Claims (12)
- 円形の開口部と底部中央のガス流入口(24)とを有する円筒状をなす下部ハウジング要素(1)と、
前記下部ハウジング要素(1)の前記開口部を覆うために該開口部に対応する円盤状をなす上部ハウジング要素(10)と、
有孔通ガス膜(19)と、を備え、
前記上部ハウジング要素(10)が、平坦な上面を前記下部ハウジング要素(1)とは反対側に向けた円盤状のキャリアプレート(12)を有し、前記キャリアプレート(12)には、該キャリアプレート(12)を貫通する複数のガス貫通開口(13)が、前記上部ハウジング要素(10)の半径の0.7倍の半径位置と前記上部ハウジング要素(10)の周縁部との間の環状領域内に一定半径の円周に沿って断続的に配置され、
前記有孔通ガス膜(19)が前記上部ハウジング要素(10)に、前記キャリアプレート(12)の前記上面を覆い、その全周囲を気密に封止するように固定され、
それにより、前記ガス流入口(24)から前記複数のガス貫通開口(13)を介して前記有孔通ガス膜(19)と前記キャリアプレート(12)上面との間に供給される加圧ガスによって、前記有孔通ガス膜(19)をその周縁部から全体を膨張させるようにしたエアレーション装置。 - 前記複数のガス貫通開口(13)が前記キャリアプレート(12)の周縁部に沿って配置されている、請求項1に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記上部ハウジング要素(10)が、前記キャリアプレート(12)の下面にその前記周縁部に向けて延在する複数のリブ(14)を有し、隣接する2つの前記リブ(14)の間にそれぞれ1つの前記ガス貫通開口(13)が配置され、前記下部ハウジング要素(1)の前記ガス流入口(24)から導入される空気が前記リブ(14)の間を放射方向外向きに通過して各前記ガス貫通開口(13)に入るようにした、請求項1又は2に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記下部ハウジング要素(1)の前記底部(4)が、少なくとも部分的に漏斗状に構成され、フィレット状に形成された接続片(6)が前記下部ハウジング要素(1)をガス供給ラインに確実に装着するために前記底部(4)に成形されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記下部ハウジング要素(1)の前記底部(4)が、フィレット状の前記接続片に対応しかつ前記開口部へ向かって突出する曲率を有する湾曲部(5)を有する、請求項4に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記ガス流入口(24)が、前記接続片(6)を貫通する、請求項4又は5に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記下部ハウジング要素(1)のハウジング内部に臨む前記ガス流入口(24)の開口が、一方向弁、例えば一方向膜弁(25)を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記上部ハウジング要素(10)の円筒状の支持構造(15)が、前記キャリアプレート(12)の下面(U)に設けられている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記上部ハウジング要素(10)の円筒状の支持構造(15)が、前記キャリアプレート(12)の下面(U)に設けられ、前記上部ハウジング要素(10)が前記下部ハウジング要素(1)上に装着されたときに、前記円筒状の支持構造(15)が前記底部の前記湾曲部(5)上に支持される、請求項5に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記リブ(14)が、前記上部ハウジング要素(10)が前記下部ハウジング要素(1)上に装着されているときに前記湾曲部(5)上の区分内に確実に支持されるように構成された、請求項3から9のいずれかに記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記リブ(14)が、前記上部ハウジング要素(10)が前記下部ハウジング要素(1)上に装着されているときに前記湾曲部(5)上に互いに垂直の二方向に確実に支持できるように構成された、請求項3から10のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション装置。
- 前記上部ハウジング要素(10)を前記下部ハウジング要素(1)に固定するための前記上部ハウジング要素(10)の縁部に係合するネジ切りリング(21)が提供される、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のエアレーション装置。
