本发明涉及一种林蛙油抗衰老食品。
背景技术
林蛙油又名哈什蚂油、 田鸡油、 蛤蟆油,为蛙科动物中国林蛙雌性成体的输卵管干燥后形成的脂肪状物质 ,是我国东北名贵特产,具有补肾益精、 养阴润肺等功效 ,有很高的药用、 营养价值。林蛙油中含有丰富的蛋白质 ,其粗蛋白的含量达样品总量的 50%以上 ,氨基酸总量达 17.16%。其中人体必需氨基酸含量达 12.18% ,同时 ,氨基酸种类齐全 ,组成合理 ,是人类理想的营养蛋白来源。林蛙油中含有多种微量元素，尤其是钾、钠、钙、铁、锌含量较高;在所含微量生理活性物质中，维生素E、雌二醇、甲状腺素、促绒毛腆性腺激素含量非常高，表明其具有极强的抗氧化和调节新陈代谢、提高生命活力的作用，因此林蛙油对延缓人体衰老、增强生理功能具有明显功效;但现在市场上缺乏能供大众直接食用的食品，本发明解决了这一问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述的问题，本发明提供了一种林蛙油抗衰老食品，其特征在于每50ml中：
林蛙油0.5-1.5重量份
葡萄籽提取物0.03-0.3重量份
茶多酚0.01-0.3重量份
维生素E0.01-0.1重量份
本发明生产的产品使用简单、吸收好、营养全面且配比合理，具有延缓衰老、驻容养颜的功效。
本发明的具体实施例为：1、取新鲜蛙油，去除污物。2、将蛙油晾干并烘干后，粉碎成40-60目与稳定剂按比例放入到水中，并配以辅料混合。3、混合后的料液经胶体磨（达200目-300目）后进入均质机均质（均值温度40℃、低压区20帕，高压区40帕）。4、采取离心机去除杂质（4000转，15分钟）。5、调配、灭菌、包装。

林蛙油0.5-1.5重量份
葡萄籽提取物0.03-0.3重量份
茶多酚0.01-0.3重量份
维生素E0.01-0.1重量份。
