具有位置传感器的阀
在无论是蝶阀、球阀或者球面段阀(spherical-segment valve)的直角回转阀(quarter-turn valve)的位置检测和位置信号发送方面已经提出了多种方案。
这些方案中的大多数包括设计阀和阀的致动以及对操作部增加检测。因此,存在着用于安装在一般设置在设备上部或者侧部的连接轴出口上的手动致动器或气动致动器或液压致动器的位置检测器。
在日立(Hitachi)的专利US 2004/0085062或者ASCO控制器公司(ASCOControls)的专利US 6,242,090或者ROTECF的专利DE 102008014400和EP0965821甚至Peter Zovath的专利US 5278530中,已经描述了该类型的方案。
这样的方案有许多缺点:
-阀的轴的位置指示不是直接的。该指示被传递经过可能发生故障的各种各样的多个机械部分,尤其是可能断裂的阀的轴自身,而由操作部得出的位置指示继续指示着不再是闭合件的位置的位置。
-被视作配件的位置指示器是作为选择在操作部上增加的,因此往往表现为多余的妨碍物。
-在受限的空间内需要大量阀的工业加工的情况中,例如在制药(pharmaceutical)或食品加工行业,所有这些检测器的电连接需要大量时间用于连接并且这些电连接是大量接线故障的原因。这导致安装、实施以及该安装的容纳物有关的成本非常高。
其他方案提出通过钻孔或焊接的布置方式将传感器安装在阀的主体上,或者通过安装在阀的下部轴上的配件检测闭合件的位置。
在Keystone International的专利GB 2142710或者I.C.I.的专利US4468559中已经描述了该类型的方案。
这些方案需要待改进或待转变的阀。
本发明提出通过利用标准直角回转阀及其操作部而未对其做任何改变来克服上面提出的缺陷。在新的设计模式中,提出将单个位置传感器实现为能够与任何类型的操作部一起使用,无论是手柄、手动减少单元或者气动、液压或电气自动致动器。
发明的目的是一种阀,该阀包括:闭合件,所述闭合件与由致动器致动的且穿过固定板的轴一体地转动;和用于感应所述轴的转动位置的传感器,其特征在于,
-在所述轴(3)和所述致动器(A)之间仅有一个单独的扭矩的传递联接,
-所述位置传感器由所述板支撑并且包括:
·环状的目标保持件,该目标保持件携带有对一定距离处的动作敏感的目标,并且以随所述轴一体地转动并且能够沿所述轴平移地位移的方式被装配在所述轴上,
·小板,该小板通过环状部套设在所述轴上而不随所述轴一体地转动,所述环状部包括所述目标的两个检测器,所述两个检测器彼此成90°,
-所述目标保持件和所述环状部处于同一平面内。
通过在小板的环状部和在目标保持件中插入不是扭矩传递件的厚度为几毫米、特别是厚度为1.5mm-4mm的非常薄的位置传感器,以便在操作轴上直接检测阀的闭合件的位置,这些根本没有改变由操作部产生的阀的连接和驱动的模式,确保了检测而不会有任何乱真效应(spurious effect),并且即使在蝶片(butterfly)和阀体之间的密封装置是金属的情况下,也能够在没有接触闭合件的转动位置的状态下,将表示该转动位置的信号通过适合的电子部件传输至处理控制器。
根据发明,由于在各连接处的阳部分和阴部分之间必然的间隙,所以没有与各连接之间产生不可避免的角度故障的附加连接。
优选地,至少小板的环状部并且最好是整个小板以及目标保持件均具有相同的厚度。优选地,小板被板保持件包围,该板保持件的厚度大于小板的厚度。这使得能够看到小板的上表面被树脂覆盖直到与板保持件的上表面齐平。树脂保护具有印刷电路的小板并且使其不动。小板可以包括孔,所述孔通向填充有树脂且配置在小板的下表面下方的壳体。小板和板保持件通过注入到壳体内的树脂而不动,所述树脂充满所有空隙直到与板保持件齐平,以便将那里所有的组成部件固定。同样,目标也可以通过在所述目标保持件上模塑树脂而固定在目标保持件中。
根据一种实施方式,板保持件通过特别是通过螺钉或螺栓夹持在阀的固定板与致动器的支撑面之间。
壳体具有开口,所述开口用于连接用于传输小板的印刷电路所发送的电信号的元件。该元件可以是天线或连接件。
优选地,检测器可以为里德灯泡(Reed bulb)或者霍尔效应检测器,在该情况中,目标为磁体。检测器也可以为电感式接近检测器,在该情况中,目标为具有高磁导率的金属元件。检测器还可以为辐射发射器,并且目标可以由当所述目标在辐射的路线上时阻断该辐射的不透明材料制成。
轴可以具有平面(扁平部)。在其他结构性实施方式中,轴可以具有诸如正方形、星形、槽形或楔形的截面的其他驱动部件。
在仅通过示例给出的附图中,单个图是根据本发明的阀的分解立体图。
单个图中示出的阀包括环状阀体1,其上可转动地安装有与轴3一体地转动的闭合件2,所述轴3被用箭头A表示的致动器转动地驱动,并且轴3的横截面呈现为两个直平侧面3a和两个弯曲侧面3b,两个直平侧面3a以这种方式形成平面,两个弯曲侧面3b沿圆的弧线形成,其中,侧面3a彼此相对,并且侧面3b彼此相对。
轴3穿过伸出阀体1的板1a。
轴3上装配有携带了目标(target)4的目标保持件(target-holder)4a,在适合的情况中,该目标4为磁体。目标保持件4a为环状,其中心孔具有刚刚大于轴3的横截面的轮廓,并且该轮廓的形状与轴3的横截面的形状相同,使得目标保持件4a能够在轴3上滑动并且在实际中滑动直到接触板1a,但是不能相对于所述轴3旋转。因此,目标保持件4a与轴3一体地转动。目标保持件4a的厚度刚刚小于上述板保持件5的厚度。
围绕目标保持件4a与轴3同轴设置有具有印刷电路的小板6,该小板6由于与板保持件5的直面5a、5b相对应的直面6b、6c的定位而相对于板1a固定。该小板在环状部6a的周面上携带有一个相对于另一个成90°的两个里德灯泡(Reed bulbs)7、8。环状部6a的孔大于目标保持件4a的外部轮廓,使得目标保持件4a能够自由而无接触地穿过环状部6a的孔。
目标保持件4a和环状部6a处于与轴3垂直的同一平面。环状部6a和小板6各自的厚度均刚刚小于板保持件5的厚度。
小板6被板保持件5包围。板保持件5的厚度大于小板6的厚度。根据板1a的尺寸,以及由此得到的板保持件5的厚度,该小板的厚度在1.5mm-4mm之间。
通孔16设置在小板6内并且通向壳体9,该壳体9包括用于导线(wire)11或天线(antenna)11’连接的开口11a。
当轴3旋转90°时,与磁体4不相对的其中一个检测器8变成与其相对,而与磁体4相对的另一个检测器7则不再与其相对。具有印刷电路的小板6由此产生电信号,该电信号通过线缆(cable)11’或天线(antenna)11穿过壳体9的开口11a传输至用于利用该信号的装置(未示出)。
为了能够适于阀,该阀的驱动部件不同于借助平面(扁平部)驱动,目标保持件4a的中心孔可以为星形、正方形、槽形、楔形或者其他形状的轴3的截面。

Claims (9)

1.一种阀,该阀包括:闭合件(2),所述闭合件(2)与由致动器(A)致动的且穿过固定板(1a)的轴(3)一体地转动;和用于感应所述轴(3)的转动位置的传感器,其中,
-在所述轴(3)和所述致动器(A)之间仅有一个单独的扭矩的传递联接,
-所述位置传感器由所述板(1a)支撑并且包括:
·环状的目标保持件(4a),该目标保持件(4a)携带有对一定距离处的动作敏感的目标(4),并且以随所述轴(3)一体地转动并且能够沿所述轴(3)平移地位移的方式被装配在所述轴(3)上,
·小板(6),该小板(6)通过环状部(6a)套设在所述轴(3)上而不随所述轴(3)一体地转动,所述环状部(6a)包括所述目标(4)的两个检测器(7,8),所述两个检测器(7,8)彼此成90°,并且
-所述目标保持件(4a)和所述环状部(6a)处于同一平面内;
其特征在于:
所述小板(6)被板保持件(5)包围,并且所述板保持件(5)的厚度大于所述小板(6)的厚度;并且
所述板保持件(5)被夹持在所述阀的所述板(1a)与所述致动器(A)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述环状部(6a)和所述目标保持件(4a)各自具有1.5mm-4mm的厚度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于,所述环状部(6a)和所述目标保持件(4a)具有相同的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述小板(6)的上表面被树脂覆盖直到与所述板保持件(5)的上表面齐平。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀,其特征在于,所述小板(6)包括孔(16),所述孔(16)通向填充有树脂且配置在所述小板的下表面下方的壳体(9)。
