Abstract

一种给泥浆脱水的设备,特征在于在一可动滑架上设有沿两端装有止动件的两导管滑动的两导块,带有刮削器的无端链条包括相互靠近的两刮削板,可动滑架装在两刮削板之间,而刮削板上装有弹簧片,弹簧片的一端与滑架之间为一种可脱离式连接,进而将无端链条的运动传递给滑架,驱动滑架运动滑架上带有多个喷嘴,该喷嘴向下喷水清洗格栅。

Description

本发明涉及处理泥浆的设备,特别是进行固-液分离并使水净化厂的泥浆有可能变稠和脱水的设备。
众所周知,水净化厂的泥浆处理通常是通常在一皮带过滤器上使泥浆脱水来完成的。在脱水之前,泥浆在一容器中经过静置或缓慢搅动这样的稠化操作过程。
近年,本申请的申请人开发了一种以一定时间间隔逆流冲洗的排水格栅,这种排水格栅构成了1985年5月9日申请的、公开号为2564637的法国专利85/07026的主题。这种代替稠化器的排水格栅使得有可能生产出更轻便的脱水装置,该装置更易于除臭,且价格低廉。
为限制脱水装置的体积,排水格栅和皮带过滤器必须靠紧放置,以形成单一的机器。稀的泥浆从格栅一侧进入,在过滤器的皮带之间受到挤压后,成为脱去水的“饼”。然而,如果排水格栅需要通过逆流(向下)喷水冲洗的话,则该装置的紧凑性就会受到限制。因此,在上述已知装置中,不可能将格栅部分设置在过滤器的挤压带部分之上,因为在格栅下面放置逆流冲洗系统所需的高度,要求在格栅和挤 压带之间有一很大的高度,当泥浆从格栅落到皮带上时,它就会破坏与聚合物结成团块。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种处理泥浆的设备,通过叠置安装排水格栅和过滤器的挤压带并构成顺流冲洗系统,而克服现有技术解决方案中的缺陷。
上述目的是通过构成如下冲洗系统来实现的,它在一限定的区域内不再逆流冲洗而是顺流冲洗。这样,有可能在格栅部分和皮带部分之间构成一种连续水流,它适于泥浆,甚至最不易结团的泥浆结成团块。
根据本发明,给泥浆脱水的设备包括,一位于过滤器的挤压带部件上方的排水格栅部件和冲洗该格栅的装置,特征在于上述冲洗格栅的装置由位于格栅上方的可动滑架构成,冲洗水通过设在滑架上的多个喷嘴喷到格栅上且其冲洗方向与格栅上泥浆的运动方向一致。
根据本发明的另一方面,该设备设有供给加压水的装置,该装置设置成在滑架向前运动时,冲洗水喷到格栅上,当可动滑架反向运动时,停止喷水。
根据本发明的又一方面,上述可动滑架位于相互靠近的两刮削板之间,并借助于与刮削板连成整体的弹簧片而运动于两端部止动件之间,滑架的运动是靠驱动排水格栅的刮削器的无端链条机构而进行的。
本发明的其他特下和优越性将参照附图所示实施例详细描述如下。
图1是本发明的泥浆处理设备的总体侧视图;
图2是本发明冲洗排水格栅的装置细节的部分侧视图;
图3是图2的平面图;
图4是冲洗排水格栅的滑架的前视图。
由图1可见,本发明的设备包括总体上由参考号10表示的排水格栅部件和总体上由参考号12表示的挤压部件。该挤压部件具有传统的双层布形式并大致包括过滤布14、14′,它们绕过如16表示的挤压辊并由可变速电机(图中未示出)驱动。由于该机器的上述部分是众所周知的,所以此处不再描述。
待处理泥浆和聚合电解质通过给布料槽20供料的管子18引入。然后,泥浆溢流到排水格栅22上,泥浆在一系列刮削器24的推动下通过格栅,而刮削器24是由与其相连的双层链条26驱动的(见图1和图2)。隙间的水通过格栅22流走,并当刮削器24运动时,泥浆和水的分离受到在格栅上面绕自身转动的泥浆辊结构的帮助。
在格栅的端部,泥浆溢出并借助于导流板28传送到过滤布14上,进而送至挤压区。格栅22的平面和挤压部件的上过滤布平面能尽量相互靠紧,因为在冲洗系统位于格栅上方的情况下,格栅和挤压部分不会被冲洗系统隔开。在从压实辊30下面通过后,泥浆被带到 挤压带过滤器12的两层布14和14′之间。这一部分构成了现有技术的一部分,因此不再描述。
格栅22借助带有喷嘴的可动滑架,在不停止泥浆供给的情况下,以一定时间间隔被冲洗。本发明的格栅冲洗系统在图2至图4中有详细描述。
可动滑架32设有多个向下的喷嘴34。该滑架可进行往复的水平平移运动,即靠沿两端装有止动件40、40′的两导管36、36′滑动的导块38、38′而滑动。而且,带有刮削器24的链条26包括相互靠近的两刮削板42、44,可动滑架32就装在该两刮削板之间。刮削板42、44装有弹簧片46,其一端作用到滑架32上。设置上述弹簧片使得有可能使可动滑架32按上述运动方式运动。
加压的水通过从设备一侧壁的窗孔35伸进的柔性管33供至可动滑架。
当刮削板42、44经过时,弹簧片46推动滑架32从由止动件40限定的位置运动到由止动件40′限定的位置。当滑架32在止动件40′处停止时,弹簧片46就会从滑架32下脱开,而当链条26的上部分运动时,弹簧片46则在滑架32上方再次推动滑架沿反向从止动件40′至40。当滑架32到达止动件40时,弹簧片46再次脱开,直到重新返回初始的推动位置(见图2)。
根据本发明,在端部止动件40、40′的位置设有两电动或气动接点,以便当滑架从止动件40向止动件40′运动时做出响应,以启动自 动阀门向滑架供给加压的水,而当滑架到达止动件40′时,停止供水。因此,格栅22的冲洗按上述方式在刮削板42、44之间进行,带走很少量的滞留在这两刮削板之间的泥浆。
上述两刮削板42、44相互靠近设置具有以下两条优越性:
一方面,通过将冲洗的水能聚集到一限定的区域而提高冲洗效率;
另一方面,由于冲洗水的稀释只影响处于上述两刮削板之间的少量泥浆。
应该看到(特别是从图4中),格栅22下面的高度H可以很低,因为该高度只需保证排水的水流动即可。正是这较低的高度使泥浆能从排水区传送到挤压区,而不破坏与聚合物形成团块的泥浆结构。
而且,根据本发明的最佳实施例,格栅部10和双层布过滤器12为首尾相接式叠加(见图1)。这使得在格栅上稠化的泥浆出口和脱水的泥浆出口可以一个位于另一个之上。这样,就可以简单地通过开关导流板28,来根据最终的产品,采用相同的装置(泵、螺杆装置或类似装置)收集稠化或脱水的泥浆。

Claims (4)

1、一种给泥浆,特别是水净化厂的泥浆脱水的设备,包括一位于过滤器的挤压带部件(12)上方的排水格栅部件(22);位于上述格栅部件(22)上方并带有设置了多个向下的喷嘴(34)的冲洗格栅部件的可动滑架装置(32)和在格栅部件上方推动泥浆的刮削器装置,该刮削器装置包括装在可运动的无端链条机构(26)上的刮削器(24),该设备特征在于:
上述可动滑架(32)上设有沿两端装有止动件(40,40′)的两导管(36,36′)滑动的两导块(38,38′),带有刮削器(24)的无端链条(26)包括相互靠近的两刮削板(42,44),可动滑架(32)装在上述两刮削板之间,刮削板(42,44)上装有弹簧片(46),弹簧片的一端与滑架(32)之间为一种可脱离式连接,进而将无端链条的运动传递给滑架(32),驱动滑架运动。
2、按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于向滑架上的喷嘴(34)供给加压的水的柔性管(33)设于滑架(32)上方并随滑架一起运动,该柔性管穿过设在该设备一侧壁上的孔(35)。
3、按照权利要求1的设备,特征在于在两端部止动件(40,40′)的位置处,各设有一电动或气动接点,在一止动件(40)处,滑架触合一接点进而开启自动阀门向滑架供水,而在另一止动件(40′)处,滑架触合另一接点进而关闭该阀门。
4、按照权利要求1的设备,特征在于通过格栅部件(22)稠化后的泥浆的出口位于脱水后的泥浆的出口的上方。
