Abstract

本发明涉及一种制作聚乙烯(PE)管材的混配料的炭黑母粒,及其制备方法与应用。炭黑母粒各组分的重量百分比为:炭黑32.2-50%,载体树脂47.2-65%,抗氧剂0.1-0.3%,硬脂酸盐0.5-2.5%。本发明的炭黑颜料,其功能除作为染色用之外,还能作为紫外光稳定剂,能够有效地防止聚乙烯管材受阳光照射而产生光氧化降解,从而提高聚乙烯材制品的质量和使用寿命。本发明具有计量准确、分散性好、浓度高、添加量少等优点,并且添加后在碳黑分散度、化学纯净度、耐压性、防老化、混配料加工性能等方面满足给水用聚乙烯管材混配专用料要求,使给水用聚乙烯管材能达到耐压状态下保持50年使用寿命。

炭黑母粒及其制备方法与应用
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料着色技术领域,特别是涉及一种制作聚乙烯(PE)管材的混配专用料的炭黑母粒,及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
在国际上,聚乙烯管作为压力管道已成功的使用了50年,已为众多国家在输水、输送燃气的管道中得到应用。在我国,自从国家质量技术监督局2000年11月21日发布《给水用聚乙烯(PE)管材》国家标准(GB/T13663-2000)以后,推动了国内聚乙烯给水管材的生产与应用。我国已从北欧化工引进年生产25万吨PE100管道料生产线,其它生产线也正在建设中,但其生产混配专用料的炭黑母粒须从国外进口。
炭黑作为一种微粉性的填料被广泛应用于聚乙烯管材生产当中。这是由于炭黑用于着色外,还可以提供最经济有效的方式以达到防紫外老化的要求。大量科学研究数据证明:具有一定粒径(27nm以下)碳黑在聚合物中添加量2.6%,并均匀分散在聚合物中,则聚合物寿命可达50年之上。因此炭黑是制造用于输送饮用水及燃气的聚乙烯压力管的一个非常重要组成部分。
由于水管用炭黑母粒选择碳黑粒径较小,在聚合物中加入比较高的炭黑含量,如果炭黑分散不好,除了形成表面不光滑外,存在于管壁内的未分散炭黑附聚体可能导致压力管道出现过早变坏现象。因此,无论从外观还是从液体流动性能方面说,管道内外壁的表面光滑度都是一项重要的性能指标。大部分有关压力管应用的国家和国际工业标准都认同这一重要性,并规定微观分散程度等级应≤3
给水用聚乙烯(PE)管主要用于输送饮用水,对于制造饮用水压力管的专用混配料,还有极为严格的要求。这些对压力管的要求是按照业界对那些能够影响饮用水的口感和气味(也即是所谓的“感官性”特性)来确定的。有关管理机构已将这些感官性要求碳黑为低硫含量、低灰分和低甲苯萃取物的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有浓度高、易分散、添加量少而且添加后能满足给水用聚乙烯(PE)管要求的炭黑母粒。
本发明的另一个目的是提供这种专用于给水用聚乙烯(PE)水管的炭黑母粒的制备方法及其应用。
本发明的第一方面,是提供一种给水用聚乙烯管材混配专用料的炭黑母粒,各组分的重量百分比为:

所述的炭黑,为高纯度炉法炭黑,炭黑颜料的粒径小于27nm;甲苯萃取物质量百分比<0.03%、总硫量质量百分比<0.1%,325目筛余物<20ppm;
所述的载体树脂,选自中密度聚乙烯树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂或者它们的任意比例的混和物;所述的中密度聚乙烯树脂密度为0.928-0.940g/cm3,高密度聚乙烯树脂密度为0.940-0.965g/cm3,这些聚乙烯树脂的熔体流动速率为2-50g/10min,试验条件是5.0kg和190℃。
所述的抗氧剂,选自β-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇脂(抗氧化剂1076,熔点50-55℃)、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇脂(抗氧化剂1010,熔点119-123℃)或者它们的任意比例的混合物;该类抗氧化剂挥发性小、耐抽提,与树脂的相容性好,抗热氧效果显著,毒性极低,美国FDA认可其用于食品包装材料。
所述的硬脂酸盐,选自硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铝或者它们的任意比例的混合物,其作用是作为润滑剂。
所述的一种给水用聚乙烯管材混配专用料的炭黑母粒,其中不含有聚乙烯蜡,聚乙烯蜡通常是目前黑色母粒生产配方中常用的炭黑分散剂。
本发明的第二方面,是提供一种给水用聚乙烯管材混配专用料的炭黑母粒的制备方法:先将各组分加入自动称量加料系统,由多台失重式连续计量电子称,将物料加入到转速为300-500rpm的双转子连续式密炼机中,进行充分捏合、剪切、分散;捏合的温度控制在105℃-205℃,经过剪切分散的物料自动落入单螺杆挤出机中挤出,挤出机的温度控制在110℃-210℃,经冷却到室温后,切粒、脱水,制成母粒,最后包装所制成的炭黑母粒。炭黑母粒的形状呈圆柱状,一般直径和长度均为3mm。
所述的炭黑母粒的炭黑分散性≤3级;熔融指数30-50g/10min,试验条件为21.6kg砝码和190℃。
本发明的炭黑颜料的粒径为小于27nm,其功能除作为染色用之外,还能作为紫外光稳定剂,能够有效地防止聚乙烯(PE)管材受阳光照射而产生光氧化降解,从而提高聚乙烯(PE)管材制品的质量和使用寿命。
本发明所用的树脂熔体粘度高,与炭黑表面相容性、润湿性较差,需要较大能量传递剪切力,使树脂熔体有效破碎炭黑团聚体,迅速润湿、包复炭黑表面,树脂熔体填充、渗入炭黑分子间隙,使母粒分散良好。
本发明的第三方面,是提供一种给水用聚乙烯管材混配专用料的炭黑母粒在聚乙烯压力管、燃气管和给水管中的应用。
本发明具有计量准确、分散性好、浓度高、添加量少等优点,并且添加后在碳黑分散度、化学纯净度、耐压性、防老化、混配料加工性能等方面满足给水用聚乙烯(PE)管材混配专用料要求,使给水用聚乙烯(PE)管材能达到耐压状态下保持50年使用寿命,这是一般现有生产技术所生产品种无法达到。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限制本发明的应用范围。
实施例1:制备100千克专用于给水用聚乙烯(PE)管用的炭黑母粒A
1、各组分的重量为:

所述的炭黑,为高纯度炉法炭黑,炭黑颜料的粒径20nm;甲苯萃取物<0.03%、总硫量<0.1%,325目筛余物<20ppm;
2、制备方法:
先将各组分加入自动称量加料系统,由多台失重式连续计量电子称,将多种物料严格按工艺配比,自动加入转速为300-500/min双转子连续式密炼挤出机中,在充分捏合,剪切,分散后,落入单螺杆挤出机中挤出,经冷却、切粒、脱水后,包装所制成的炭黑母粒。
这样制备的炭黑母粒A,其炭黑含量为35%,炭黑分散性达到<3级,熔融指数为32(21.6kg和190℃)。
所述的炭黑分散性检验方法按GB/T 18251规定。
所述的熔体质量流动速率检验方法按GB/T 3682-2000中B法规定。
实施例2:制备100千克专用于给水用聚乙烯(PE)管用的炭黑母粒B

所述的炭黑,为高纯度炉法炭黑,炭黑颜料的粒径25nm;甲苯萃取物<0.03%、总硫量<0.1%,325目筛余物<20ppm;
2.制备方法:同实施例1
这样制备的炭黑母粒B,其炭黑含量为42%,炭黑分散性达到<2级,熔融指数为35(21.6kg和190℃)。

2.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑母粒,所述的炭黑,为高纯度炉法炭黑,炭黑颜料的粒径小于27nm;甲苯萃取物质量百分比<0.03%、总硫量质量百分比<0.1%,325目筛余物<20ppm; 
所述的载体树脂,选自中密度聚乙烯树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂或者它们的任意比例的混和物;所述的中密度聚乙烯树脂密度为0.928-0.940g/cm3,高密度聚乙烯树脂密度为0.940-0.965g/cm3,这些聚乙烯树脂的熔体流动速率为2-50g/10min,试验条件是5.0kg和190℃; 
所述的抗氧剂,选自β-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇脂(抗氧化剂1076,熔点50-55℃)、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇脂(抗氧化剂1010,熔点119-123℃)或者它们的任意比例的混合物;

5.权利要求1、2的炭黑母粒的制备方法:先将各组分加入自动称量加料系统,由多台失重式连续计量电子称,将物料加入到转速为300-500rpm的双转子连续式密炼机中,进行充分捏合、剪切、分散;捏合的温度控制在105℃-205℃,经过剪切分散的物料自动落入单螺杆挤出机中挤出,挤出机的温度控制在110℃-210℃,经冷却到室温后,切粒、脱水,制成炭黑母粒,最后包装所制成的炭黑母粒。 
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,最后制成母粒的形状呈圆柱状,一般直径和长度均为3mm。 
7.权利要求5所述的制备方法制备的炭黑母粒,是应用于制作聚乙烯压力管、燃气管和给水管的管材的混配专用料。
