫方法连接的接缝可以只在一面施行也可以在两面都都施行。
在这几种把薄板互相连接的方法中,上面的接触面18,19或者20,21互相对平。
还有一种可能是把薄板直接互相对粘连接。
图7表示了一块板块的透视图,这一块板块是由薄的木屑板构成,适当地调置木屑板的边角,使其有一定斜度,通常是使其有些高低。
为了使这一重要的边角最后恢复成原来的形状,在该板块的二块薄板相邻的部位采用一种U形胶接片22,该胶接片把构成板块的二块相邻的薄板23的边角加固住,而且是从三个面上扣住,接片从侧边24起向中间延长到宽度a,例如该宽度可以达到50毫米。通过这种U形胶接片,这些角被回复到原来形状,并且被加固了。
在构成板块的二块相邻接的薄板的边角上安装胶接片要涉及到一种连接的方法,这些方法在前面已作过描述并表示在图中。

Claims (7)

1、采用一种带压机或一种涂覆机,连续地向该压机或涂覆机的压缝输入薄板和薄膜或低等类似物,使在薄板的一面或二面覆上一层薄膜或浸渍过树脂的纸的方法,其特征是,把薄板(10,11)的向上的和向下的接触面(18,19;20,21)互相调平,然后使其端面互相靠在一起连接成一块板块,把薄膜(7)或纸等类似物复压在板块上面,然后对该板块在薄板的连接处施行分割使其各自分离成单块薄板。
2、按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,这些薄板在其端面相接的部位采用一种粘胶带而互相连接。
3、按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,这些薄板在其端面相接的部位通过用尖斜面,锥形尖齿,缝纫,对粘或诸如此类方法互相连接。
4、按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,采用U形卡钉作为连接方法。
5、按照权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征是,用缝纫或用粘胶带连接的接缝或者只在一面施行,或者在二面都施行。
6、按照权利要求1至5中的任一条所述的方法,其特征是,在一块板块中两块相邻的薄板是通过在其角上用一种U形胶接片而互相连接。
7、按照权利要求6所述的方法,其特征是,该胶接片从板块的边缘起向板块中间伸长到宽度a。
