Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对液体充气,尤其是对污水等曝气的装置。
背景技术
EP 0549518A1描述了一种用于对液体充小气泡的装置。其中,支撑板包括至少一个气体排出口。具有细穿孔的充气膜在边缘区域与该支撑板紧密连接。此外,该气体排出口的开口具有阻止液体进入到该气体排出口的单向膜阀。例如,为了对液体充气,气体通过该气体排出口被压入并介于该支撑板和该充气膜之间。结果,该充气膜从该支撑板上被提起,并向外形成凸面。气体从该穿孔中通过并在待充气的液体中形成小气泡。-如果高水压,例如4-8米水柱的高水压作用在所述已知装置,所述充气膜仅在位于其下的气体排出口的区域从该支撑板上提起。气体排出仅在该有限的区域内发生。已知设备的效果大大受限,尤其是在高水压的情况下。
从DE 9415775U1已知另一种充气装置。其中,两个径向狭槽作为气体排出口,设置于盘状支撑结构。充气膜在这些气体排出口上面的区域没有穿孔。-这增加了该充气装置在高水压的情况下的效能。然而,这里也一样,该充气膜的远离该气体排出口的区域被水压压在该支撑结构上。不利的是,没有气体通过该充气膜的穿孔进入这些区域并进入待充气的液体。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是消除所述现有技术的缺陷。特别地,提出了一种即使在高液体压力下也能对液体有效充气的装置。根据本发明的另一个目的,本发明的装置将尽可能地坚固和可靠。
该目的通过权利要求1的特征实现。本发明的有利的实施例源自权利要求2至13的特征。
根据本发明,提出了一种用于对液体充气,尤其是对污水等曝气的装置,包括:
下外壳元件,该元件具有基本上圆形开放区域和进气口,
盘形上外壳元件,其对应于该开放区域并用于覆盖该开放区域,其中,该上外壳元件具有背对该下外壳元件的上侧,并且在该上外壳元件的周边边缘附近设有多个气体通孔,所述气体通孔穿过该上侧,以及
多孔充气膜,覆盖该上外壳元件的上侧。
该上外壳元件基本上由盘形承载板形成,承载板的上侧由该多孔充气膜覆盖。该多孔充气膜有利地绕该承载板的周边边缘与其接合。通过在周边边缘附近提供气体通孔,确保了即使在高水压时,该充气膜可从该承载板的上侧完全膨起,并且气体穿过该充气膜的穿孔。此外,所提出的装置的优点是,在相对较低的空气压力下,气泡即可从该充气膜中逸出。至于充气所使用的气体的量,该装置可控制在较大的范围。在较小控制范围内,该装置可以方便地用少量的空气操作。
术语“在上外壳元件的周边边缘附近”应理解为,在上侧从该周边边缘延伸到该上外壳元件的半径的约0.5倍,优选0.7倍的环形区域。有利地,所述气体通孔可由狭槽形成,这些狭槽从该上外壳元件的中心点以相同的径向距离设置,并沿位于该环形区域内部的假想圆分段延伸。
根据本发明的有利的实施例,该下外壳元件具有底部,该底部至少部分以漏斗状的方式配置,并且在该底部上模制有以凸边状物(fillet)的方式成形的连接件,用于适形配合(formschlüssig)地连接该下外壳元件到供气管线。有利地,该连接件以半圆筒形斜槽的方式配置,在该斜槽的两边缘可形成向外突出的腹板。此外,可提供对应于该连接件的配合件,该配合件具有基本上为斜槽的形状,在斜槽的边缘形成相对的沟状凹槽。这使得基本上适形配合地连接该连接件到供气管线并使其与配合件互锁。为了建立压入配合(kraftschlüssig)连接,例如,所述腹板和与此对应的沟状凹槽可倾斜地布置,使得当所述腹板插入到沟状凹槽的深度增加时,弹性作用力也增加,该弹性作用力将该连接件和配合件压向该供气管线。
所述底部可包括弯曲部分,该弯曲部分具有对应于该凸边状物的曲率,并朝向开放区域突出。有利地,所述进气口从中央穿过底部。此外,该进气口有利地穿过该连接件。因此,通过连接该下外壳元件,所述进气口可直接连接到供气管线中的供气口。这简化了本发明的装置在供气管线上的安装。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进气口开口面向下外壳元件的外壳内部,并设有单向阀,优选单向膜阀。特别地,单向膜阀可以一种简单和成本效率高的方式生产。例如,在充气膜损害的情况下,提供单向阀可防止液体进入到该进气口。
根据另一个实施例,提供了圆筒形支撑结构,该结构从上外壳元件的下侧延伸,该下侧与所述上侧相对。所述圆筒形支撑结构有利地居中连接到该下侧,并有利地包括多个孔,所述孔使气体进入外壳内部。有利地,所述孔配置成轴向延伸的狭槽的形式。
从所述圆筒形支撑结构,腹板或肋可以朝向周边边缘径向延伸。这些肋有利地模制在该支撑板的下侧,可增加装置的稳定性。特别地,避免了承载板由于高水压的影响产生的不期望的变形。
每种情况下,可在两个相邻的肋之间提供一个排气口。有利地,该排气口为狭槽形状并在承载板靠近周边边缘从一个肋延伸到下一个相邻肋。
根据本发明另一特别有利的实施例,当上外壳元件连接到下外壳元件时,所述肋配置成分段适形配合地被支撑在该弯曲部分上。因此,可进一步提高该承载板抗高水压作用的稳定性。
根据本发明又一特别有利的实施例,当上外壳元件连接到下外壳元件时,所述肋配置成在两个相互垂直的方向上适形配合地被支撑在该弯曲部分上。这意味着,所述肋的下边缘以这样的方式配置,使得该上外壳元件可以在两个装配位置适形配合地连接到该下外壳元件,尤其是连接到底部的弯曲部分。这进一步便于装配该装置。
根据再一实施例,提供了啮合在上外壳元件边缘上的螺纹环,用于把上外壳元件紧固到下外壳元件。使用提出的螺纹环,上外壳元件可与下外壳元件压紧。所提出的上下外壳元件利用螺纹环的连接是可拆卸的。相应地,例如损坏的充气膜可以被更换。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,下外壳元件1有利地由注塑成型的塑料制成,并具有圆筒形第一外周壁2,外螺纹3形成在该第一外周壁2上。被弯曲底部部分5穿透的漏斗状底部部分4从第一外周壁2延伸。弯曲底部部分5是连接件6的一体组成部分,其中,连接件6模制在底部上并以半圆筒形的方式配置。
如图2特别所示,连接件6具有两个向外延伸的腹板7,所述腹板相对于连接件6的轴倾斜延伸。配合件用附图标记8标示,以扩张的半圆筒形的方式配置并在其两边缘具有沟状凹槽9。该沟状凹槽9被形成为使其与腹板7相对应,这样,配合件8可通过在连接件6上滑动来与连接件6连接。
上外壳元件10有利地由注塑成型的塑料制成,以盘形的方式构造并具有圆筒形第二外周壁11。第二外周壁11的外径小于第一外周壁2的内径,从而上外壳元件10可插入到下外壳元件1中。上外壳元件10的上侧O形成为基本上平坦的。形成上侧O的承载盘12在邻近第二外周壁11的部位具有狭槽状气体通孔13。
如图4和图5特别所示,增强腹板或肋14在承载盘12的下侧U的径向方向上从第二外周壁11延伸。模制在承载盘12上的肋14的高度从上外壳元件10的周边边缘(由第二外周壁11形成的)向上外壳元件10的中心分段增加。下侧U的中心被从承载盘12延伸的圆筒形支撑结构15包围。肋14邻接该圆筒形支撑结构15。圆筒形支撑结构15具有多个轴向狭槽16,这些轴向狭槽在肋14之间延伸直到承载盘12的附近。
每种情况下,至少一部分肋14在圆筒形支撑结构15的附近具有支撑边缘17。支撑边缘17的高度和倾斜度适于这样的方式,使得在装配状态,至少一部分肋14支撑在弯曲底部部分5上。类似地,圆筒形支撑结构15的上边缘18也以圆弧部分的形式成形,使得在装配状态,所述上边缘18也适形配合地支撑在弯曲底部部分5上。

附图标记19标示充气膜,例如可由硅橡胶制成并配置成使其对应于上侧O以及第二外周壁11。充气膜19的圆周边缘部分在装配状态以这样的方式包围第二外周壁11,使得插入到下外壳元件1的上外壳元件10通过充气膜19的边缘部分被支撑在模制在下外壳元件1上的支撑腹板20上。由此,实现上外壳元件10和下外壳元件1形成的外壳的气密性。
为了紧固上外壳元件10连同附于其上的充气膜19,提供了螺纹环21,其中螺纹环的内壁具有对应于外螺纹3的内螺纹22。中间环23把螺纹环21施加的夹紧力均匀施加到充气膜19并在紧固该螺纹环21的同时形成滑动表面。
下外壳元件1的弯曲底部部分5被进气口24穿透,其中在进气口面对外壳内部的一端上,提供了单向膜25,该单向膜25具有膜板26以及附于其上的多孔阀膜27。
该装置具有以下功能:
为了装配在设置有供气口的供气管线(图中未示出)上,带有连接件6的预装配装置以这样的方式设置于该供气管线,使得进气口24穿透进入该供气口(此处未示出)。随后,将配合件8附于连接件6上,从而将该装置以夹持的方式紧固于该供气管线。

通过径向向外设置在承载板12上的气体通孔13压入气体,并将气体压向充气膜19,该充气膜19从周边边缘开始在整个区域上膨胀。利用充气膜19的整个区域产生气泡。
在中断的气体供应期间,作用在上外壳元件10上的液压通过圆筒形支撑结构15尤其是其上设置有支撑边缘17的肋14施加在下外壳元件1的底部的弯曲部分5上。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于对液体充气的装置,包括:
下外壳元件(1),该元件具有基本上圆形开放区域和进气口(24),
盘形上外壳元件(10),其对应于所述开放区域并用于覆盖该开放区域,其中,该上外壳元件(10)具有盘形承载板(12),该承载板(12)具有背对该下外壳元件(1)并形成为基本上平坦的上侧(O),并且在该上外壳元件(10)的周边边缘附近设有多个气体通孔(13),所述气体通孔(13)穿过该承载板(12),以及
