Abstract

本发明公开一种特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架体,通过采用保持架的新结构解决存在的问题。本发明采用以下技术方案:特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承由轴圈⑴、滚动体⑵、保持架体、连接铆钉⑷、座圈⑹组成;其中保持架体分为保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸两部分,采用冲压钢板成型,通过连接铆钉⑷将保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸牢固结合形成一个整体。本发明具有以下优点:由于保持架采用冲压钢板加铆钉组合结构,大大降低了保持架组件的整体重量,同时克服了现有保持架结构磨损大,轴承整体寿命低的缺点;增大了保持架组件与滚动体内部的空间,给润滑剂留出更大的存储空间;通过现场实际运行,轴承整体寿命增加30%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及圆柱滚子轴承保持架,具体涉及一种加强型圆柱滚子轴承保持架。
背景技术
现有加强型圆柱滚子轴承,由外圈、内圈、保持架、滚动体组成。为了增强轴承的负荷能力,在设计时增加了滚动体的数量;由于滚动体的数量增加,为了保证保持架的强度,将保持架设计为实体的一体结构,兜孔采用拉削机床或线切割机床加工,装入滚动体后再进行凿印锁紧,形成组件。一体结构的缺点是,拉削或者线切割加工兜孔效率低且成本高,凿印锁紧容易造成滚动体磕碰伤及保持架开裂,导致缩短轴承整体使用寿命,提前报废。
发明内容
本发明公开一种加强型圆柱滚子轴承保持架,通过采用新的保持架结构,解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:加强型圆柱滚子轴承由外圈⑴、内圈⑵、保持架、滚动体⑶组成;所述保持架采取由保持架座⑷和保持架盖⑸两体组合结构;所述保持架座⑷和保持架盖⑸碾压铆合结合形成组件。
本发明具有以下优点:由于保持架依然设计成实体结构,可以提供与现有加强型圆柱滚子轴承保持架同等的强度;由于保持架座和保持架盖采用两体分开结构,所以可以采用镗削或钻削加工兜孔,提高生产效率和降低加工成本40%以上;由于后期不需要凿印锁紧,完全避免滚动体磕碰伤、保持架开裂,使轴承负荷能力、使用寿命完全达到设计要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,加强型圆柱滚子轴承保持架由保持架座4(见图2、图3)和保持架盖5(见图4、图5)两部分组成,保持架座4的兜孔6采用镗削机床或钻削机床加工;滚动体3装入外圈1后,将保持架座4的兜孔6对准滚动体3后装入,再将保持架盖5安装到保持架座4上面,然后用碾压机对保持架座4和保持架盖5进行碾压铆合、结合形成外组件;最后再将内圈2装入成型的外组件内,装配成整套轴承。

2.根据权利要求1所述特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架体,其特征在于:所述保持架体的保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸采用冲压钢板成型,通过连接铆钉⑷将保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸牢固结合形成一个整体。
