Abstract

本发明公开了一种无铅的排水用PVC-U管材及其制备方法,该管材由PVC树脂粉、有机重钙、OBS有机稳定剂、硬脂酸钙、PE蜡、抗冲剂、钛白粉和加工助剂混合而成。本发明所述管材不含铅,稳定性好,克服了现有PVC-U配方中存在的稳定剂含有铅、后期稳定性能差等问题,适于推广应用。

Description

一种无铅的排水用PVC-U管材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及排水塑胶管材领域,具体涉及一种无铅的排水用PVC-U管材及其制备方法。
背景技术
铅,一旦排入环境很长时间仍然在环境中滞留一段长久的时间,又对许多生命组织有较强的潜在性毒性,所以铅一直被列为强污染物范围。排水管用PVC-U配方中需要使用稳定剂。稳定性好的稳定剂中一般含有铅,容易造成污染;钙锌、稀土、有机锡是不含铅的稳定剂,但钙锌、稀土的后期稳定性不好,使用的话需要加入比较多的份量;有机锡长期接触会出现中毒症状,对生产工人健康危害。
PVC排水管材配方中的稳定剂,稳定性好的稳定剂中一般含有铅,容易造成污染;钙锌、稀土、有机锡是不含铅的稳定剂,但钙锌、稀土的后期稳定性不好,使用的话需要加入比较多的份量;有机锡长期接触会出现中毒症状,对生产工人健康危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种克服现有排水用PVC-U配方中稳定剂含有铅或后期稳定性能差的不足,采用OBS有机稳定剂,即不含铅、稳定性又好的无铅的排水用PVC-U管材。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述管材的制备方法。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种无铅的排水用PVC-U管材,由如下按照重量份数计的组分组成:PVC树脂粉100份、有机重钙3~10份、OBS有机稳定剂1~5份、硬脂酸钙0.5~1.5份、PE蜡0.2~1.5份、抗冲剂1~8份、钛白粉1~5份和加工助剂1~3份。
作为一种优选技术方案,所述PVC树脂粉为SG-5。
本发明所述无铅的排水用PVC-U管材的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照配比配好各组分;
(2)将各组分原料混合,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,当混合料温度达到120℃时,放入低速混搅拌机,冷混搅拌,当混合料温度达到40℃时,卸料,待用;
(3)将混合好的物料投入锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出加工成型,设定机筒加热温度130~170℃,口模温度150~200℃,螺杆转速15~50rpm,加料转速在5~50rpm;物料从口模挤出后经过水槽冷却后,根据所需长度切断,得到无铅的排水用PVC-U管材。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的配方采用OBS有机稳定剂,即不含铅、稳定性又好,
与传统的稳定剂相比,OBS具有价格竞争性,同时在性能方面作了某些改进。其中包括:低迁移性、低气味、挥发性有机化合物逸出性低、良好前期色相、极佳的透明性等。用OBS稳定剂加工的PVC制品还适合回收再生利用,进行二次加工。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
一种无铅的排水用PVC-U配方的生产方法由如下步骤组成:
1、配好各组分的剂量;
2、将配好的各组分与PVC原料一起在高速混和机中搅拌均匀,当混合料温度达到120℃时,放入低速冷混搅拌机,冷混搅拌,当混合料温度达到40℃时,卸料,待用。
3、将混合好的物料投入锥形双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出加工成型,设定机筒加热温度130~170℃,口模温度150~200℃,螺杆转速15~50rpm,加料转速在5~50rpm。物料从口模挤出后经过水槽冷却后根据所需长度切断,即可得到一种无铅的排水用PVC-U管材。
根据该制备方法的三个实施例具体如下表1所示。

Claims (3)

1. 一种无铅的排水用PVC-U管材,其特征在于由如下按照重量份数计的组分组成:PVC树脂粉100份、有机重钙3~10份、OBS有机稳定剂1~5份、硬脂酸钙0.5~1.5份、PE蜡0.2~1.5份、抗冲剂1~8份、钛白粉1~5份和加工助剂1~3份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的无铅的排水用PVC-U管材,其特征在于所述PVC树脂粉为SG-5。
3. 权利要求1或2所述无铅的排水用PVC-U管材的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)按照配比配好各组分;
(2)将各组分原料混合,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,当混合料温度达到120℃时,放入低速混搅拌机,冷混搅拌,当混合料温度达到40℃时,卸料,待用;
(3)将混合好的物料投入锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出加工成型,设定机筒加热温度130~170℃,口模温度150~200℃,螺杆转速15~50rpm,加料转速在5~50rpm;物料从口模挤出后经过水槽冷却后,根据所需长度切断,得到无铅的排水用PVC-U管道。
