本发明涉及一种尤其适用于车辆座椅的调整装置,其包括用于引导操作杆(lever)元件的导向元件,其中所述导向元件与承载轨道(carrier rail)紧密(positive)接触。本发明还涉及一种包括这种调整装置的车辆座椅和用于制造车辆座椅的方法。 
背景技术
车辆座椅通常包括可手动或电动操作的纵向调整机构,且其通过位于成对互锁轨道上的凹部和相关联的锁定元件而将座椅固定,在每种情况下所述成对互锁轨道平行布置。在这种情况下,成对轨道可具有开放或闭合的形式(例如DE 3631810A,DE 4007857A,EP A2-0260074),且一方面固定到车辆座椅上,而另一方面固定到所述车辆地板和/或底盘。 
通常通过这种类型的调整机构,操作杆或导向元件可位移地在承载轨道内受到引导,且其被固定以便能够以可变方式锁定在位。这会导致发出不希望的噪声,尤其是在解锁过程中。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种适用于车辆座椅的调整装置,其在可最安静地操作方面具有改进的性能,尤其是在调整过程中,例如调整车辆座椅纵向对准时。还提出一种具有改进调整装置的车辆座椅。 
根据本发明,通过权利要求1所述的特征来实现该目的。关于车辆座椅,该目的通过权利要求7所述的特征来实现。 
本发明的有利改进形成从属权利要求的主题。 
该调整装置包括导向元件,其与承载轨道紧密接触以便引导操作杆元件。根据本发明,导向元件的至少一个接触区域至少部分地包括异形倒角。 
“操作杆元件”在本发明的含义内理解成杆、轨道或类似构件,其可旋转地布置于所述承载轨道上以及至少一个端部接合于导向元件内。 
根据本发明的调整装置不仅通过减少承载轨道上的支承表面而在制造过程中节省材料,而且由于例如相关联地减少用于调整例如车辆座椅的摩擦阻力而可允许特别简单的解锁,同时显著地降低噪音的形成。 
所述导向元件上的异形倒角也导致受到根据本发明调整装置引导的组件可具有更大的制造公差,且根据本发明的装置不会丧失上述有利性能。 
在本发明的一个改进中,所述异形倒角设有波浪形轮廓。这种以波浪形方式形成的异形倒角能够以简单的方式制备,且用于进一步减少导向元件与承载轨道之间的支承面。例如,所述导向元件可设计成在其内模制出波浪形轮廓的模制部分 
有利地,所述倒角和异形的接触区域形成于所述导向元件的面对承载轨道的一侧上。一种可能的实施例设置成所述接触区域形成于导向元件的凹部边缘上。 
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述导向元件由属于热塑性弹性体类的材料来制成和/或涂覆有属于热塑性弹性体类的材料,上述材料具体为选自于由下述材料构成的组中的那些材料:共聚酯弹性体(COPE)(例如ArnitelTM(DSM),SkypelTM(SK Chemical),Keyflex BTTM(LG Chemical),聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体(TPE-U)(例如SkythaneTM或EstaneTM),交联的烯烃类热塑性弹性体(TPE-V)(例如SarlinkTM(DSM))和苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(TPE-S)(例如MultiflexTM(Multibase)),特别优选ArnitelTM(DSM),SkypelTM(SK Chemical),Keyflex BTTM(LG Chemical),SkythaneTM,EstaneTM,或SarlinkTM(DSM))。备选地,也可以使用本领域技术人员所熟知的具有类似物理化学性质的材料,或例如基于天然橡胶的那些材料。

在图1中以模块化结构示出调整装置的细节,尤其是适用于车辆座椅的纵向调整机构的细节,对于车辆座椅而言没有更详细地示出。该调整装置包括承载轨道1和操作杆元件2,上述承载轨道1和操作杆元件2用于调整车辆座椅。为此,操作杆元件2可旋转地绕旋转轴线布置于承载轨道1上。操作杆元件2可为操作杆臂、轨道或一个类似的组件。 
所述操作杆元件在至少一个端部上具有用于引导操作杆元件2的导向元件3。在这种情况下,导向元件3布置于其上形成操作杆元件2旋转轴线的操作杆元件2的端部处。 
操作杆元件2平行于承载轨道1延伸,并在前端插入导向元件3的开口内,且通过紧密连接、非紧密连接和/或材料连接而保持在开口内。 
承载轨道1还具有凹部6,适用于调整机构(没有更详细地示出)的锁定单元的连接元件7突出到凹部6内。通过致动操作杆元件2,特别是通过反作用于保持操作杆元件2的弹簧元件8的弹簧力来旋转所述操作杆元件,导向元件3随其一起旋转,由此连接元件7移动且纵向调整的锁定被释放。此时可以调整车辆座椅。 
通过释放操作杆元件2,所述操作杆元件连同导向元件3和连接元件7由于弹簧元件8的弹簧力而再次移动回到其初始位置,这样该调整机构再次被锁定。为此目的,弹簧元件8优选设计成复位弹簧。 
此外,操作杆元件2的致动以及由此由于摩擦(特别是导向元件3在承载轨道1上的滑动摩擦)而导致的导向元件3的运动会导致形成噪声,上述是不希望的。 
至少为了减少这种噪声形成,导向元件3在面向承载轨道1的一侧上设有异形倒角4。在该示例性实施例中,异形倒角4设有配置成波浪形轮廓 5的轮廓,以便降低导向元件3与承载轨道1之间的支承表面。倒角4也可设有不同的减少支承表面的轮廓。

1.一种适用于车辆座椅的调整装置,其包括用于引导操作杆元件(2)的导向元件(3),其中,所述导向元件(3)与承载轨道(1)相接触,其特征在于,所述导向元件(3)的至少一个接触区域至少部分地包括异形倒角(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调整装置,其特征在于,所述异形倒角(4)设有波浪形轮廓(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的调整装置,其特征在于,所述接触区域形成于所述导向元件(3)的面向承载轨道(1)的一侧上。
4.根据任一前述权利要求所述的调整装置,其特征在于,所述接触区域形成于所述导向元件(3)的凹部(6)的边缘上。
5.根据任一前述权利要求所述的调整装置,其特征在于,所述导向元件(3)由热塑性弹性体制成,特别是由选自于由下述材料构成的组中的热塑性弹性体制成:共聚酯弹性体(COPE),聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体(TPE-U),交联的烯烃类热塑性弹性体(TPE-V)和苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(TPE-S)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的调整装置,其特征在于,所述导向元件(3)由选自于由下述材料构成的组中的材料制成:ArnitelTM,SkypelTM,KeyflexBTTM,SkythaneTM,EstaneTM和SarlinkTM
